Canadian Charcoal Pit in Manchester

I cannot fault Canadian Charcoal Pit in Sale. The food is always fresh, perfectly cooked and spectacularly tasty. On top of that, service and presentation is excellent.

You can get better than this honestly...

Excellent quality food and great service!

Decent takeaway. I come here one and so often. I would recommend all the burgers - great sauce to meat and veg ratio. Pizzas are decent, but not my favorite. Overall - definitely worth trying this place.

Can't go too wrong with this place. Food is good and reasonable prices. They even gave us a free cheese garlic bread for spending over £20!

Think this place has been recently taken over. I ordered 2 8oz burgers onion rings and hash browns, what I got was 2 4oz burgers, missing cheese, AND got overcharged. They tried telling me they were new prices, although the old prices were still displayed on the menu board. Not happy, and won’t be returning. Used to love this takeaway.

Lovely food - it’s always ace. But they don’t really do much for long term customers which can be disheartening. Asked for a bag of chips instead of a free garlic bread to be told that there is no garlic bread anyway with an offer - which is the first time I’ve ever used an offer in 5 years. They know me as my mobile number prompts my address on their system without needing to give it so there should be some record of the length of custom also. I didn’t need the freebie by any means but it just would have been a nice touch for someone who has been ordering regularly for 5 years. Other than that - cannot fault the food, it’s amazing, delivery is rapid also. The special kebab with chips and the pizzas are my top orders so deffo give them a go!

Took over an hour and half to get here and food was cold and sloppy I always order from here not so much as sorry!!!

This is just the best takeout. The menu, prices and quality are all five star. Back in Sale since covid lockdown for first time and the standards hadn't slipped. Toppings on the pizza were plentiful as was the chicken in the kebab. Great stuff. Cash only mind if your thinking about giving it a go. You'll thank me😉

Always given great customer service by all the staff at CCP and food is bang on. Nice touch by one member or staff in particular who always gives our dog free donna meat which he loves. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Had a bad experience here, The food gave me food poisoning the next day, And I'm sure they did it on purpose because I asked for extra salad and napkins. Avoid.

There donner kebab is the best for miles around & there homemade chilli sauces for delicious. Here is are go to for a donner kebab everytime

Just love this place always when you go in staff always say hello, I always get chicken kebab or double cheeseburger and it’s always so fresh and hot, these lads work so hard not just on making the food but also on customer service, still after 6 years they still make me feel so welcome, please support this local shop you won’t look back. I just think next time I need to try out the menu and have something different. Keep up the good hard work lads.

Not the best I ordered 2x calzones and some other items and we noticed they put the wrong fillings in one of the calzones so went back in store they made a fresh one in the meantime the rest of my order was going cold all we got was sorry we'll remake the calzone when I got home I noticed once I start eating mine they messed my order up as well so won't be going back and wouldn't recommend food ended up being cold due to there mess up

Amazing food every time and I order at least once a week! Nothing like any other kebab shop that uses the word Canadian! This place is on another level!

It's a sign if you walk into a place and out an order in and they say 5mins !!.. I ordered kebab and chips (nice and easy ?)... Get home and have had to cook the pale slivers of kebab myself and try and crisp up the soggy chips ...AVOID !

As ever, the staff are well organised. Food prepared well and tasted delicious.

First time ordering from here was perfectly fine before the food but started to get a bad belly ache after turns out the food has give me and my partner worms we are disgusted

A utopian establishment for the local gentry , an absolute beacon of quality, delectable flavours yet served en masse alongside a cornucopia of takeaway favourites that are sure to appease even the most negative of palates!. 10 out of 10 !! Simply a masterpiece. The portions are stupendous yet the taste isn't substituted. The best fast food in this location.

Always great food. Chicken kebabs are our favourite, really fresh, great flavour, but burger and curly fries are good too.

Just had a really poor experience. Firstly, £1.50 chargerd for delivery. Should be free inside 2.5 miles. My house is 1.7 miles away. Also 90 mins to delivery. Hash browns, all 4 stuck together. Garlic bread with cheese was cold. Kebabs both very greasy and naan bread dry! My advice, use peri grill across the road

Dreadful. Food stone cold. Ordered at 18.50 they added time to the order so 20.15 finally turned up at 21.05! Over two hours to get a hot dog. Food was inedible. Will never use again. No apology from the shop. Only reason they have 1 star is because you can’t post a review without one. I’d give them minus 10 stars. Eccles shop

Been a fan for many years, and remains very consistent as a burger/kebab takeaway. Always quick service with plenty of staff and food is always good.

Had some delivery problems but Manager made an effort to apologise and I did enjoy my 1st food order for a year since issues occured Donner kebab meal deal very good value at a tenner delivered. If they keep it up I may even give 5star rating.

Food is always nice, just too bad they don’t take orders down very well. You wait for 50minutes for delivery then face a drama from your son because his chicken strippers that the family all heard you ask for TWICE are not in the bag. When you phone they say they were not in the order. You have not been charged. That’s not the point. Then for the privilege of waiting a further 25 minutes your charged full price.

Card machine was was still broken, which they failed to tell me when I ordered over the phone. So I had to go and find a cash machine. When I eventually got home, my pizzas were cold. ☹️

Had the donner and chips and the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks - all of it was delicious! Had a great burger too - Hawaiian half pounder with bacon, hash brown and pineapple! Good value, quick and efficient customer service and good hygiene - would come again!

Good food and good service. Portion sizes are occasionally on the small side, but the majority is very good and an good level of hygiene as well.

they cancelled my order last minute and wont refund me on Paypal - Avoid at all costs. Told me its not their problem and need to take it up with Paypal.
