If I could give 10 stars I would the coffee exlentthe staff and kind caring and attentive so friendlier and poulite always welcomed

Today is 21/ Jan I come to coffee shop me and my good friend local I am from Birmingham we wsk for 2 coffee and one cinnamon but I need the cinnamon to me hot she advised me the machine is not working but I was there 1 week ago she say the same but the girl she use a different cooker to warm for me but that’s time she even refused she say it will change the test and I accepted but she still say you have to wait but my coffee was getting cold in end she refused my request. How embarrassing for Nero coffee machin is not working for over a week 🙄🤫

Sadly I've heard that this establishment will close soon. I hope Caffè Nero's management reads this review. This place is the only coffee shop having a decent seating area in the vicinity and, mostly, having a quiet and calm ambience. This is the only store of Caffè Nero that I prefer to visit, and have visited more than a hundred times in recent years. It's a great place for people who wish to take a break from their busy schedule and relax. I hope the decision is made to stop this place's closure if not for customers then at very least to support the store manager who's always been lovely and her team.

The coffee is very good. The staff is responsive and friendly.

Long black hair lady is very rude. I've just asked for a little bit of milk to my daughters babychino and her reaction was just horrible. Will never come back, I was a regular costumer in there but it was my very last visit.

If you visit this branch and there is a Caucasian lady with blonde hair, make a u-turn and leave. Please see the video and photo attached of the THIRD time she has made my drink have more foam than anything else. I don't understand if she knows how to make a drink properly or even knows how to make a iced latte but honestly £4.50 for that drink and its 50% foam. The other staff make way better than her.

It’s great that this place is inside the store out of sight out of mind. I’ve always had a bad experience at this franchise and it never fails to disappoint in the disappointing department. It doesn’t help that the CEO is a Karen

Caffe Nero Tamden Centre is a popular coffee shop located in the Tandem Centre in Colliers Wood, London. It is a large and airy cafe with plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the coffee is always goodI have been to Cafe Nero Tamden Centre a few times, and I have always had a good experience. The coffee is always freshly brewed, and the food is delicious. I especially like the breakfast muffins, which are always freshly baked.The cafe is also a great place to work or study. There is plenty of space to spread out, and the free Wi-Fi is reliable. I have often worked from Cafe Nero Tamden Centre when I have needed a quiet place to get some work done.Overall, I would highly recommend Cafe Nero Tamden Centre to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee

Nice Coffe And nice service lovely staff

Service took a long time whilst the other colleague was filling up the fridge with food and didn't help his colleague. The tables were dirty and filled up cups from previous customers. Horrible experience.

This place it's my first choice when I need to enjoy a relaxing and tasty breakfast with their superb hot chocolate Milano with cream or coffees with a nice and warm freshly baked pastry my favourite the apricot one. The staff always gives an amazing customer service experience.

Came with my mum to grab afternoon coffee's originally came to see the manager as he was so lovely on my 1st visit! Equally the girls were just as lovely very friendly we all agreed the manager here is the best! 😂 good for parking aswell

Nice little cafe on the top floor of 'Next' retail outlet. The cafe is clean, has good ambience and offers great seating. You can enjoy the nice sofa chairs if it is not too crowded. I love the beverages from their regular menu. The beverages on their festive menu are often made from premixed powders. I tried the luxury black forest mocha from the festive menu and felt it was too sweet for my taste. The pastries are nice, especially the carrot cake.

Caffè Nero is situated in the Next store. it's clean it's tidy. has a variety of beverages pastries and sandwiches. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. it has a lift as it's on the 1st floor. Plenty of parking.

It was very busy at Caffe Nero and there was only 1 person serving his name was YAGO . His customer service was amazing, he was very calm and very friendly, polite.

Perfect if out shopping with the wife let them shop whilst chilling having bite to eat and a coffee 🙌

Its cafe nero Coffee was bitter as hell. Young lad was on his own and needed more given the queue. Nine lad.

We asked milk for our baby's food. They told they can only give milk foam not milk itself while casually cleaning the counter top. They gave the foam milk eventually after cleaning done.

We had a wonderful experience, the food was delicious and the hot chocolate and frappe creme were amazing. A really nice, friendly and professional barista called Yago served us the delicious food and drinks. We will definitely come again!

Womens, men and childrens section, good selection of clothes, has a panel when you go through door to put your code into with collections the go to mens section and they will give you your parcel, very quick and easy and for returns you can scan item barcode and put it in dropbox again very quick and easy. Cafe Nero upstairs does a good range of coffee and cakes

Good coffee and cake but they don't do Spanish Latte

Good place to grab a coffee or cold drink. Even though it's a chain, the standard is somewhat better than the likes of Costa and Starbucks.

No a/c or ventilation upstairs in Nero. It was too hot to sit and have a drink.

Nice coffee shop above Next. I didn't eat, only got coffee (decaf latte) but was delicious. Nice comfy seats overlooking the car park and the Next store. There is a lift at the back of Next up to the coffee shop if stairs are difficult for you. The staff are friendly. No complaints from me!

There was a long queue outside Next on the first day of the Boxing Day sale and their security refused to allow me to go up to Cafe Nero for a coffee, I was about to use Click & Collect when they told me to join the back of the queue, I was very unhappy and ended up going to Starbucks. You need to speak to their security.

Very bad experience from the two boys at your service,I don't understand other people looking for job, to put the food on their table, and other taking their job for a joke!!! Please give them some training in customer service, particularly when I spent everyweek here.

I went there on Tuesday for a coffee and had to leave the place. It was very dirty, the rubbish on the floor around the tables, tables all stained and food crumbles everywhere. No atmosphere whatsoever. This place needs a good clean otherwise even hand sanitiser won't help.

Had a soya mocha in the Tottenham Court Road brunch (opposite Odeon) and today visited this Colliers Wood Tandem Centre brunch for my O2 free drink. I ordered a soya mocha as well. What a big different! See the mocha here (rich and creamy) and my other review for that “bubbled mocha” (half cup gone after the foam/bubbles settled)!

The coffee is amazing. Sorry, but to me the velvet and carrot cakes are no where near to the original recipes in all the Cafe Nero branches that I have visited .

I love cafe Nero coffee, but both the staff and the coffee wasn't right. First of all as I been asked what I like to order and it was soya cappuccino to stay in. The girl just said yes then totally goast me chating with the colleague, then asked me again as she couldn't remember what i ordered. My coffee was more like a latte with overheated milk. Terrible. Couldn't drink it. I wanted to go and ask for someone to change it but none was behind the till. So I left. I really would like a refund of my money

We love the new winter lattes. Cafe Nero staff always make you feel welcome and the drinks are always excellent. Clean area with great views into the shopping complex.

Upstairs above Next. Friendly and efficient staff. Can get a little rowdy due to children st some times, but generally not too disruptive. Standard offer for a Nero with a good range of coffee. Cakes and sandwiches.
