Caffi Lido in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Arrived at opening time nobody else there and placed order. Half hour later food still not arrived. Asked waitress said another 3 minutes, 5 minutes later arrived but now had to take away instead of eating in cafe. Ate at home bacon was good but waffles were undercooked . Crispy on outside but doughy in middle.

Wonderful customer service, made me a lovely decaf soya latte even though they were clearly getting ready to close. Very much appreciated and so friendly :-)

after an enjoyable visit last year called in this morning, for brunch. ordered my hot drink, and my hot meal called the Miami, whilst waiting for my drink, could not help but listen to the rude , I'm assuming manageress barking out orders like a little dictator, little wonder all the staff looked so glum, when the food arrived it was hot and very tasty the waffles were lovely, unlike the atmosphere, emanating from the kitchen area, don't know if its a change of staff, management, or rules, but the friendly happy atmosphere has gone, and after today so as our custom

Thank you to the staff working 14/6/22 for helping us out with 20 thirsty children. Although we didn’t eat, the cakes on display looked delicious and the smell of the food cooking is definitely going to bring us back soon. Thank you for being so helpful and doing it with a smile 😊

Lovely smooth coffee they won’t break the bank balance. Staff are very welcoming and attentive Lovely relaxed setting within the beautiful park New food menu too 😍👍🏻

popped into the park for a stroll with my wife come across the cafe lido decided to stop for coffee and warm up, good selection of hot drinks and great selection of cakes at very reasonable prices and very helpful friendly staff who helped me decide between a blondie or brownie in the end we ordered both they were lovely. we will be calling back again

I must visit when visiting the Lido. Such friendly staff and fantastic well priced food , ice cream and cake. Look forward to visit again soon.
