We waited 45 mins for our food to arrive, with no water being topped up in the process. Menu was different to the one on the website, with limited choices of small plates. The food was fine, but I don't think it justified the price.

Amazing food at their new home in The Distillery, 186 Portobello Road. Incredible small plates. We loved the crab salad, the burrata and the Hispi cabbage. The cured cod was impeccable, as was the lamb. We can’t wait to come back.

Terrible restaurant. Took 15 minutes to get a menu and be offered a drink and they weren't even half full. Were told there were none of the sharing platters which are the main part of the menu. They also had no beer for an early Friday evening sitting and they forgot 2 out of our 9 drinks cocktails. No one returned and asked us if we wanted any food after 45 minutes. We left. Avoid at all costs. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.

This has to be the best food available in a very wide radius - everything was absolutely insanely delicious and well made! We came for dinner on a whim and enjoyed extremely generous portions and lots of little extras in-between courses. Found it very well priced, especially the wines. Lovely staff, relaxed ambience, fab music, parked right outside. How lucky to have this locally and we will be back soon to try brunch next for sure!

We had a lovely dinner at Angel of Mercia. The service was perfect - took our drink orders right away and then let us enjoy our cocktails before taking our food order. We did the 6 Sharing Plates and the recommendations were spot on. We asked for a couple of wines that would go with our 6 dishes and the two wines (one Spanish white and one Italian red) were absolutely perfect. The food was innovative and high quality. The chef came by to chat and you can tell he really loves what he does. Oh - and the Espresso Martini's - top marks! This was our first visit, but it will not be our last. Would highly recommend.

Delicious food and wonderful service, highly recommend! We meet some friends for a brunchy lunch. We enjoyed coffees, wine and cocktails. Then the brunch dishes we had were very tasty! We had our toddler with us and they provided colouring pencils which was cute. I’d recommend this place for all groups, whether that be friends or family. Nice decor and spacious.

I cannot recommend this place more. I've come back numerous times. The food is incredible. They always make us feel so welcome. Plus it's kiddy and dog friendly too. What more could you want? I've recommended them to all of my friends. Definitely my favourite local.

We had a delicious lunch, sharing small plates, so we tried a variety of tasty and beautifully presented dishes. We were very impressed by the quality of the cuisine. Head chef Peter is a great guy and came and chatted to us about the food. The front of house staff were very friendly and provided excellent service and cocktails too. We would highly recommend a visit. We can’t wait to take more friends there.

Loved our night out at Angel of Mercia. Excellent food - everyone in our party of 6 thought it was superb. We had the small plates and we all had a different favourite. Friendly service, great cocktails and quality wine list. We enjoyed chatting to the lovely head chef too.

We went to the Angel of Mercia to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The Service was excellent from the moment we walked in - a great table, extensive cocktail list and an intriguing menu. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the chef came out to explain the main course to us! We enjoy nice meals out and have been to several Michelin starred restaurants - the food and service at the Angel really was exceptional. We’ve been a few times and will keep on going back. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the ambiance was very relaxed. Highly recommended. My wife wanted to add that the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. There was an intriguing and welcome spin on cocktails.

Do not drop in, call beforehand!!! Drove quite a bit to get there as their menu was just what ai wanted. Saw it was open. Looked for parking, took a bit of time to park. Arrived at 16:45h on a Thursday. When I walked in asked if they were open: closed they have a party. It would have been 1 star but they did serve me a good takeaway flat white.

Really enjoyed my full breakfast the other morning. Started with a really good coffee and then the proper breakfast. Nice crispy bacon, soft/runny scrambled egg, tasty herby sausages and an interesting hash brown sitting on top of the black pudding. Decent granary bread with proper tasty packets of butter. Very friendly staff ( and plenty of them considering only my dining bud & I in the place @11am) and we had a good laugh. Turns out I knew Chef Kieran from his Three Oaks days, a good pedigree. Would go back for lunch or dinner for sure.

Outstanding! went to dinner with my other half last night, never having been to this restaurant before and WOW we were impressed! its smaller in capacity than the big names around old and new Beaconsfield and so of course is the menu but that means they can give more attention to detail and the result of that was a master class in superb food AND service! The quality and taste of every dish we had was just fantastic, also the people working within the restaurant really made you feel welcome and genuinely concerned that you were enjoying your whole evening, it wasn't just a cursory 'is everything ok' as a waitress walks past your table without actually stopping as you normally get with other establishments, the staff actually converse with you which makes such a change, we also found out that the owners also own a distillery on the Portobello Road producing their own range of Gin which is served in the restaurant. So glad we found this place at the last minute as we will definitely be returning. Les & Marion

Fabulous breakfast. Everything was good. Perfect eggs, poached exactly right: runny yolks, not a trace of water or a hint of vinegar, equally perfect hollandaise sauce that I finished with a spoon, and splintery crisp bacon. The avo was darn good too. Oh yes, our waiter was an utterly charming man.

The food was very good, but the restaurant was so noisy, as it doesn't have any means of sound absorption. We left quickly and had coffee at home. It needs to think of how to improve the acoustics and could take advice from the Royal Albert Hall or another local restaurant in Farnham Common. Take a look at the disks hanging from the ceiling of the Albert Hall.

We'd popped in when it had just opened for a glass of wine while out on a dog walk. Inside we found it had a nice relaxed contemporary design and the staff were warm and friendly. Having read other positive reviews, I decided to book a table to celebrate my wife's birthday over a family meal. It didn't disappoint - the food was amaziing and beautifully presented from the wide range of small starters to the main meal sharing plates. Plus the cocktails were great and the staff were again fantastic. We were well looked after by Mark's theatrical service that raised a smile, and the friendly attentive service from Mimi. Just one thing to note - dogs aren't allowed inside after 6pm. Not a problem for us as we happliy switched to sitting outside on a warm balmy evening.Our new favourite place in Beaconsfield!

Food was impeccable, outstanding quality and flavours. You cannot get this level of cookery anywhere close by unless paying through the roof or going to central London. Ambiance was brilliant and staff were more than accommodating. Great cocktail and wine menu too. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful lunch. The octopus is excellent, but all the small plates and the sharing board were great. Well priced and interesting wine selections. Appreciated the recommendations and the details about the food and wine provenance from the owner Ged. Off to try brunch there this week and looking forward to it.

Lovely restaurant with friendly helpful staff and great atmosphere. We had the small plates and the food was fantastic as were the cocktails. The sound levels were high as it was a very busy evening but we soon acclimatized and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Would recommend and will definitely visit again - maybe for Brunch next time as the brunch menu looked very tasty too. Thank you very much and see you again soon.

A very fine addition to the restaurant scene in Beaconsfield. A good balance between the food being interesting flavours and well executed, whilst also being super relaxed about us being there with small children. We went for their first sitting but it was clearly going to be a busy evening for them with nice ambience. I would say it’s also perfect for just popping in for a cocktail/date night. This will be a regular go to for us.

We had an amazing lunch here with our two children. It’s a beautiful restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun. It’s a great new restaurant and we will be back.

The staff claimed us to pay for an extra coffee latte even though we did NOT order it or even got it. They came back to our table several times even we showed them the receipt we paid for and what we really got on out table. It wasn't even a stressed situation in the café. They should just only realized they were wrong and leaved it. The time in the café was destroyed for us and our friends that should have been an relaxing time together with them.

Came here on a warm, busy Saturday, but it was fairly quiet. Ordered sandwiches to be toasted and iced coffees. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Plenty of seating at the side and towards the back. My chorizo and chilli panini was lovely, as was the iced coffee.

di colito queste catene propongono qualcosa di interessanteo comunque passabile per gli standard italiano e chi vuole un espresso è disposto a pagare qualcosa in più fuori da casa... Ma non qui dove l'espresso è acido e alla macchinetta del caffè hanno messo una persona che non sa nenache come si usa la moka... figuriamoci fare un espresso. Il prezzo poi, allora , non si puo gisutificare. Comunque spenderei una lancia sul fatto che nella stessa catenaha sentito anche caffe decenti. Probabilemte sono stato sfortunato.

Fortunatamente anche a Londra si riesce a trovare dei caffè decenti. In questo caso l'espresso preso a 1,75£ take away (1,85£ in tazzina) non era nulla di eccezionale, simpatica la cameriera italiana, è stata molto gentile. Ai miei amici è piaciuto molto il cookie alla cannella con uva passa all'interno

This caffe Nero is in a great location on Portobello Road. The coffee was great as were the pastries. Perfect for people watching.

I visited for a coffee and a break from walking around Notting Hill, the cafe was very quiet when I went in. I sat on table outside as it was sunny. The staff were friendly enough. The toilet however was disgusting. The floor was soaked not sure whether it was water or urine and the smell was like it hadn't been cleaned for months. This was the only negative.

노팅힐에 유명한 포토벨로 마켓길에 있 는 카페 네로예요. 일요일 아침에 갔더니 마켓이 안서서그런지 한가한편이었어요. 노트북을 쓰고싶었는데 테이블보다 소파 커피테이블이 많아서 좀 불편했어요. 매장이 좀 작은편이라 답답하면도 있어요

Una pausa necessaria nella lunga passegguata su Portobello Road. E' innegabile che ci abbia attratto il nome del locale nel quale abbiamo sperato di poter gustare un buon caffè come in realtà è successo. il bar non è grandissimo, ma accogliente e caratteristico ed il barista italiano, Gianni, un ragazzo della provincia di Ragusa si è rivelato essere molto molto educato e gentile. L'unica pecca i servizi igienici non nelle migliori condizioni, ma potrebbe essere stata solo una casualità dopo un periodo di grande afflusso di clientela dovuta al tardo pomeriggio in chiusura mercato.

Ho gustato un buonissimo caffè nel locale situato a Piccadilly street, forse meglio di quello che fanno in Italia.

I popped into this branch for a panini and a cafe latte. I won't bother going back. After I ordered I stood at the till waiting to pay while the staff chatted and left me standing there blatantly waiting to pay... It was nearly empty and they still managed to ignore me for a while. I sat down and the lady placed the coffee on the counter when it would have been quicker to put it on my table...right next to the counter! Then I tasted the coffee and it was boiling hot devoid of all flavour. On the first bite of the panini it was still still cold inside so I took it back and they heated it further until it was a dried out crust with some frankly tasteless interior. Don't bother with this place.
