Caffe Nero - Bradford in Bradford

Good location and staff. But I don’t think this place has been refurbished since it opened, and it shows. Looking quite dilapidated these days. Needs a full refurb, a good clean would be a start.

Coffee is okay, quite strong for my taste. The sandwiches are dreadful.

The toilet door had no door handle The hand dryer did not work And next to a tiny dirty wash up arrear. The restaurant area was nice and the staff.i don't think the hygiene standeds are good enough.

Very bad service I ordered luxury caramel latte and that girl gave me normal cappuccino. customer service is not important to them.

Went to Cafe Nero today (10th Jan) and Caitlin was single-handedly making drinks for everyone in store! Everyone was really impressed with her efficiency as she upkept her customer service and professionalism whilst it was very busy. I ordered a chai latte and it was delicious. Big thankyou to Caitlin!! Give Caitlin a raise!

Bit of a hit and miss this Neros. Depends on who serves you will decide on the service, communication etc. Unfortunately, I sometimes dread to go in!

ORDED A macchiato with a Caucasian women with brown hair who was on the till clearly very angry. gives me a large cup with milk going all the way to the top before paying i checked the cup i said to her this not a macchiato she STARTED shouting saying this is how we make it in nero LOL i was like women this is not my first time at a nero macchiato is espresso with foam u could ad two table spoons of milk if u wanted to but u have given me the whole pitcher why are u shouting ill left it at walked out

I’m a regular customer here and always enjoy my coffee , brought in some snacks from another place and sat in and drank. One Female worker specifically(same one that did this twice now), said you’re not allowed to eat, meanwhile there was so many others eating sushis and other big meals and they did not get told of, whereas in my case it was just a sandwich. Personally, felt like she was targeting us and did not feel comfortable. I mean if you really want people not to eat then put a sign on or address to the customers that are, instead of targeting people you feel like. The other staff have never had an issue and are very friendly, except for this one specifically.

This Coffee place is very filthy! Dirt everywhere, the coffee bar is one big mess .

It’s ok for a coffee stop but there are better. What was once the coffee shop to go to, is now to be thought about first. It’s very dirty each and every visit I make, not only that you have to ask for a table to be cleaned. It’s just ok.

Best coffee place I’ve been to in Bradford by far, clean comfy place the staff are great, big shout out to Nadia takes pride in serving food to customers, food always 10/10, thanks to Nadia. Big shout out to Nadia keep up all the hard work.

I recently visited this Caffè Nero branch and was quite disappointed. Unlike other Caffè Nero locations we've enjoyed before, this one fell short in several ways. The tables were dirty, and previous customers' coffee cups were not cleared away. We had to clean the table ourselves just to sit down. When it came to the coffee, we ordered four lattes, and all of them were over-extracted and tasted burnt. Overall, this experience was far from the usual standard we expect from Caffè Nero. I hope they can improve their service and quality soon.

Good coffee but can't believe how expensive these places have got since covid for coffee and a snack.

My go to place for coffee! I love the ambience, service and friendly staff. Came to Bradford for the first time in Oct 21 and this was right opposite to the place I was living in. And now it is the regular spot that I come in alone, with my partner or with friends.

Nidmce relaxing place to chill and have some food and drink.

The coffee is amazing... its jist let down but slow service and apauling toilet facilities. No soap for 2 days running (despite letting staff know) and I had to ask for toilet roll.

Always friendly and helpful. Always a great coffee too!

Could do with employing a cleaner can look messy and bins are often in need of emptying.

Cafe Nero is a cozy spot with a lovely atmosphere. While I'm not a coffee fan, I enjoy visiting for the aesthetic vibes and to unwind with a muffin while catching up on work. It's a peaceful retreat for a quick break.

Friday 9th February 2024 Today i used this busy beautifull fronted Bradford coffee house Really nice atmospheric place to drink coffe or eat in. This 1 roomed building is well staffed with people who know what they are doing and are polite and organised to cope with the busy turnover of customers there was today. Keep up the good work all involved, my Vanilla Latte was lovely

The coffee was ok, the service was good but I tried to use small local coffee shops if I can.

Chai Latte and Vegan Cheesecake are delicious 😍 Chai Latte is very fluffy and creamy 😋 Atmosphere is nice, local is pretty and comfortable. I recommend 👌

One of the biggest Nero caffe at braford. It's just next to townhall. You can sit have a nice coffee as they got a decent sitting area next in center.

Nipped in for a quick americano which took 20mins to be served I was 2nd in the queue The coffee was good but it took ages to make was going to dine in but ended up taking away

I invited my partner for a coffee, I bought a couple of flat whites and an orange juice. I then went to order another two flat whites, this time I didnt taste any caramel? I went back to Kaitlin (who I am shocked is an assistant manager) who spoke to me rudely, by saying 'She wont re make me my drinks, Will who was working beside her, threw my drinks down the drain, and was fine not re making me a drink, when I asked for a refund... Kaitlin said "Dont refund him..." ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, THIS IS NERO BRADFORD! BEWARE! KAITLIN AND WILL, AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO NERO, and quiet frankly If they employ shabby people like that just goes to show the company! God knows If they received a discipline? avoid at all costs! I have them recorded, and will upload on youtube! Watch out for Kaitlin and Will, disgraceful baristas!

Use to be a amazing place for coffee when Nadia, Paulina, Kyle use to be here. It hasnt been the same and ive not drank coffee here for ages. It would be nice if they came back but im happy to say they chased the dreams they always wanted. Good luck guys, you will be missed

Bought a large coffee and muffin to sit and catch up on some work to be kicked out before I was half way through my coffee. Would have been easy to say when I bought the coffee that they were closing soon and I could have gone elsewhere.

Coffee’s great but what is going on with the staffing waited over 30 mins just a trainee making coffees poor soul this is a human right violation every week it goes from bad to worse!!!! Just close your store if your can’t find people to work!

Sadly When planning to visit my Local Caffe Nero Bradford I found it not to be open as advertised either opening 30mins- 1hr late This is the fourth occasion now in the past fortnight! 13/08/23+19/08/23+20/08/23+ 27/08/23 I have sent another email to complaints department but it's 6 days without response So have sent another one today 27/08/23

The wheelchair facilities could improve I had to wait for a member of the public to go inside and ask a staff member to bring out a ramp the disabled doorbell did not work.

Bradford friendly staff. Cappuccino was a bit too hot - careful not to burn the milk. milk should be sweet and isn't when burnt

Blonde guy with tattoos and piercing is the right person in the right place- very polite, such a nice person and me and my partner received the best customer service. Milkshakes were lovely, 100% recommend ! X

The best coffee I've had in ages! Decaffs are often weak but this was well made and full of flavour. Decaff extra hot latte. Love the counter design here, quite art deco and very Italian.

Service needs improvement, but the café is in a prime position and as a good friendly atmosphere in there.

Staff are friendly, food decent but quite expensive for what it is worth, very small interior and feel there are less tables than a previous visit, I don't understand why there isn't upstairs seating as it is a fairly busy shop? Sat down to eat and was met with the most foulest stench, the smell coming from the toilets absolutely stank of pee! I wondered why nobody was sat in that particular area and I'm not surprised as you could wake the dead with the stench! It left a very unpleasant feeling for me whilst trying to eat my food and drink that we had spent over £30 on even after we had mover tables and I will not be coming again just for this reason.

The staff Rafal & Sam are very friendly, they take our orders in their heart and remember what I am allergic to. They would recommend different drinks or snack accordingly. Excellent service, best cafe in town.

While I'm glad Cafe Nero now provides multiple food options for vegans, I was disappointed with the quality of the quality of the food and the prices. I bought a vegn mince pie which was good. Unfortunately, the vegan sausage roll which cost £3.35 was bland. A Greggs sausage roll has more flavour and is three tes cheaper. Also, prices for sandwichs are between £4 and £5 which I think is overpriced. I've given 5 stars for service becuase the staff were friendly and efficient. I've given 5 stats for atmosphere because the cafe is designed well with warm lighting and nice furniture. I won't be coming back.

Staff were lovely and coffee and pastries were tasty. We ordered a salted caramel brownie and it was like hard fudge so won't get that again.

Lately this place has gone down hill, and is continuing on the same trajectory after my visit today, a massive UK COFFEE brand, with no Cream to put in a coffee? I mean come on NERO, seriously, this has happened twice within the last 2 weeks at this branch.

I'm a firm believer that 'what you give is what you get', and having worked in a customer- facing role for a long time I promised myself I would never be 'that customer' - the one that I wanted to hide from when I saw them approaching. As a result, the staff here treat me very well: to be fair they treat everyone very well. And the coffee and treats are nicer than some other chains. I've taken another chain's loyalty card our of my 'most used' holder and replaced it with Caffè Nero's

always an amazing experience, never misses. they treat you so well the more you visit, remember your order (makes me smile uncontrollably when they do, partly out of embarrassment) and have a small chat with you. they’re very inviting, from day one. despite there being different people who work there in different times (i usually go 2-4 times a week), they all seem to have a moral duty to treat others nicely and with a smile — so it is incredibly heart-warming. i’ve been visiting since february without really missing an entire week!

The young chap was polite and friendly. I got a fresh and warm pain au chocolate with a large Cappuccino at 7:50am. I took a short walk to city park where I sat down and enjoyed the combination. Update: great service as always and their coffee is just the best IMHO with a blueberry muffin.

What makes this branch so great is the warm welcome from the staff. Dennis, Adrian and Sam. It is always a joy to walk in and place an order before opening my laptop. Whether writing afresh or editing a previous chapter I can just drop into a happy routine here at Cafe Nero in Bradford.

Ok so the milks were sitting on the counter (multiples of the various types) but I didn’t think anything of it. My partner and I got coffees with my partner having regular milk and me having an alt milk. We also had some sandwiches from the fridge that they heated for us. Anyways, we’ve both come home with very upset stomachs and a lot of pain. Either the milks were out and shouldn’t have been or the place is unclean or something. Anyways, I’ll never be going and will certainly be telling everyone else to avoid it as well.

Love this place, one my favourite coffee shops to visit in Bradford city centre to socialise/work. All the baristas are so friendly, I have never had a bad experience. Customer service is brilliant, the atmosphere is wonderful and the coffee is lovely.
