Caffe Nero in Birmingham

Fui anoche a recoger mi bolso TGTG, no he estado aquí durante unos meses debido a mis cambios de turno, pero todavía me encanta este lugar. Muy deliciosos pasteles y café, fue recibido por Katie que era genial.

Have to say that the care attention and love I receive when coming here is past anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Katie thank you once again for looking after me and my little girl. One of the best-run caffè Nero's in Birmingham and one of the rare coffee houses, like most of the franchise, where you can drink decent coffee while sitting comfortably.

Nice cafe with exceptionally professional and lovely staff. The baristas gave us excellent service and Katie (barista) was exceptionally kind to myself and my daughter. My daughter declared it was the best milk shake she’d ever had! Many thanks and I hope we can visit again soon.

Service terrible waitress had bad attitude order 2 lattes l, a third of the cup was foam - if I wanted a cappuccino I would have ordered one !

Mi esposo y yo nos detuvimos para tomar un café al llegar al aeropuerto. Estúpidamente dejé mi bolso sobre la mesa y por suerte para mí, un empleado honesto subió corriendo detrás de mí al monorraíl y me lo entregó justo cuando las puertas se cerraron. Gracias por tu honestidad.

Cafe Nero siempre es mi lugar de elección, pero esta es la tercera vez que tengo una mala experiencia en el aeropuerto de Birmingham. El caballero de los anteojos redondos tenía muy poca higiene y la dama del afro era muy hosca. Traté de entablar conversación, pero no recibí calor. Después de pedir un pastel y un café y ver al joven hurgarse la nariz, no pude comer. Una mala experiencia. Cafe Nero, necesita capacitar mejor a su personal. Como viajero frecuente de BHX, usaré Costa la próxima vez.

It’s a cute little cafe but they have only a select few options for vegans. I was sad because none of their pastries are vegan. I was able to get the hot chocolate made the soy milk. But didn’t check if the hot chocolate was vegan friendly.

Visited this location with my wife, prior to a concert in Birmingham city centre. There was no queue when we arrived. Both of our coffees were well made, my millionaire's shortbread was as it should be and my wife's carrot cake was moist and tasty. It was windy and not very warm outside, and inside was a little chilly, so a bit more heating would have been appreciated. We were at the rear of the shop, so the front seating area was even cooler. Will return though, as we get reduced price gift cards via our bank account.

Hot, tasty coffee served quickly in a clean restaurant. Great view from my window table watching the world go by. Prices average for city centre.

The staff are so charming, the decor is amazing and the food is delicious. Please come and try this place!

When I used to study in Malvern we had only Caffe nero in the city centre and I have great memories visiting that store in Malvern where it was quiet and calm . This store reminds me of my youth and I usually come here with my friends to get some coffee do some of my work just because it always gives me positive emotions.

This is inevitably a very busy branch of Nero being right on Corporation Street in the centre of town, but on the times I have been there I have always found a seat. a lot of people call in for take-away coffees. The staff are friendly and helpful and the coffee is excellent. I usually have a pain aux raisin which is always very fresh and pleasant. I definitely have this place as one of my regular coffee shops when I am in Birmingham city centre.

I've taken a coffe (single espresso, I'm italian) which taste was good enough to be called coffee, but cakes are really good: the cheesecake is delicious! So I sponsor "caffè Nero" because it serves a coffee which is better than other brands that I've tasted during my stay in B'Ham.

i come here sometimes in the morning when its not so busy. as its nice and relaxing and sets you up for the day. drinks are nice but very pricey

Popular coffee shop and always good service, plenty seats. Staff always polite and helpful. One of the better ones!

Convenient location as it is near all the shops. It's a nice place to grab a bite to eat and the wifi here is great. The hot chocolate tastes really good too.

A handy location and the delivery is what you expect from the chain. It can be quite busy during certain times of the day as you should expect.

Always pop in here for coffee either solo or with friends, nice seats by window and always friendly quick service! Well worth it!

the red velvet cake WAS BOSS OMG TASTE IT WOW - its got a great creamy filling and the vivid red was quite a surprise. Best red velvet cake around in my opinion - DO NOT SETTTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN THIS BLISSFUL PERFECTION.

El servicio era amable pero lento. Cuando llegamos en un día laborable, a media tarde, sólo había una persona que sirve. No había otro personal en la planta de fabricación, que contraviene la política de la mayoría de los minoristas que se preocupan por proteger a su personal y su stock.

I stop off here most week days. Service is always good and the staff are pleasant and friendly. Best coffee around in my opinion and the loyalty card is a bonus. There are other well known coffee house chains closer to work but I'd choose Nero every time.

Siamo stati in questo locale (presumo un franchising italiano) per fare una piccola colazione italiana. Ottimo caffè macchiato e un cornetto vuoto. Qualità ottima in UK, decente se comparata all'Italia.

Often pop in here for a coffee or cake when in Brum.Not my favourite chain but this is a good one! Good quick service.Well laid out seats inside.

Had a drink here and I find it good. There are so many choices to choose from and it is freshly made for you.

When we're in Brum, we always visit this coffee shop. You can have a large pot of tea for the same price as a small one and their lemon and poppy seed muffins cannot be bettered.Our visit usually means we have a mocha for me, tea and a lemon and poppy seed muffin for my wife and a lemon and a chocolate muffin and a lemon and poppy seed muffin for the kids. There is a jug of water for the kids to pour themselves a cup of water.Well worth a visit.

Terrible service by a young large rude blonde girl. Got to the office and my coffee was just warm. Made a complaint with the store which has been left unacknowledged. Will never use again.

I always find Caffe Nero is my favourite coffee so I like the chain anyway. Service here quick and friendly with nice coffee. Decent food and sweet things with larger seating area at the back. This is opposite House of Fraser and worth a visit.
