Caffe Nero - Streatham High Street in City of London, Westminster

Rude staff, made my experience uncomfortable. Service was poor, didn't give me my full order and didn't even apologise for her mistake, also didn't bring my hot food to the table as in all neros they do, when I turned up at the counter her and her colleague just pointed at the plate, extremely rude.

This is one of my favourite Nero's. Always get a warm welcome. Staff could'nt be more helpful and more patient with trying customers. I have been to many Nero's but there is something special about this branch. The staff add to the ambiance but the huge window areas and the comfy seating in the windows make this branch extra special. I just love it.

Visité a un amigo y nunca volveré, las mesas estaban sucias, nadie se molestó en limpiarlas, había moscas diminutas por todos lados, yendo en nuestras tazas y la comida en nuestras caras era asquerosamente, ¡literalmente, cargadas de ellas! El personal era muy grosero cuando pedimos que limpiaran las mesas, el baño estaba sucio. ¡Nunca volveré y no lo recomiendo! ¡McDonald's está más limpio! ! ! !

Solía ​​ir aquí mucho, pero la última vez que estuve allí, encontré al personal (2 chicas) tan grosero. Literalmente se reían de los clientes cuando daban la espalda para hacer los cafés. ¡En serio no volveré aquí ya que son francamente groseros! ! !

Yo solía ir al café Nero bastante - me gusta el café y la música. Y las peripecias de chocolate! Pero los servicios que siempre son ahora tan insoportable mal horrible que no puedo dejar que mis hijos los utilizan. Aún peor, el olor impregna todo el café, así que en realidad parece que estás sentado en un wc público. Por favor, renovar, así que puede visitar de nuevo - y poner un código en la puerta del aseo si ayuda a mantenerlos limpios

Ottimo caffè per fare 2 chiacchiere con amici. I prezzi sono adeguati a Londra? Ci ri torneremo di nuovo.

Nero Coffee shop in Streatham has one problem, front of the shop looks like rubbish bin it's put you off straight away , inside could br cleaner as well. Staff is nice and polite but sometimes that's not enough.

This is one of my favourite caffe Nero. The staff here are so polite they love it when people come up to the till and serve them. They're friendly offer you to join their loyalty scheme which i thought was good since I like building up my loyalty cards in my wallet lol. The coffee is perfect great taste and not watered down like the other coffee shops lol. I would recommend visiting this branch!

Not so friendly dealing with families 😕 Even though it's a local establishment, staff are high on caffeine and pushy. You could understand if they were in the square mile, but Streatham!?!? My daughter (8) wanted a frappe latte, lady barista asks "it has two shots so is strong, are you sure?" I asked, "do you do a single shot?" Lady shrugs her shoulders and hands and turns around to carry on playing with espresso machine while her colleague continues finishing the beverage. Down right rude! Earlier with the rest of the family, kept asking in a frustrated manner whether we were done ordering, so she could serve other customers. Ahh yes, not a line of 20 customers behind us but 1 individual. We also had to clean our own table, staff seems too busy but doing what? Oh playing with the espresso machine! Shall not be returning to Caffe Nero.

Il caffè è buono, l'ambiente gradevole e i commessi sono davvero italiani! Se ogni tanto volete sentire aria di casa...
