Great coffee and tasty desserts and friendly team ☺️

Overpriced, Noisy and Miserably Cold. They don't want you here - they set the air-conditioning in full cold blast so you can't sit in. Disgusting behaviour.

Queued forever, not because there was a lot of people the staff were just painfully slow !!. The toasted chicken and bacon sandwich was nice but you needed a magnifying glass to see the filling and it's far from cheap!!.

Very busy coffee shop at the time we get there. Plenty of snacks to order plus delicious fruit pots

As always, coffee is amazing, always come here every Sunday morning to get a takeaway coffee after a nightout lol, coffee is fab and staff are so polite and friendly. Atmosphere is always lovely, and Dog Friendly as well!! Left my bag the other day, didn’t get the lovely Baristas name but she made sure it was safe and sound!!!

Coffee quality quite low recently. Same with the bakeries, some are not fresh. Long waiting for take away for less than average drinks.

This is the best Nero branch. The staff are always so lovely and friendly and it always has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is always lovely as well.

My local Caffè Nero just so happens to be the best one I've been to, and I've been to quite a few before I moved to Chislehurst: the staff are friendly and attentive, and the drinks are made precisely how you ask for them. The staff here are not known to make mistakes, or at least they've never made a mistake whilst serving me. The atmosphere overall is good, but it can get busy sometimes *and* overly loud with the occasional barking dog (which are typically the usual suspects). I can get overwhelmed at times due to the noise, so bare that in mind if you fancy a quiet time

My working from home routine... order a coffee using the app on my way to the shop... time it just right and they have it ready when I get there 😁. It's a really great service! 👍 The shop is fully open and offering great service with a smile 🙂 There really are some extremely tempting cakes on offer, making it very hard to choose.

Very good coffee and very nice staff - felt like an independent coffee shop rather than a high street chain.

I love this branch! The staff are always so kind, approachable and super helpful. They don’t have to, but are more than happy to share when special offers come in that I can take advantage of e.g. ability to get speciality flavoured iced lattes included as part of the O2 deal if you use a reuseable cup. Love that!

Used to visit this Caffe Nero/Chislehurst all the time til I moved out of the area. I had occasion to visit recently and got a great cappuccino from Toini and Oksana. Most pleasant and personable they were too. Bravo!

I always love Caffè Nero when I visit, but this particular Nero is great. Location is nice, near the duck pond, and staff are so lovely here! Really friendly, polite, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your drink/food is exactly how you want it. Enjoyed my experience here today.

Cafe Nero is situated near the Queen's Head it I s very spacious with friendly staff and they serve lovely pastry bakes and snacks for lunch

This really is the best Nero we visit. I personally visit 5 different Nero's a week and the services, friendliness and the quality of the coffee never disappoints. Needs a thorough clean, but our favourite coffee place to go.

Love getting our Sunday morning hot drinks from here and wandering along and enjoying them by the pond. Lovely coffee shop. Yummy drinks.

Este es mi café a pasar el rato y me encanta estar aquí. Todo el personal es alegre y muy acogedor, el ambiente es tranquilo, hay periódicos para leer, sillas de salón o mesas para sentarse en quizás con un portátil, un libro o con amigos. Mi placer culpable es su croissant de almendra con un americano y mi libro para una hora o así en el fin de semana. Placeres sencillos!

Este es un pequeño Café High Street - el servicio es siempre agradable, la ubicación ideal, y el café muy bueno.AGNES da un servicio particularmente bueno, siempre con una enorme sonrisa de bienvenida y una cara feliz y hace los mejores capuchino (soy un cliente exigente con muchas peticiones especiales!) Ella incluso me recordaba después de muchos meses de distancia, que es bastante importante.

Always the best coffee and friendly staff. Well worth a visit after a nice long walk. Chislehurst has a few places to have a coffee but in my opinion this is the best.

Went for drinks recently. The staff were so helpful as I couldn't make up my mind and they explained all the drinks i asked about. The service is great. Very comfortable cafe.

Favorite place in Chislehurst for a nice coffee and if you need wifi. Waitresses are nice and helpful, coffee is okay + bites, cakes and snacks.

Nice atmosphere excellent coffee.In the heart of Chislehurst Village near to some nice pubs.Definately worth a visit if ou are in the area.

Love this place as lots of seating, fair amount of comfy sofas and chairs which most go for and the staff are cracking. Always a smile and a few words and they remember your orders. Only negative is that the place is a bit cold which I presume is so you buy more hot drinks - shame on you Nero!

Café Nero is well established in Chislehurst now and has become a part of the furniture, the service is good it's always busy and the produce is always tasty. I love that they provide chilled water to accompany your coffee.

Nero coffee is always good. What I love about this store is the great friendly staff who take time to show they care, they know your order and make you feel special. I couldn't ask for more.
