Caffe Ritazza Bristol Airport in North Somerset

Our flight was 12:35, we got here just after 11:00, wanting a coffee and a bacon roll, no deal, they'd stopped doing breakfast! Not happy!

Romel and Tom were really helpful, kind and friendly.

My go to cafe in Bristol airport! My server was Anh and she was really kind and helpful :)

Kya gave Five star service with a smile, ordered a capacino and afterwards realised that it should be decaff. Changed it straight away with no extra charge.

Absolutely the worst latte I've ever had. Lukewarm, tasteless, overpriced. I wouldn't have known there was any coffee in it. Served with indifference, though since it was 10pm I suppose you have to make allowances. Bristol airport is bleak at the best of times.

Regular flyer at BAirport here. Well presented and pleasant service from Romel & Tom considering it was a very late the Airport. Makes waiting for security to open early morning more tolerable.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how fantastic the coffee service was! Romel was super friendly and really took the time to make sure each cup was just right. He even made my frappe look more appealing with some great decoration, which made it even more enjoyable to drink. Everything was served quickly and with a smile. It really made my day better! Highly recommend checking it out

Came during quiet period with a relatively big order. Ant & Kya were exceptional. Offering sauces etc.

Came late from my flight, was looking for something to eat and here was the Ritazza. What particularly struck me was the hospitality by Romeo, specially at such a late time. The food isn’t anything out of this world, and it is relatively expensive but it gets the job done.

Bought one latte from there and already met a great server. Tom has been an amazing person to talk to and even showed me where the sugar packets were at. Great place to wait at, even the hight chairs.

One of the worst coffees in my life. Milk was steaming hot. Flat white is served in an oversize mug. If you do not know how to make it do not serve it.
