Ordered 3 piece meal and only got 2 pieces someone can’t count

I ordered Baked Beans and Received Gravy.

They didn’t include any fries with my order.

The quality of food is so low. Had a meal from here and found the chicken undercooked and all the food was oily. No napkins and no just two sauces with a bucket deal. Waste of money. Idk why KFC does not care about it's quality anymore. Improvements required.

I ordered 2 peices of chicken and 2 hot wings.lt was just after 12 so they just opened the I got my order straight away only to find out on my journey that the chicken was so dry it seemed to me that it was from the night before when I got to my destination I called them several times no answer and then it said the number wasn't recognised very disappointed.

Weird red liquid on my food and drink and they’re refusing to refund me. I couldn’t even eat my food and I was having a bad day. And I’m a uni student so spending money on fast food isn’t in my budget range all the time. I was supposed to be treating myself and this is what I got.

There is always some food missing. I pay for good food but unfortunately it is either cool or missing food.

Chicken was very dry. Wrap was not put together correctly and falling apart. Not happy at all.

Everytime missing sources, wrong items, and to top it off send hot food with 4 bottles of cold water. How are they still in business

always consistent and tasty. putting cold cans in the same bag as the meals creates warm cans and cold food.

Didn't read my note today... So the fries all had seasoning on so 3 packs wasted.. Should be a option for no seasoned chips

Every single time I order from this KFC branch there’s always an issue. Every single time. I’m just so fed with their service👎👎👎

3 Orders in a row, they manage to miss items. This time they missed an entire bucket of hot wings. Last few times they spilled drinks drinks/gravy, and forgot fries. Maybe next time they’ll just forget to make the food. 👍 On being consistently terrible.

The driver sat in his car on the phone to kids. I had to go out to get the food. I asked why didn’t you bring the food to the door, he said he was working the food was stone cold, not even war and was inedible. 30 and we threw it away.

When I asked the driver how come you drive around the area and did not drive straight to the address - he said because he had other things to do, leading to my food being cold and late, as you can see on the map he was driving everywhere but straight to the desired location.

Terrible the order bag was open on delivery the gravy had spilt all over the bag and the lid was off and there was no pop with the order I tried to call the shop immediately no answer I gave up trying after 9 attempts and it’s not a cheap meal anymore for service like this it’s disgusting I won’t be going anytime soon .

The driver dropped my food on the floor in pouring rain outside my house & passed it all to me put back into a soaking wet ripped bag & told me to check it cause he had dropped it, the lot went in the bin & I have been told they won’t refund my money & not helped me at all with this disgusting delivery. Would any one eat for off the floor? I paid for fresh KFC to be delivered. Appalling customer service & appalling delivery by the driver.

Apparently disabled people don’t order from Just Eat - according to an incredibly rude driver. The receipt attached to my order had the note I had added to the order for the driver to follow only for him to refuse to deliver, this ended up being a tense exchange of words where then exclaimed “you’re disabled! Disabled people don’t order takeaway.” Eventually he delivers as slowly as possible. Beyond rude!
