Had a super lunch here the other day with my lovely wife. Had steak and kidney pud.

Went today to have breakfeast , the best experience ever , good food , very nice staff , everybody was nice wiht me. Recomend 100%

Everything on my plate was over cooked. Beans were cold . Toilet wasn't working, staff ignored me when asking for sauce and ordering food. Over priced for what it was

These people are not fit for purpose. My partner made a complaint about the food. All he ate was the beans. Poppins has threated to break gdpr by submitting footage of my young family eating. Including two disabled children. I can't wait to see what the ICO feel about this data breach threat. The restaurant is always empty as that's why. The food is appalling a and they threaten their customers.

Place was empty most of the time staff just stood watching. Food was awfully the worst that I have ever had. The bacon was chewy the egg was burnt beyond belief. The best part of the fry up was the beans and they were cold. My partners coffee was undrinkable and nobody cared. Never again would I step foot in here and will advise anyone to do the same

Lovely and spacious. Served by a really lovely polite guy. Ordered sausage and bacon sandwich and a toasted bacon and mushroom sandwich with chips and they were really nice. All freshly cooked to order. The tea was also really good. Will definitely be back and recommend. Staff were excellent!

Food was cold and battered, boxes leaking and food all scrambled together in one corner.

Food quantity gone down. 2 slices ham and 1 sliced egg used to be 4 and 2 eggs. Quality always good though.

As usual one of the best breakfast restaurants you could possibly ever go too.

Came in with my little brother and ordered the American Pancakes. One of the lovely staff came over and bought us both milkshakes. Caring environment and a lovely place to eat.

Every time I come to this restaurant in Farnborough, my experience is always top notch. Everyone who works there are kind, caring, friendly and hardworking. In my last two visits, I have been served by a young Turkish lad called Wolkin, (I think that’s how you spell his name). He is a very friendly, chatty, enthusiastic, funny and hardworking guy who deserves a huge amount of praise. His customer service skills is one of the best I have had from any place I’ve been to; he’s an amazing guy! I love his sense of humour! The food is fantastic! In my last two visits, today and yesterday, I ordered the cheese burger and chips. The burger is juicy with great flavour and the chips is crispy but with great depth of flavour which is why I don’t add salt on it. The chips are exactly how I like them. I have had curry here as well and they always do a great job on that too. The chocolate fudge cake is the dessert I would definitely recommend as the portion alongside the main is great and it tastes amazing too. I would definitely recommend this place to go for lunch in Farnborough! If the young Turkish guy serves you, you’ll be a very happy customer like me as he is great!

Food is nice, but your waitress needs to be told it's not ok to snatch the ketchup and mayonnaise off the table whilst people are still eating. In fact she leant across my daughter's food whilst my daughter was still eating. Not very appetizing...

Great value food and good service. Would have stayed for a dessert but the strong smell of cigarettes from the rear put me off.

No respect showing what so ever from waiter who wouldn’t change order after about two minutes of ordering, I wanted to change toast to fried bread and was told that wouldn’t happen even called my partner “darling” which infuriates us both! Wont be coming here again!

Fantastic place to find anything from a snack or drink through to a full breakfast, lunch or tea. Friendly staff lovely atmosphere and comfortable seating catering for all.

This is a large restaurant in the heart of Farnborough town centre, with nice seating, great food and very friendly staff. On this occasion, I enjoyed a well cooked mushroom ommolete, chips, and peas for under a tenner.

Couldn't eat jacket potatoes because the prawn was chewy and I put it in the bin after....

Had a really lovely lunch here. Very reasonably priced food, of pretty nice quality, and the service was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be coming back for another meal.

Nice atmosphere for a hearty breakfast at very reasonable prices

The food was nice, although portion sizes are a little small. The cafe was busy, but waiters were walking around and two waiters were told to take our order, then a third waiter came. For a cafe it was quite expensive, I know the price of everything has gone up, will be visiting now and again. Also they have an allergy board up, but put it behind a table and chair, as a couple was sat there, I couldn't get in to see the board properly. This needs moving to the otherside of the counter, near the toilets, so can see the two boards properly. Would recommend this cafe if you're in Farnborough.

My local greasy spoon - if you want a reasonably priced fry up then go no further. Friendly service, quick and tasty! Hash browns and fried bread are a must!

hopefully you take this as constructive criticism and not me being rude. Firstly the good points, your place was clean, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The toast was done perfectly. Food wise I had the big breakfast. The meat was very low quality, the sausages were cheap which reflected in the taste and texture, the bacon was chewy and my egg was under cooked. I shall add I am from up north and live in the countryside so I am used to a certain grade of meat. If you could source proper Linconshire/Cumbrian sausages and British bacon youd be the place to go as I looked around at other breakfast places and they are either low quality or pretentious. hope you find this somewhat useful

I usually really enjoy the food in Poppins, but today I ordered a breakfast and the sausage was undercooked as was the tomato. It was served on a tiny plate so was difficult to eat from without the contents spilling onto the table..

Honestly disappointed with the food. Fish and chips with greasy batter, not fresh, hardly any flavour. Chips were again soft and dripping with oil. The peas were yellowish green, tasted bland as if it’s been boiled/kept for days. One star only because the service and atmosphere was friendly. Food really needs some improvement.
