Can understand that sometimes deliveries can be late but I only live 2 minutes away --the pizza was cold which totally ruined it--not happy at paying nearly £12 for food that needs to be warmed up.

Got food poisoning from here! Ordered the Toscana pizza last night (Xmas eve) and it was not good. I woke up at midnight throwing up and the runs. Feel rubbish on Xmas day. Will never order from there again

First time using but won’t be the last. Jack Daniel’s burger and bbq chicken pizza. Delivered on time, was nice and hot. Very tasty. Really nice food. Delivery guy very nice and friendly.

They say they have been to the house no one came. I called after 1 hour and 45 minutes after placing the order and they say they have delivered. Asked about a refund they do not refund. Do not use this take away. £18 for nothing. Ripped off. Will leave a review to see what JustEat do about this. Will never use the app again no way to chase a refund.

Food was lovely but was flat cold when arrived

3rd time messed my order up missing of items off my order. Tonight was the icing on the cake when they brought the food out that they had missed off. They tried to hold my food to ransom until they got back the cold chips they were also replacing. Won't be returning. Customer service is poor for a £70 order.

so i ordered mexicano calzone and they send mi just normal pizza instead... and order was late(since i am hungry i won't ask for refund/redelivery but i am not happy)

Ordered tonight got my son meal deal 3 and me a donner calzone and cheesy chips the calzone was wrong rang up straight away they couldn’t apologise enough sent me the correct one out and told me to keep the other I order from these all the time honestly can not fault them and the place great food and service and fab deals on the food

Normally the food and delivery is usually really good from here. But everything arrived flat cold and inedible despite the fact we live less than a mile away. Least it’s saved my diet but what a waste of cash

Wow! Canoe you've let us down big style!! Our order was £35, 1 pizza was delivered wrong and because I only found out it was wrong until I bit into it and because I bit into it the wont exchange. Will not use again

I ordered - 1 x Cheese Burger (1/2lb) with - Salad & Fries 1 x 3pcs Chicken And Chips 1 x Chocolate Fudge Cake Slice 1 x New York Cheese Cake £3.00 delivery was super fast and arrived well before the advised time and was nice and hot , I didn’t get a picture of the burger my partner was too busy tucking in -he said it was nice , I wasn’t too keep on my chicken and wouldn’t order it again -looking at pictures of pizza’s perhaps this is their specialty!! Deserts were just standard and wouldn’t get these again

Pizzas are normally spot on tonight I ordered pepperoni pizza and margarita pizza both were under cooked on the bottom and topping made it soggy wasn’t a nice experience when ur used to good food from here has destroyed my experience and I won’t be ordering again also asked for one chips plain and one with seasoning got both plain half the pizza was left on both pizzas 😔

Ordered tonight for the first time as all the reviews we seen were really good. But have to say really disappointed.. both chicken and donner kebabs were just okay.. Donner was really rubbery and hard, chicken just didn’t taste nice and was a bit pink. Cheesy chips and chicken tenders were lovely though, but for what we paid, it just wasn’t worth it at all. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

After reading reviews, I had high hopes of this place. But honestly, it's just another shoddy takeout unfortunately. I've rated so low for delivery as the delivery driver went to the wrong address (not actually inputting the post-code). Usually, I don't mind as it's a common problem. But because they argued with me that they were at the right address, it got marked as 1 star. Food wasn't great, soggy chips, floppy pizza, rubbery kebab, etc. Not to mention only luke-warm due to it arriving so late (I'm aware, they're in Normanton, and I live in Wakefield, so it wasn't gonna be piping but, come on). Did get a phonecall apologising for the delivery being late and such from the driver, which was nice. Offered a free drink. However, I don't think I'll be coming back to claim it I very rarely write reviews, but I don't want people reading all the good reviews and getting their hopes up like we did. Maybe it'd have been better if it was picked up, or the travel time was shorter All in all, not great. But I'm just one guy, and I may have had one bad experience

The food was amazing as always, The delivery driver polite and friendly food arrived nice and hot and the cans arrived nice and chilled nothing worse than ordering drinks and they arrive at room tempriture but this didnt happen here the drinks were nice and cold. the kebab meat and chips nice and hot and very fresh a perfect order with great tasting food and great customer service with food arriving earlier than stated time what more could I want. I look forward to ordering again as I usually do.

Got the family special canoe grill kebab we thought we had the wrong order no pork steaks,pork chops or kofta kebabs not told when ordering or on collection beef steaks not eatable either there was burgers in the box payed £30 for a box of rubbish what wasn't ordered 100% won't be using again

Ordered at 3:30. Food didn’t arrive until 5:15 and then was completely wrong! I had to leave the house at 5pm hence ordering so early (delivery time showed 4:30-4:55) so we ended up being late to where we were going and hungry as the food was wrong. Will not use again!

The food due to arrive at 9:30pm arrived over half an hour early. The delivery driver was polite and friendly and as always the food was amazing.

Can’t get any better than here. We ordered for collect tonight and asked for a cheeky extra which they happily obliged with! 🌶️ We have been ordering kebabs from here for years and have literally never been less than 10/10 impressed. Thank you again for a lovely meal guys ❤️
