In Waterloo, rude management, expensive and doesn't even taste great. You're better off going to Costa or Pret which is close by anyway.

El local es pequeño, sin aislar del ruido de la estación, y decorado sobriamente. El café que me sirvieron era bueno, pero servido en un vaso de plástico! Bien de limpieza, y servicio rápido.

This place is OK for coffee whilst waiting for your train. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. There is comfortable seating and tables both inside, and just outside, though, obviously the price of your drinks, if consumed here, are dearer than take-away. There was one bonus. My wife is Gluten Free and there were Gluten Free biscuits available. That was a very pleasant surprise.

But it's gone. This used to be a great coffee spot and meeting place. The quality was really good and it was cheap.

I’ve just bought a small (smallest size) decaf latte from here. £3.10. That’s more than anywhere else in the station, including if I’d chosen instead of taking away, to sit down in any restaurant. Service was hopeless. 3 staff, all chatting to each other about how to do various tasks. Making my coffee was too challenging for one, who handed over at the machine to his colleague saying he was confused. Whilst waiting I noticed the sign saying that if you buy a coffee, a banana with it costs 50p. I asked them for a banana. 69p they said. I told them it’s 50p with a coffee according to their large poster. ‘No’, they said, ‘only if you order it with a coffee’. ‘I have ordered a coffee, you are making it.’ ‘No, you have to order at the same time’. Basically, they were too lazy or incompetent to process it on the till, and plainly lacked any form of initiative or customer service skill, bearing in mind it’s 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon and the bananas are all going soft anyway! Finally, the food other than bananas was old and dried out, and the area behind the till grubby. Seriously folks, go anywhere else.

This small cafe is opposite platform 2 of Victoria station and provides a convenient place to stop and refresh, with comfortable seats at tables inside and outside. The staff were very helpfull and service was quick.

Caffè da asporto, pubblicizza Segafredo, ma ho i miei dubbi, il cappuccino non era molto buono, e il tipo mi ha chiesto £2.80, senza neanche d'armi il resto

Good coffee to go, also seating places if you want to stop for a moment in the rush. Pricing is average.

Stopped for a coffee whilst waiting for a train. Coffee, an americana was ok but nothing special. There was a real shortage of food left, so gave that a miss. A couple of tables on the concourse gives you the chance to people watch. Staff are friendly and efficient.

遍佈車站的消遣聖地,咖啡不能算很出色,大家都能接受的範圍,因為錯過了一般車,中間居然要等四十分鐘!果斷來這裡休息充電,選擇也算OK,相信不會讓你失望。

Very slow service. The croissants are very poor quality. Not flaky or buttery. The coffee is ok though.

咖啡不失不過,屬於大眾都能接受的水準,我喜歡乳酪,奶香十足。配個三明治,屬於午餐標配。總之食物質素不錯啦。地點就在繁忙的維多利亞站,火車晚點的好去處。

I have not been here for a while. They do a very nice double shot Cortado for £2. Ok the beans are not the best but the staff are nice and the coffee is well made. The baguettes look very good.

Ideal place to sit and wait for your delayed train. Seating could be better but coffe is fine. Not as busy as I expected given its central location on the concourse. Service was fine but I agree it could do better with the furniture.

Nice food. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices for this type of fayre. Enjoyed the yoghurt. There is inside seating and concourse seating for those that like a bit more air. All on one level so easy access for the less mobile.

Last time I wasn't happy with the taste of the coffee, so I've avoided the place for 8 months, but Starbucks looked too crowded. This time the coffee tasted fine. What was very different was I tried the bacon & egg roll for a pre-9am breakfast, which was then heated up for me. It truly was delicious. I would certainly have it again.

There were lots of empty cups and discarded food items on tables. Although busy not completely over run so could have cleared it away. Customers were having to do it for previous lazy ones!! I must point out that the cafe wasn't dirty though (just messy). Considering the location (Victoria Station) prices were very good value. We had two GIANT black tea's, a lge water, a lemon drink and two pure orange juice's for £13.30. There were newspapers available to borrow on the rack. Wi-fi and comfortable seats. Unfortunately, it is quite small so gets very busy at peak times. Standard pastry and snacks available. Also gluten free lemon shortbread in pre-packs (v. good). Staff friendly.

But not the best either. Cappuccino a bit light on the coffee and a bit watery - but at least it was hot and not bitter. Will try another outlet when next in the station.

Must have got them on a bad day : Lavazza coffee is usually quite nice, but on this occasion it wasn't anything special - more like brown water.

And that says it all really.Prices are commensurate with other chains, but this branch is not particularly salubrious. Scratched tables and chairs and a general impression of the place being unkempt. The coffee is fine. The position is excellent and great for people-watching. But in such a prestige position, they absolutely have to make the furniture nicer. On a busy Saturday afternoon, it was half-full. I'm sure some of the 1000s of people waiting for friends or who were arriving from the platforms were put off by the general dowdiness of the premises

Great place for a cup of coffee or a soft drink waiting for someone or a train at Victoria Railway Station. But the coffee was really not so great as they say.Look for more reviews by MulleEllum.

I have been a fan of this place for some years. The coffee is always very good and they were the first chain to do a cortado. The cafe is basic and not that comfortable but the Ritazza opposite Weatherspoons (there are 2 in Victoria Station) is a fantastic place to watch the crowds at London's busiest interchange (1 million passengers per day as far as I know). Free toilets up the escalators in Weatherspoons!

Visted yesterday and found the cafe very overpriced - £5.95 for a sausage roll that literally dripped fat all over the table - you can get half a dozen much nicer ones at Greggs for that 😂 Chocolate

No beer. No wifi. No atmosphere. Menu unavailable. Few bar snacks. Barmaid had almost no English. There are two preferable pubs nearby.
