Friendly staff, comfy seats and warm upstairs.

The place is nice, clean and cool for its prices

Desserts were nice, had pistachio cake and tiramisu. The coffee was okay, needed sugar. The place was dirty though, the toilet looked like you could receive an std, didn't have toilet paper, smells purely of piss and had piss all over the floor.

5 star customer service from the barista called CHRIS tasty coffee .and very helpful with everything we asked

We visited on a Sunday morning and the member of staff on duty was very pleasant. We sat upstairs although the ascent up the stairs was a bit hazardous when carrying hot drinks. Nevertheless, the coffee was fine and the sausage roll good.

After having to wait for 15min for my soya pistachio latte because the poor newbie barista was left alone while the manager Fabrizio was upstairs; it was served iced while I asked it hot so I waited 5 more minutes for it. Then, it didn't taste like pistachio at all. So I asked politely for more and they put a little bit more saying that it's extra (still didn't taste much like pistachio). And it was now cow milk instead of soya milk!! When I explained the situation to the manager Fabrizio, asking if they could have a nice gesture, he looked at me with a fake smile, very condescending saying firmly NO and that they already offered me an extra pistachio syrup. I said that I will complain further up then, to that he responded that he doesn't care because he's leaving the company soon. Ok then..

You should either stop using paper Straws or don't use straws at all.

I'm always happy to get a coffee at Nero, it's delicious and I enjoy the food as well. Staff is always nice and helpful, highly recommend!

I usualy don't make nigative reviews unless it's a really bad experience. One of the employees was quite unwelcoming with unfriendly attitude and unwillingness to respnd to my requests properly. The drink was below avarage and they told me they ran out of whip cream after thue have prepared my drink. So I can't change it or cancel it. When I was told that it ran out,i said well, there is nothing I can do right. That same employee said "Yes, there is nothing you can do" l. No wonder thue ate giving free coffes, clearly they need to attract costumers. I'll never come again. Maybe try the Victoria branch only as the service was super.

Cafe supposed to close at 8pm but closing most of the seating area (upstairs) at 5:30pm… what’s the point??

The server struggled to understand an order to two teas and there were no large mugs available. The café was dirty and there were many items that should have been in storage in the public areas.

I came in today just now to grab a coffee and I was told that I could not be served as the staff member was working since 3am alone. He was on his break and could not serve anybody. Surely this a breach of Health and Safety policies as all lone workers should have break cover and one first aid qualified person in the building. Cafe Nero you need to up your game and treat your staff correctly. Poor gentleman looked exhausted and Notting Hill is hardly a quiet area. I’m also fuming because I could not get my coffee. I think im going to take a longer commute as Gail’s is reliable.

I’ve been coming to this Cafe Nero for a few years now as I work around the corner. In the last month or so they’ve hired new staff. One in particular man is so lovely to everyone, it’s a straight good morning and goodbye. It honestly makes my day! He’s so sweet to every customer, super quick and ready for any complications! As a whole, the coffee is great and the customer service tops it off! Absolute gems working there at the moment!

Caffe nero located at notting hill gate right outside metro station on main road. Ideal location to stop and get quick coffee or to relax upstairs and watch world go bye.....

Always great coffee and workspace upstairs to work. It’s much quieter than most of the cafes in the street and there were working charging points too, if you sit close to the left wall upstairs.

I have been a Caffe Nero customer for years and years, my usually store is Notting Hill, before this covid situation every time I went to get my coffee I was greeted with a big smile and immediately felt at home. For a few months I have understood that the old team is no longer there and is badly managed, the store is very dirty, the products are always dry every time I buy a product I am never satisfied and I am forced to throw it away, I am a great coffee connoisseur and I know when a coffee is burnt or not extracted in the right way and every time I go there it is always a disappointment. When I try to order online, the order is almost always refused, and I don't understand why, are online orders less important than in-store orders? Or don't they feel like working? In particular, there is a short girl who punctually every time I go for a coffee the quality is very bad and she is very rude. Unfortunately for her I understand and speak a little Italian and that time when she was annoyed because I went to have a coffee interrupting her while she was on her cell phone, she just gave me coffee with a bad custumer service without even saying hello and looking me in the face, turning her back to me. all the time, she told the person on the phone that she had to get rid of the client and that she being the manager could do whatever she wanted with offensive words towards me. I believe that in this period where people have no work and would like one to have people like this it is not a great pride for the company, for a week apart I have stopped attending this store and the company because if I have to pay for this I am not there. I hope the Company take action and that person leave her position to people who really want to work, I expected a better selection from the company because this manager unfortunately has no reason to be there for me.

Avoid this place and specially if you order through Uber eats. Totally unprofessional and a waste of money, they will put on your order anything but what you asked for without asking and not even half of the value that you paid. I had to go personally, I returned everything and they refunded it only partly and without any inconveniences compensation! Just terrible and waste of your money!!

I was there yesterday with a friend of mine for a coffee. Very nice bar with a confortable lounge area upstairs and beautiful outlook on Notting Hill. The two girls at the counter are lovely, efficient and smiley: that definitely makes customers happy to return.

In my top 3 coffee shops! Minus the ones you might find in Amsterdam of course haha! Delicious tasting coffee 🙌🏽💪🏽

It is well located, next to the entrance/exit to the Notting Hill Gate tube station. If you take the stairs there is noce area to sit with a big window towards the street. Nice place to grab a coffee and relax for a moment.

E' uno dei posti dove mangiamo a pranzo o prendiamo uno snack quando andiamo al mercatino di Portobello. Non è diverso dalla media degli altri locali della catena. Poltrone vecchie ma comode, non male i toast caldi o le ciabatte. Poi un succo di arancia e confezione di frutta. Il nostro pranzo tipico quando siamo in giro e vogliamo rimanere leggeri. Caffè cattivo, ma è normale a Londra

노팅힐역 근처에 있는 매장으로 포토벨 로 마켓 구경하고 잠시 들려서 커피 마셨어요. 2층으로 올라가는 계단이 원형으로 되어 있는데 좁아서 아슬아슬해요. 화장실도 이용할 수 있고 무엇보다 네로 커피 맛있습니다.

Love Caffè Nero but the servers in this branch need to come the heck down, and stick to their job! Getting a hot drink shouldn’t be the end of the world, but every time I get a lukewarm one, for £3.20! Place is often dirty, too. And the attitude of some of the staff is a bit arrogant at times. Especially when they are serving people in the morning. Don’t even answer a greeting! Nice!...

Small downstairs only a few chairs but plenty of seating upstairs but you have to juggle with your coffee up a spiral staircase to get there.

Usual Nero, only pity the absence of windows upstairs. Cozy place, couple of seats (some of them are sofas) and good position. Nice for long breaks too!

Very friendly, helpful staff, delicious coffee

Had a short wait before a business meeting so popped in for a coffee, found it to be a very busy coffee shop, great service with the usual cakes etc. The cafe was buzzing inside and out, very good location to sit down and watch the world go by.

Ordered a cappuccino for takeaway and forced me to pay the eat in price for no reason at all. They say because it's a holiday but it isn't written anywhere that prices were different.
