Caffè Nero - Wetherby Market Place in Leeds

Busy, untidy, seemed like short of staff.

It's good but where they have the service table is a bit annoying, their is 2 tables opposite the service table & people are queuing next to you & sometimes are too close while you are trying to enjoy your coffee/food. If they move where you pick up your food/drink then it would be a good coffee shop.

Not eaten here, but staff are pleasant and the drinks are nice!

There was space to sit and relax! Toilets were great for Cafe Nero

Good food and coffee. On this occasion the Barista was doing a wonderful job but he was working solo in this v busy coffee shop as his colleague had not turned up for work. Understandably there were long queues and no one to clear tables or wash up!!! Management need to sort!!! Welll done Barista who was doing a sterling job!!

I only go in for a coffee and a piece of cake or similar l like the coffee and find it friendly in the cafe

Not cheap but excellent staff and good surroundings and atmosphere.

Fantastic place to go and take 10 mins out. Lovely soft relaxing music in the background. Tried the Iced Velvet coffee today, it was gorgeous and I’m definitely going to try all the different flavours as the weeks pass. The manageress is so welcoming, friendly and always happy to see you. So nice to see her be just as chatty and comfortable with people in wheelchairs as with the able bodied. Keep up the good work.

It is the place of my choice to have a coffee in Wetherby... Chain coffee shop, but taking care of the detail of a good coffee and good service!

We called in for a quick coffee and a tea, really friendly barista , nice tasting coffee and tea, nice decor with clean and comfortable seating. Overall very satisfied.

Unfortunately this place is very hit and miss! I have visited a lot since it opened and each time it's either understaffed with tables full of dirty crockery etc and only one person trying to cover everything OR it's staffed and still dirty crockery is sat on tables. The young man serving me today did not say "hello" he did not engage or smile or say "thank you" His colleague on the other hand was excellent as usual with the customers. Come on Nero sort yourselves out! I support all the local coffee shops in Wetherby and do enjoy a Nero branded blend of coffee but please can you advertise for more staff!

Understaffed, tables full of empty crockery, cakes were dry, coffee normally very good but not today. Come on Caffé Nero, sort yourselves out.

This place is the worst Cafe Nero for coffee. Plus too many dogs in the shop barking at each other. We couldn't enjoy or coffee.

Had to ask for tea spoons again & no saucer for my Cortado

New addition to the now many coffee shops, both franchise/chain and independent to be found in wetherby. informed by a friend that they allow their dog to enter also!

First visit not impressed staff chatting didn't listen to our order then rudely said what we asked for would cost more Won't be returning

Coffee ok, sausage sandwich: 3 half sausages in a teacake - enough said.

A great place for s snacking, a quick bite or better still some lunch. The smell of great coffee be it a latte or cappuccino hits your palate in a definite way. Besides the coffee, there is a good selection of super drinks, if you are healthy minded. Try the plant-based chicken or tuna sandwich 🥪. The library theme is a unique touch.

We love this Cafe Nero. Dog friendly, comfortable seating, good snacks and great coffee. What makes it extra special are the friendly and ever so helpful staff!

I believe this nero is fairly new. Nice and clean and refreshing. Thoroughly enjoyed my cappuccino. Imo it's a lot better than the rival a few doors down

Lovely and cool on a hot day! Enjoyed iced lattes, shared a fine salted caramel cheese cake and had a mellow chill out. Very nice staff.

Great addition to Wetherbys cafe culture and coffee houses. Although Nero is one of the big chains, this one feels very independent. Nicely refurbished, warm and inviting sitting areas, great coffee, nice hot & cold snacks, friendly staff. Give it a try
