Great and was given free cookies that were not collected so they didn't go to waste. They were tasty and I would never have normally bought them.

Didn’t get what was ordered and took ages to arrive. Not sure why it takes so long to make a sandwich?

wrong ingredients in sandwich, I ordered Italian BMT with sweet onion sauce, crispy onions and jalapeños. instead I got olives, some weird mayo instead of sweet onion sauce, no crispy onions and for some unknown reason, pickles???? it's not difficult to make a sarnie when the ingredients are literally given to you....... you need to do better.

Called into the snowhill shop in.wakefield. the staff very attentive and the cleanliness of the shop was second to none. Food prep area well organised and clean. Staff busy all the time and cleaning, sanitising areas when quiet. We'll done. I thoroughly enjoyed my gf roll meal deal. ......

Barely toasted at all. Food was cold and whoever cut the sandwich did it unevenly. Honestly, it's pathetic. The food gets here fast but I would rather it be done properly. They seem to slap these sandwiches and deliver as fast as possible. No care.

I am absolutely disgusted. 2 hours to get a sandwich. Having spoken to the shop my food had been sat waiting for collection for 1hr and 30 minutes and no delivery drivers were turning up. They didn’t even know themselves what was happening. When the driver arrived, there was no apology for being this late and even tried to blame the shop.

Asked for a 6 inch sandwich was more like a 3 and a half inch. And really stingy with a salad. Paid £5.68 for half a sandwich and a packet of crisp. What a rip off!

So went there today and was made to feel so bad I got a tub off meat balls and asked for afew gherkins on top to be told no they don't do that even offered to pay for em the woman was so rude and let other customers know with how she spoken to me customers services she had none I will never return here staff need a talking to about how they treat customers 😒

Lady was cleaning till we walked in, then went behind counter to make our order. Could only have 2 choices of bred, no option to add any salad items,lady said we couldn't have jalapeños added after sandwich had been toasted. Worst subway I've ever had, 22 quid for 2 piss poor meal deals plus lousy service from the cleaner. Short asian lady shouldn't be serving. Will not be using again. Whole idea of subway as I remember is have it your own way. Couldn't believe I didn't get the option for any salad toppings at all. Absolutely disgusted with both product & service....

I had gone in today the 10th July 2024 I had requested the chilli heatwave nachos as I enjoy them from subway well!!!! Not today I didn’t he said to me cheese and jalapeños I said no thank you only to be treated with a disgusting look from the guy who I think may be polish not quite sure but anyway I said I like to have my own assort of toppings as I am an odd person when it comes to food and he replied with in a rude tone you are not having your own toppings or I’ll charge you double!!! DOUBLE FOR SOME TOPPINGS???? I then always requested that I would like southwest sauce on my nachos then got told they were gonna charge me for sauce!??? I’ve never had this issue at any other subway until today! My nachos r freezing they should be red hot I’ve barley got any salsa on them and the tiniest handful of girkins I’m sorry but this is a joke!!!

I ordered meatball marinara but it tasted like BBQ. I don't like BBQ. I complained but the complaint went to head office who told me the recipe must have been changed. Rather than admit someone had made a mistake and credit me they have lost a customer.

Multiple items missing from the order, 2 packets of crisps, 2 cookies, 2 drinks. The sandwiches, one was wrong and both of them were really poor quality compared to what we’ve had in subway in person. Honestly I just wouldn’t use just eat again because there’s always problems and the customer service options are useless. I’ve requested a refund for the missing items and had to go out and buy replacements. No reply to my request as yet so now I’ve paid twice and have to wait for a reply. Poor.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a bacon and cheese sub and received a dry, cold stale ‘bacon’ sub. Inedible and went straight in the bin.

The quantity us getting worse hardly any in box have to buy a extra one to share definitely not worth the money

ruined my sandwich to the point is was inedible with the amount of sauce put on. when there's more sauce than salad I find it worrying think I'll give subway a miss from now on!

Absolutely shocking! I ordered on uber eats. I ordered lettuce on my sandwich- there was no lettuce. My chicken was frozen- there was actual frost on the chicken. It was inedible. I rang the store and the lady that answered basically told me to speak to Uber eats. How is this resolving the problem? This shouldn’t have happened anyway. Who serves frozen chicken to a customer? I’m shocked. Go to a different subway!!

As a window cleaner i travel around a lot and eat at many different places. This has to be without doubt the cleanest subway iv been in, i go out my way just to use this shop. The salad could not be any fresher than here. The girl behind the counter should be the standard for all subway stores. Super friendly while very professional and always with a smile. Very well run by the manager. Rare i post such good reviews but this place is absolutely deserving.

I ordered a salad for my dinner with the meat heated up rather than cold. The meat wasn't warmed up and I received lettuce rather than tomatoes. Also ordered has browns which had to be warmed up so I could eat them.

Food is tasty enough as long as the bread isn't stale (which has happened to me a few times). Service is ok. Lacks any atmosphere as there's no music. Front looks a bit run down and grubby. Cold inside. Check your rewards before you go that you can redeem them here. App keep losing my password. Parking can be a problem. Watch out you don't get run over by the people coming into the street as you cross over as drivers don't see the no entry sign or follow the one way.

ordered 4 subways, only 3 arrived. called them and they told me I could reorder and pick up from store and request a refund via just eat. errelevant, because we asked for delivery. refund requested, but didn't order the missing sub as didn't want to pay for additional delivery.

if you can’t handle people you should not be allowed to have a customer facing job. Gail was the rudest person I have ever encountered at this subway. not only was our bread cut with a dirty knife she was very abrasive in how she spoke to me and my partner and made us feel very uncomfortable. she finished the order and asked me to pay before i was finished, when i then said i would like some cookies she paused, sighed and rolled her eyes. I can’t imagine how she believes it’s okay to speak to people like that.

Fantastic service, the staff were all really attentive and friendly, they were patient too, with myself and others who could articulate what they wanted. The food was crash and very tasty.staff informed me of offers and attempted to upsell, but didn’t get grumpy when I refused. I would highly recommend this subway store, it’s not the first time I’ve been here going to or from a site visit. Staff were still smiling after some customers had been ignorant towards them which is highly commendable. Very happy with my experience today.

The place was clean, tidy and the staff patient when we hesitated overvour order, then helpful, polite and can't fault the experience.

Totally wrong order delivered tried ringing restaurant no answer. Ended up having to drive to restaurant to change order they were very apologetic and gave us our new order which we brought home only to discover they had redone the incorrect order not our original! So back to restaurant again finally got correct order two hours after originally ordering after two trips in car won’t be ordering again

Was mean to get a foot long sandwich and only a 6 inch came and the bread was soggy. The meatballs were very cold like they were just gotten out of a fridge and the salad box was basically empty and missing half of the salad.

The sub itself was poor - ordered the tuna footlong but there was barely any in there. Cheese wasn’t added either! The best thing about the meal was the tango and doritos chilli heatwave!

Specifically ordered one without onions but there were still onions in there. Had to pick them out.
