Caffè Nero in Wandsworth

Rude staff. The one wearing glasses and shortish hair. I asked for tea with oat milk and she even checked with me, but I got black instead. When I went to her and asked for oat milk she said "you said black" and ROLLED HER EYES at me!?!? I did not need this attitude with the wrong cup of tea in the morning

The best tuna melt panini in any cofe shop.

I get my morning coffee here time to time. Nothing much to say about the coffee itself, it’s the same Nero but the atmosphere inside looks gorgeous. Nicely decorated, calm and not too crowded.

absolutely unprofessional staff.. I waited at the cash register for more than 5 minutes with no one in line and the two members of staff "barista in training" and another guy with a black t-shirt were TOTALLY DISINTERESTED in serving me.. I hope the management takes serious measures because it is absolutely unacceptable

It was our everyday coffee shop, the coffees were pretty good and well made, the guys were very nice.

Rude and very bad service from every single person that works there. I am a regular and when I go there look like they don’t want to work at all, staff seems to be not happy. I been doing this barista job for long but I never had such an attitude with guests . Change staff

Your staff should be trained about disability or at least have some common sence about what not to ask people with disabilities. If they would have made the comment before I got my drink, I would have just left without gettinf anything. I am not coming here again and if this happens in one mote Nero coffee shop I am not shopping at Nero again and will make people aware of Nero's staff attitude

At the coffee shop, there's a young lady with black hair whose customer service leaves much to be desired. Despite being a regular customer with lactose intolerance, she made me a cow milk latte instead of the requested coconut milk, displaying a noticeable bad mood. It's important for her to consider changing her attitude and job if she's not happy, as being kind and friendly to customers is crucial for success.

I am come here almost every morning the last 6 month, the staff are very friendly. Very nice shop , Mr. Rafa always make great coffee for me and my Family

Gladys is always super accomodating to my long & extra orders and always happy to make me a drink to go at 7.30pm just before I leave. I come to this branch weekly 🥰❤

I came to the cafe yesterday evening and I was welcomed by a staff member (guy with glasses, not sure his name); he had very positive attitude to a customer and make the drink quick

It's a fantastic place for spending time. Especially if you r waiting for someone. Next to Putney station, have a large space for setting. Nice interior with spectacular lighting. I had a Mocha, which was very nice. Highly recommend

The staff is absolutely amazing. The barista noticed I was running late for my train (desperately needed a coffee however!) and rapidly made my flat white within 30 seconds - what a legend! Made my train with a minute to spare.

Not sure what's going on, but since the new team came in to this branch they won't open at 6.30am on weekdays despite that being the stated opening time on the door. Its time for a more professional team to be brought in to run this shop.

This is one of the best Cafe Nero’s in London. The coffee is brilliantly made. Brilliant location. Stunning atmosphere. Some of the staff seem to be sucking lemons though which is a shame.

I've been going to this shop for one year, the service is fine and staff lovely, but the dirtiness in the place is overwhelming. The floor looks disgusting, visible dust from ages and the state of the bathroom is gross. It's a shame!

Consistently disappoints. Every couple of months I give the benefit of the doubt. Dumb. My flat white today is nothing like how it should be. More like a half shot milky latte. Amazing. The only thing that you need to get right as the actual coffee. Also no pastries out at least an hour after opening.

The atmosphere is beautifully peaceful. Relaxing music playing in a cozy, warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back with a book.

I have been visiting this place for years when I come here for work and I’ve always enjoyed the vibe. Despite being inside a train station is is pretty quiet and has both chairs and table seating as well as bar stool seating against the window - where I prefer to sit. It also has plugs and USB charging in case you’re running low on battery!

Walked in, was ignored by staff (not serving other customers) so I walked out. They clearly need a manager on duty.

Was going to eat however service not great so decided to go elsewhere for lunch. Coffee was nice, great that they allow dogs. Server with the Red dyed hair really unwelcoming, acted as if she really didnt want to be there not a great response to customers hello. If she smiled she would have shocked herself. Really put me off staying so once coffee order so decided not to have food afterall. No matter what a staff member is going through the customers do not need to be part of it. Leave it at the door or stay home.. Hospitality has been my industry and pride in job and customer service is paramount for customer experirnce and owners business . Management really need a chat with her. I had been in the day before and staff had been great, so returned as am new to Putney. To say 1 thing positive as I always like to is a push, the Nero itself was lovely, slightly diff decor to others which was nice to see and she has lovely hair... 🙄

You can get cup of coffee and enjoy it with lovely view ☀️👌🏻

Really lovely staff. Good choices of drinks and always has what I want. I love the layout of this Caffe Nero, it is really inviting. Mango smoothie is delicious and my friend loved the iced cappacino. Also my friend said the Passion fruit Cronut was delicious.

I quite enjoy a Nero coffee, their eats often taste a bit more fresh than other places and service thus far, has been very friendly.

This is a really nice Caffè Nero! Lots of different sitting options (chairs with table, stool, comfy leather sofa…) I especially love their Flat White, Hot Chocolate, White Chocolate Mocha, Banana bread (warmed up!) and Brie&Bacon sandwich (warmed up!). Their raspberry croissant is really nice as well but always out of stock lately!

Google says you are open till 20:00, your door says 18:30. Why can't you stay open till say 07:15 on match nights (Fulham). I'm sure it would be worthwhile.

Pleasant seating area, with nice and comfy armchairs. Gives a good sense of privacy though. Nice service.

Might be a good idea to stick a PULL sticker on the door. I am a frequent customer and usually sit near the door. I am afraid more than half of the people bump into the door on their way out. A simple solution would save the door mechanism and make fewer people embarrassed.

I am so please to say that Antonella from this branch is so professional, kind and polite and made me experience in Caffè Nero that much better. She is always smiling, helpful and I have never come across such customer service in Nero. She is a Perfeft role model of a decent team member and deserves to be even promoted to train others. I cannot fault her and of course her coffees were great compared to the other times I have ordered! This has now become my regular branch more than the one on the corner of Putney high street! I will be back and thank you huni.xx

Quick and pleasant customer service

Barista unprofessional last sunday. Did not catch her name unfortunately.

Sunday morning 21/02 - the person working was extremely rude. The first thing that she said was 'you need a mask' and did not even ask if i was even able to wear one. I could have been exempt for serious reasons, they were very inconsiderate. Not even polite when they asked and then refused service for not having one. I had to borrow one from my partner to get a coffee. She then slammed my coffee on the counter and spilt it. She was very dismissive with no customer service skills. Absolutely disgusting and inconsiderate service. Such a shame, she should not be working there, Nero usually always do really good coffee and usually employs decent staff who are lovely. She was a let down to the company.

I go here weekly for a hot chocolate or coffee, and it's always delicious! The staff are friendly too, and I often have a brief chat with them. Also nice to chill and read a book.

Good coffee and the friendliest staff I have ever come across. Caffe Nero HQ needs to send all their staff here for training, to show customer service at its finest. Bear in mind, it's a railway station coffee shop, so there ain't a lot of seating.

Superb Place to go get some work done and chill with a cup of coffee. The staff welcome you in and are very pleasant. Apart from the odd WiFi FREELOADERS (cheapskates - go McDonalds you bum!) who won't even buy a coffee to sit in the premises! There's nothing to complain about at this branch.

Comfortable, reliable Caffe Nero with pretty okay coffee and delicious Tim's Dairy yoghurt! Good freshly baked pain au raisin. Busy spot with pleasant helpful staff plus changing choice of snacks and lunch.

Always enjoy it. Loved the vegan chocolate cheesecake. You wouldnt notice it didnt have any dairy!

Sorry to say staff look miserable. Had to clean my table and mrss around my table. Then ask staff to clean not really good service at all. On the up side do a lovely cappuccino. Staff please smile and be more welcoming. We are not the enemy.

Often staffed by decent friendly baristas but given this is a station outlet (charging station prices) there is rarely any sense of urgency and unless you've got a long wait for a train it's best not to risk them being in a slow period

Usually my favourite spot, but not always the happiest employees. Chai latte with soy is my go to, and usually tastes best when one of the blonde ladies make it, today it tasted like water:( Because it usually is so hit or miss, I thought a rating just in between would be fair :)

We went there and it was not great. Service was ok but iced latte was a bit bland and muffin dry. Expensive too for medium tasting products. I would probably not return.

Very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and nice loos. The coffee is always good, they have free tap water and the staff are quick and friendly. I wish they had more gluten free options in the food selection.

Generally a normal Caffè Nero but the girl at the till was rude when I did not understand what she was saying and, even worse, there is no toilet paper in the loos, so use at your own risk!

Quick, fast service. Store could be a little cleaner. Friendly staff. It's a small branch so there is no toilet or real amenities. Free tap water available. There's food available but it often is sold out so there's very limited choice.
