I previously left a 5 star rating, but due to recent service, I'm changing it. I've have made several telephone orders for delivery and had the staff member read back the order. Each time my order gets delivered, there's something missing. It's always a bag of chips or a curry sauce or a portion of rice. This is happening far too often. I have complained about it but get the usual apology. A couple of my friends have said they have noticed this also. I personally think that this is far too coincidental as its always the same thing that's getting missed out. If this takeaway does this often, they're clicking £££s on each customer. My other complaint is that they only accept cash payments. Definitely a fiddle going on. They also don't have a website or app to place an order. I won't be using them again.

Really nice special fried rice, huge portion too! Satay chicken, whilst quite nice certainly wasn't satay...didn't taste unpleasant just not really what i was expecting. Nice polite staff & not a very long wait. Will definitely visit again.

The staff in here are amazing my dad has dementia and we visit with him regularly they welcome him with a smile he loves it and I can relax thank you so much u don’t know how much this means to us all as family

Ran by teenagers, orders are always wrong foods always cold and customer service is disgusting. Use a different McDonald's.
