Caffè Nero in City of London, Westminster

I recommend hot chocolate. It's perfect for warming up when it's cold.

Opening hours do not reflect real hours. 2nd time i come in this week at 9pm and its closed. I came in 9:04pm and the doors were open and i was toms its closed

Decent place to grab a coffee and a cake, no complaints.

Food was very fresh n sweet and miss vishwa was very kind and helpful Overall brilliant service

I asked for Pistachio ice latte and the man who worked there charged and gave me plain ice latte when I clearly said pistachio. I know he is a lone but he needs to listen!

Always late to open, multiple times 20 minutes after the “opening time” and they’re still in there stocking things up and ignoring customers outside. Useless

Comfortable branch with plenty of seating

I purchased a toasted cheese and ham sandwich and can safely say it was one of the worst toasted sandwiches I’ve ever had. The cheese was on top and it was greasy to hold and try and eat whereas the underside wasn’t toasted at all. It was thin and unappetising and I will never buy another. The young woman serving me however, was pleasant and efficient

Had to get train, supposed to open 0530 showed no sign of opening still setting up.

The manager Samuel so incompetent imature can't even manage the team. Big mouth less actions. Incapable to run the store and keep the store nice and clean. Don't go in this coffee bar people. There's mouse 🐁 🪤 and even more.

Got a coffee this morning, and it was lukewarm with odd lumps of something or other in it. Had to throw it away.

The coffee itself is nice and the shop itself is ok. It's located in the station so you can't expect too much atmosphere wise. However, staff in the morning of the 8th of May was shockingly rude. The coffee machine was not working properly on one side of the shop. I have given my order to the lady twice since she was trying to fix the machine as wasn't concentrating on my order. Which is fine, it happens. I asked for a coffee and then correctted myself instead of just coffee said latte. Then she passed my order to another side of the shop where the machine was working. When I turned around I saw the barista making Americano. I said I asked for a latte not Americano. Again, no big deal, I should have said latte to begin with and the staff was simply distracted. I got my coffee and thanked and then when I turned around the lady who served me was saying behind my back 'be more specific next time'. That is extremely rude. I don't think I have ever been treated like that in any of the hospitality establishments in my entire life. I was the only customer at the time as well. How difficult it is just to be polite and show manners. I worked in hospitality myself years ago and usually sympathise with staff but this time it was just nasty.

Worst customer service of my life. The girl with the braids has no customer service you need to get better staff if you ever want people to visit here again loooool. The man didn’t even speak English so didn’t even know what I wanted I would give this a 0/5 if I could.

Standard Caffé Nero next to the National Gallery. Great lamps as part of decoration. Also nice employees.

Fast service in charing cross station

NOT GOOD!! = COFFEE IS SERVED COLD! And served in plastic cups to avoid washing up the cups and saucers.

The girl at the counter made me pay twice the same coffe. I told her colleague I had already payed it. He didn't believe me and ordered me to pay again. I checked online and they charged me twice. This is being thieves. Congratulations.

Lovely staff - they served me with a smile and I again the following day! Hot chocolate was way too sweet for me but that’s just my opinion. I bought my own cup to collect 2 stamps.

They do good Chai latte but the staff there at the moment (may 2021) need some customer service skills as they do not know the right tone and polite way to talk to customers when they are telling people where to stand they do sound like they are giving orders. I do not need that 7 in the morning

Overcharge for coffees Either it out then in calculator but couldn’t correct it on the till so expected me to pay the overcharged price £2.10 extra. Had an app for a free coffee which confused her even more. Lost my free coffee plus walked away with nothing. Maybe they do this to every one Scam????

Lady behind till needs math and English lessons. Could not understand why the price of our coffee was wrong. Went to a different cafe and they got it right, but still horrendous customer service by Cafe Nero. Pret it is from now on.
