Caffe Nero in Belfast

One person on till, tables filthy served at 17:30 told couldn’t have coffee in cup only paper cup, ?

a chai latte with coco milk is now almost 5quid that was like my lunch box wouldn't recommend for sure

Always one of the good espresso coffee in UK, strong, right length. We had breakfast there and we enjoyed the croissant and the toast. Good place to have a rest at the tables, inside or outside.

Cafe neros need a good clean . Popped in for coffee and this is the second one I’ve visited in the last week. Ripped , dirty and stained chairs - yuk environment to have coffee in .

Absolutely diabolical service.. 3 members of staff one barely serving with a large queue forming behind us.. two other members of staff standing watching videos in their mobiles and giving stick About other staff members.. And got the order wrong.. no cream in the hot chocolate had to go back and ask for it..

Disabled toilet out of order. Trotted upstairs. No access to toilet. Apparently you need to buzz and staff let you in. How prehistoric. Trotted back downstairs. Asked staff the issue regard the disabled toilet to be told its not working. Disgraceful. Needs to be sorted. Don't they know by law a disabled toilet in working order is a necessity. Will not be back.

I brought a friend to the Caffe Nero. While I was buying my sandwich he went upstairs to the toilet. He couldn't get in, and came down again. He has mobility problems and couldn't climb the stairs again, so he went away. I hadn't had time to explain to him that you have to press a button and wait for the squeak. He thought he needed a code. He didn't feel very welcome. Once things were cleared up we had a good time.

Yes, there are a zillion coffee bars and shops in Ireland, but this one served up the best cup, the friendliest crew and had a nice "coffee house" vibe without being corporate or prentetious.

This branch of Caffè Nero has great coffee and great little desserts all served by friendly efficient staff.

The cafe was busy on a Tuesday afternoon so there was quite a wait for my coffee and brownie but the staff were efficient. There is comfortable seating available both downstairs and upstairs. There is outside seating which would have been nice for the people watching but was in use by smokers so not pleasant for non-smokers. The toilet was clean. You have to press a bell to gain access to the toilet. There was a delay then the door opened. You also have to press a button to release the door to exit which was a bit unexpected.

It's a coffee shop and the staff deliver a great experience each and every time. I come for the great tasting coffee and then get tempted by all kinds of other treats.

This is one cafe I really love they never change and staff are like clones and all aked the same things, all make the coffee the same, it is like they are robots. Having said all that they are very nice to the customers always love the atmosphere in nero very international all types from bussines men to students, to writers. I was having coffee last week and saw a famous poet having coffee, my friends and I alwys love the coffee my friend who is a resturant owner likes the nero coffee. Need a quick fix nero espresso.

He estado yendo a Caff Nero regularmente con amigos durante el almuerzo o después del trabajo y por lo general no tengo ningún problema. Pero hoy mi amigo y yo salimos del trabajo para almorzar y habíamos comprado algo de comida para elegir en nuestro descanso y decidimos ir a Caff Nero a tomar un café, vimos que la fila era grande y decidimos esperar hasta que se calmara. tomó asiento y sacó nuestra comida para comer un poco ya que habíamos estado trabajando desde las 8 de la mañana y un empleado se acercó groseramente con una actitud terrible casi tratando de avergonzarnos. Como mi amiga y yo éramos jóvenes, ella nos habló de una manera que no habría usado con un par de clientes mayores en la misma situación. Entonces explicamos cuáles eran nuestros planes.Mi amigo luego entró para pedir nuestros cafés y vio a la empleada hablando claramente con la otra sobre nosotros y se detuvo en seco una vez que vio a mi amiga. El tipo con el que estaba chismorreando le sirvió groseramente a mi amiga con una actitud apestosa y básicamente arrojó el dinero en sus manos. Me encantó este lugar para el almuerzo pero definitivamente no volveré con la actitud de algunos de los trabajadores porque mi amigo y yo éramos más jóvenes y no nos tratarían con el mismo respeto que a los clientes mayores. Asqueroso

Good choice for a hot chocolate or a coffee on a rainy day. Can sit at the tables on the terrace, nice view at the pedestrian old streets.

I only go to neros if the other nearby cafes are closed.typical chain café.not a great food selection.i now know to buy coffee only.also over priced compared to other cafes nearby last time I called in,the toilets were disgusting.

El personal era muy servicial y llevaron mi plato de arriba a donde me encuentro con mis amigos. Tenía una taza de té y un sandwich, que estaban muy bien.

Hemos estado usando este Nero Caffe Branch por algún tiempo y siempre disfrutamos de su "Cappuccino".

Después fuimos en aquí todo lo demás había cerrado para pasar el tiempo mientras espera por autobús de vuelta al puerto de ferry. El personal es amable y el lugar estaba impecable.

El Caffe Nero del centro de la ciudad de Belfast, está en una esquina y tiene dos pisos para elegir dónde sentarse. Cuando fuimos había mucha gente y no nos pareció muy caro poder desayunar bien en un lugar. Pedí una tea pot con scon y este viene con un cuadradito de manteca y mermelada. Me llamó la atención que la mermeada venía en un mini tarrito y era de la marca Bonne mamam que es riquísima.La atención es muy cordial y como en todas las tiendas de esta cadena, el pedido se hace en el mostrador y luego te llevás las cosas en una bandeja a la mesa que elijas. Nosotras estuvimos cerca de las ventanas, en unos silloncitos muy cómodos y desde donde podíamos ver pasar a la gente.

Cafe Nero is one of my favourite coffee shops in Belfast city centre. Really good coffee, sandwiches, cakes, muffins, scones and pastries. It's large in size with seating over two floors. Very comfy seats, large windows and an outdoor area as well - it's a perfect people watching spot. Great for resting weary legs whilst shopping. If I can fault it at all, it's just that they do occasionally close off the top floor which is a bit annoying. However I always manage to get a seat here and luckily often obtain one of the much sought after window seats.

A colleague and I stopped for coffee whilst in town. and although the staff were friendly and attentive, i didnt really like the cappuccino.. but i will give it another try as it may have just been a bad cup!

If you want real coffee and a place to relax and watch the world go by ok it is a bit pricey but it is better that the rest.

Call in here most mornings to get my AM fix of caffeine. The service here is great and the sizeable queue most mornings is primarily due to the place just being popular. Don't be put off. The baristas have normally served half the queue already. Food here is pre packed so you should expect the only thing to be prepared fresh is the coffee. The prices are reasonable but there are other places near buy that can serve you up fresh coffee, for a cheaper price. On the plus side there is an abundance of space with downstairs and upstairs seating. It's Perfect place to chill out and get lost in the latest Novel or hold an impromptu business meeting (I have done both)

Le café est bon comme au Costa, Starbuck...etc, etc..mais n'allez surtout pas au toilette Ce ne doit pas être un détail.

We usually stop here for our coffees and hot chocolate when we are in this part of town. My daughter loves the hot chocolate here and the coffees are very good too. Several squishy comfy seats when you can get them and the staff are friendly. Plenty of small tables and chairs outside for when the weather is good (which hasn't been very often this summer so far!!)

A lovely place to put your feet up in for a while after a shopping tour in the city of Belfast. The staff is welcoming, and the cappuccino I ordered was just perfect. Will go back again when I visit next time.
