Nice coffee, good food, Romel was very nice :)

One of the worst coffees in my life. Milk was steaming hot. Flat white is served in an oversize mug. If you do not know how to make it do not serve it.

Romel helped us with a great cup of coffee ln the middle of the night

This is a little too expensive as it is in an airport and the food is average at best. You have to queue, again as it is an airport.

It’s an airport coffee shop. It’s called something different now. Coffee was pretty average, next time I might go to Starbucks downstairs. £3.50 is the price you pay for a croissant when your trapped in an airport building.

While sitting at the cafe a wheelchair bound gentleman and family arrived and asked if they could sit in the area cordoned off because the all the available tables were the raised style with bar stools. This was met with complete opposition and rudeness from the staff who refused to accommodate them, either by allowing them to sit inside the closed off area at a standard height table or moving one of those tables so the family could use them. This is just pathetic behaviour in this day and age when accessibility is so much more common.

I recently grabbed a coffee here in Bristol Airport and had a great experience. The vibe was cozy and just what I needed after my flight. Big shoutout to Anh and Tom, the awesome baristas. Anh was great at taking the order and providing customer servis. Tom was super friendly and had some great drink suggestions. Coffee itself was rich in flavour and tasty. If you’re at Bristol Airport, definitely check this place out. Anh and Tom will take good care of you!

After long, exhausting flights I always go here, because I am always welcomed with warm smile, great customer service and curtesy. Never tried food here, but I absolutely love their iced coffee. Amazing service, warm, friendly atmosphere.

I frequent cafe at the departure section of the Bristol Airport and the staff go out of their way to make you have value for every penny you spend. Lovely people, not least one staff by name ROMEO.

Great breakfast stop. Highly recommend if you're at airport.

I had strawberry and cream frappe, it was delicious even better than the Costa’s one. I was happy too, when others are closed, they are open and still you can enjoy some drink.

Great coffee, conveniently located - had it just before our shuttle back to the carpark. Lukasz was very friendly and efficient!

I feel like I have just been utterly and completely ripped off. Coffees are ridiculously overpriced and if that weren't bad enough not only was my Americano just brown hot water, but the cup wasn't even half full. Look the staff were polite and kindly doing their job so I have no complaints about them, and of course the atmosphere it to be expected that it isn't great, it's an airport, but please, if you're going to utterly rob me for a coffee at least have the decency to give me a proper, fully cup of coffee.

We had a wonderful experience being served by Tom at the Bristol Airport cafe. Despite the busy atmosphere, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Ramen and Tom are the best,they greet customers with the smile and explain to me the choices of coffee that I can avail in the shop,I love my coffee and their professional assistant made me choose the coffee I never had before and I did not regret it.

The most dire "coffee" I've experienced in quite some time. Barely any coffee in it at all and heavily watered down. Purchased in a moment of desperation and an error I will not be repeating. Plus 70p extra for oat milk which doesn't taste fresh at all. Unfortunately we were arriving rather than departing as there are much better options post security. Truly a place where taste buds come to die. Serving staff pleasant though!
