CamBap in Cambridge

Really good food, a great location, infact a wow location looking over a beautiful park.

One of the best Chinese meals I’ve had in years. We had the traditional set menu - excellent, it was a balance of individual dishes, beautifully prepared and presented. The battered fish was amazing , first time I tried lotus root - will have that again. Make sure you are hungry when you get there. I wish I had taken some photos!! The staff were gracious and attentive. There were only six customers on a Saturday evening, so yes was a bit quiet but the venue is quirky with some interesting musical instruments on show and other Chinese items for sale at the bottom of the restaurant.

What a find. I was a visiting supporter to Cambridge United and hadn't booked! The staff slotted me in and thank goodness they did. Lovely poppadoms and tray. Excellent prawn vindaloo with white rice. Thank you so much and I can fully understand why they're the best curry house in Cambridge. Note to self: if you're going to somewhere with an excellent reputation.... book.... doesn't matter what time you want a meal!
