We regularly order from here. The food is always fresh and delicious and delivery is really quick!

Awful. Been ordering for years the last couple of times been bad. But tonight 1hr 10 mins when food came not only was it wrong it's cold so straight in the bin. That will be the last time

Food was below average but worse was the 1h10m delivery time. Called for a refund, told no because: "If you didn't want to wait you shouldn't have ordered" So, take their advice. Don't order from here if you don't want to wait over an hour

No dining in. Takeaway option only. So not really an atmosphere but lovely staff members with good service

Always have great service and food from Charcoal. The guys are always super friendly and the food is always 5* everything is fresh & it's my go to place if I want food. Chicken shish wrap is always perfect. Never had any issues and will always return.

Everything I order from here I get the large cheesy chips with g mayo absolutely lush

Have ordered from here a few times and usually the food is decent.. that is until my order on Friday. Kebab was ok but the fries had clearly been reheated as they were stale for two portions I ordered. Very disappointed as I threw most of them away. Will not be ordering from them again.

I'm not sure about the atmosphere as I had a home delivery but the food was fantastic.

Order from here all the time. And recently have had mistakes, this is the 3rd time they have got it wrong but try telling me I got it wrong when I have purposely screenshot my order to prove however they were not interested and the customer service was horrendous. Never ordering from here again

Food arrived quickly but was not very good. Chips were like cardboard, chicken was cold a soggy, chicken burger was bland. Sometimes their food is very nice but today was awful. Won't be returning for a while unfortunately.

Wouldn’t recommend at all had a delivery tonight for a large lamb kebab and Childs burger meal and a few other things. Firstly lamb kebab we requested extra cucumber lettuce and red cabbage was the smallest I have ever seen. No extra at all. Normally they are filled up with salad unfortunately it was a small amount tucked into one side of the box. The burger my daughter requested to have lettuce, cucumber and onion. It came with none just a burger and bun. When I called to complain the man on the phone didn’t seem to concerned and after some going back and forth he said he will send more salad out. Then he hung up the phone. If my order was done correctly the first time this wouldn’t have happened this is a real shame as I have been using charcoal grill for a long time unfortunately I Won’t be using you again.

Lovely food in this place, we had lamb doner wraps and some other stuff, the meat, chilli and garlic sauces were really good, the wraps had a ton of fresh and piping hot meat in them, the guy that served us was spot on, really polite and made a killer wrap/kebab, would definitely recommend!

I went to this shop and ordered to cheese burger and in one minute was ready-made, I told him I wanted fresh and he continued to lie in my face, I answered back to him one minute fresh is not possible, don't recommend this place to anyone, I had to pay and not it my dinner

Some people say it's not that good. Personally, I've never been disappointed. Cheerful staff, (mostly) good food not overly price

Walk in order for chicken and chips. Chicken pre cooked hot bagged then waited 5 mins got chips the another 5 mins for beans and coleslaw. Very rude when simple asked how much longer it would be.

Had a delivery this evening for kebab and chips and a box of lamb doner and it was cold the meat was hard chewy and awful be nice to have fresh cut meat not the bottom of the pot rubbish not to mention my daughter had a delivery not so long ago and received chicken that was still pink in the middle absolutely disgusting

The pizzas are so dead. I ordered a BBQ pizza and it was literally just dough and cheese. Absolutely disappointed and not worth the money. How can you order a BBQ pizza and it not have bbq sauce on it such a joke.

Best take out in Calne, fair prices, tastes amazing every time and they are always so friendly in the shop. Portion sizes are decent and the delivery is also impeccable.

I ordered 2 pizzas and chips for the first time from here. I'm not disappointed! Probably the best vegetarian pizza I've ordered in a long time. Papa John's wasn't great and I don't like Domino's. My partner loved his meat pizza too. The pizza has a slight charcoal base that was just right with a slight crisp. Layers of cheese and plenty of veg. I had the 9" and it was just perfect. Finally, a Pizza takeaway worth every penny. I'll be ordering again from here!

Very disappointed, ordered a pizza with added chicken, there were 2 options one spicy chicken and one just chicken, due to allergies I ordered the plain chicken, when the food arrived my pizza had spicy chicken on it. I phoned the shop and they were extremely unhelpful, they told me they only use 1 type of chicken and it’s only coated in curry powder so it will be okay. The only thing he offered was to send the delivery driver back to pick up the pizza and they will give me a refund, no offer to change it or let me order anything else. The only apology I received was from the delivery driver. We regularly order from charcoal but we won’t be anymore.

I ordered a pizza this evening on charcoal grill website. They have always delivered delicious meals in the past. I ordered the pizza specifically for 6.15pm. They delivered at 5.45pm (30 min early). I called up charcoal grill and spoke to a very friendly lady and told her that my husband wasn’t due home until 6.15 so the pizza would be cold for him. Of course I can put it in the oven but it never tastes the same to be reheated and I could have just bought an oven pizza from Tesco if I’d wanted to do that. The lady on the phone said that she didn’t look at the delivery time and I know we all make mistakes but I should have been offered something for the inconvenience… heating up my oven now at a huge cost and it won’t even now be that great!

just ordered a cheese burger with cheese no cheese provided and two cans of rio too which wasn’t provided also.but they have managed to resolve the problem now i highly recommend getting a delivery from charcoal grill.

Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered and where it had been a sat around so long the food was soggy. Not to mention we were given the wrong drink. Overall avoid from me

Best chicken sandwiches and pizzas in town

Really enjoyed the kebab and chips, fair prices and the portion sizes were healthy (pun intended) and I am now a satisfied fat kebab filled lass while on lockdown. We thank you 👏👏

Absolutely shocking, not the food tho. I didn't get chance to taste the food. I ordered at 8pm online, paid online with my bank card, didn't receive any emails about order being placed but on the website it says delivery about 2hrs. Food never showed up. Its now 1.07am Tried phoning nobody answerd. Emailed them and im waiting for a reply. The money has left my bank so i know it was paid.

Ordered at 19:15 turned up at 20:35. Was cold so put straight in the bin

Sadly, going downhill. Used to be a favourite for a reasonably healthy option (for a takeaway), with shish kebabs offering a filling chicken salad type meal with pita. Last order arrived with a mini pita (looked like a child or picnic size), hardly any salad and less chicken. Price has gone up but portion has shrunk! I also had to hunt for the dressing and initially thought they’d forgotten to add it! Will order elsewhere next time. Tasted nice but not nice enough to accept the changes.

Food poor quality had to phone up about missing item seemed like they didn't care to much

I bought a doner kebab yesterday at 18:00 ate it straight away and at 20:45 I was really dizzy then brought it all up and had diarrhoea. Still getting sick this morning and dizzy going to the doctor's later, missed a day of work probably tomorrow too. Haven't had a kebab in three years never having one again!! Not Happy

It seems really hectic in this place when i said i was picking up the person was unaware of any phone orders before someone come and said are you the guy who ordered.... Whatever they only take cash in this shop reason for 3 stars is because the main focus of this place is kebabs and there is definitely room for improvement here! Customer service is not great

Ordered chicken,doner and chips. The only thing I enjoyed was the salad that it came with !! Everything was dry - the chicken they use , well, you can’t call it chicken It was rock hard , chewy couldn’t eat it. Worst I’ve had. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The. Food is vile. There burgers are. Dry there fried mushrooms are dry as hell to the point I picked them all out. There food. Keeps making me sick no matter. What time. I Oder food or. Day. Makes no difference there chicken is that dry in side it's tough and hard to. Chew the first time I ordered fish and chips. From hear I had violent dyharia as the fish was. Half like a rock that I couldn't. Even eat it. The owners. Needs to. Give up. He's been there far to long and it is showing in his food. Hope. U all read this waste of money
