Best place in Yeovil to get coffee. They take great care every time to make sure your drink is nice and the staff are very friendly and approchable. Student discount is a plus and just a lovely atmosphere.

I think it's too cold to sit and relax with a coffee. Virtually everyone is wearing a jacket, the atmosphere is very pleasant. However, how to relax with coffee when it's cold, unfortunately it's better to drink coffee at home.

Cancelled order on ubereats with no warning an hour after we ordered. Our delivery driver went to the place and they couldn’t tell him why they didn’t have our order. Really disappointed to wait for an hour and no phone number online to call.

We go here allot, but unfortunately this time wasn't good. My husband ordered a decaf latte and a pot of tea. He likes his tea strong, so he asked the guy to put two tea bags in the pot wich he did. On paying my husband questiond the price as it was rather high and the guy serving explained it was for one latte and two tea's! Apparently if you would like an extra tea bag then you will be charged not for the bag but a whole pot of tea. Ruined our lunch with the bullshy guy, and massively over priced drinks. I'm more than happy to pay for an extra tea bag but do not like to be ripped off especially when you go in to Costa down the road and they have no issue to put another tea bag in the pot for you for no extra cost. Not happy.

Yeovil has a great team here, and a friendly atmosphere. The new location has some nice updates but is otherwise much the same with great coffee, pastries, and lunches.

Internet was down so batista didn't serve our free drink that we were entitled to. Disappointed.

I am a huge Caffè Nero fan and been to lots of them around the country (as seen on my profile) and this is the worst I’ve been to and we walked out before having our drinks. The staff were dealing with a technical IT issue but unlike most businesses that focus on the customer experience they appeared to think customers turning up were a nuisance and there was zero effort to work round the issue. Realise technical issues sometimes can’t be avoided so no problem with this fact but the staff’s attitude was take it or leave it and when questioned was unprofessional and borderline rude. A bit like a training video on customer service and how not to deal with problems. I have never experienced staff like this is any other Nero.

Lemon meringue cheesecake was lovely that’s why we gave it as much as 3 stars, I asked for a small salted caramel latte but was given a small cappuccino and very sweet? I felt the man that served us was a bit pushy and annoyed as my son decided he didn’t want a hot drink in the end, I felt rushed and not great service he literally put it on the tray and served the next customer with no communication, we found the place was very dirty looking and unhygienic I would say that it could do with a deep clean the toilet in particular looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time the toilet bin was dirtier than my outside bin, the stair banister was covered in dust and a build up of dirt around the corners of the floor and sticky tables, we used the toilet and sat at a downstairs table and stayed less than 10 mins.

Popped in for a coffee. Service was quick and it was exactly what you want. Have waited lots longer in other coffee shops.

An adequate coffee shop in a central location. Coffee was fine, atmosphere was affected by the run down nature of its Yeovil setting and rather tired furnishings.

Great staff good coffee even if the place is looking tired....Ive dropped one star ...state of the toilet and a minging toilet brush sat in a container of liquid ...hate to think what is in it

Ordered a large hot chocolate through uber. It turned up half filled with tonnes of froth and it tasted soo strong, like they used the correct amount of chocolate but missing half the milk. This is no exaggeration at all. I can't quite beleive they thought it was acceptable to serve me literally a half filled cup. Even paid extra for the coconut milk. So angry 😠

Visited yeovil branch in the morning which was great and Bath branch in the afternoon which was awful. Dirty tables, no cleaning happening at all. Paper cups and cold aircon with open doors on a cold day. Well done Yeovil and poor show Bath.

Sadly not good. Uninterested staff. And the whole place was dirty not just today's dirt. People had abused staff trust and paid takeaway prices to eat in up stairs.

Hot chocolate lovers do definitely try Hot chocolate Milano here….best hot chocolate so far.

This is being reposted as the first post was "conveniently" removed Terrible Service What a disgrace the service is in this branch. We called in today then went to take a seat and it was obvious that the table had not been cleaned. I approached the two male staff and asked if they would wipe the table for us. One gave me a dirty look and the other bent down to get a cloth and spray. The extremely rude guy bent down next to him and they began to whisper between themselves. I asked for a frappe, the one advertised in the window and was asked if it was the caramel one? I said it was the one the other side of the poster in the window to which he retorted he didn't know what that was. I said it was the pitstachio one. He began to prepare it and asked if there was anything else? My reply was a skinny cappuccino please. He repeated a frappe latte and would I like cream on it? I repeated a skinny cappuccino please. He had already picked up ice and a blender jug which he then threw on the side. I told him to forget it and that I was unimpressed with his attitude and service we then walked out. I would given this venue no stars if I had a choice. The young man needs to learn some manners and customer service skills. We went across the road to Costa and though again had to request that the table was cleared and wiped the girl did so with a smile and even came to me at the counter to say she had mopped the floor too.

Asked for a small shot of syrup for delivery.....definitely not a small shot of syrup! What's the point of adding notes to your order if you don't listen to them?! I would have liked coffee with my syrup thanks, therefore I won't be drinking my order and i won't be a returning customer.

Despite there being several staff behind the counter, it was up to the clients to disinfect the tables before use. Not really what this safety net is about.

Always friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. The drinks are made while you wait, but they are very efficient, so it never takes long. The coffee is very good too. Highly recommend them.

Out of the big coffee shop chains that serve Yeovil, it’s probably the best. They are dog friendly which is why they get the 5 stars.

Great service despite a seemingly endless queue full of festive shoppers looking for refreshments. The interior was clean and tidy with lots of space to sit and talk in comfort.

Yeovil Nero, top service from top class friendly staff

As I now work in Yeovil over the past few weeks I have tested hot chocolates on my breaks all through the town centre and Nero's are the best. Their croissants too.

Lovely, plesent and relaclxing are 3bwords to describe this coffee shop. Staff are friendly and even though it was busy the staff members kept calm and got all the orders done with ease.

Came for a coffee. With my very young daughter. A lovely man asked if i need hot water or a microwave to feed my little girl. First time ive ever been asked. Lovely coffee and gingerbread woman ! My only downside would be theres only one toilet
