Caffè Nero in City of London, Westminster

This store is friendly and efficient and has improved considerably since my last visit (new management - Fabi ?) - it now has a very nice vibe

I had another very bad experience at nero. I brought coffee to my friend after spending money in nero store. I was waiting for him but was kicked away by the clerk. Do your employees treat customers like this? A girl with a bald head, a nose stud and a black frame also racially profiled me.

The usual standards on offer. Very spacious inside and quiet at the time. Staff could smile more though.

Two staff members on shift at 13:29 were extremely rude.

It was early in the morning and was very calm atmosphere. I love their mocha especially with oat milk.

Yesterday I bought a hot chocolate and a piece of cake, after 30 minutes of consumption I started to feel bad, I started to have diarrhea, the food was infected. I won't be back, I suggest you take care.

Asked for the New Amaretto Latte and New Amaretto Hot Chocolate. The top whipped cream and mini almond biscotti were "saved" for another day, I suppose, for they were not on top of the beverages... 😡😡😡

The staff in here are more interested in their own conversations than in serving coffee. When they eventually get around to taking your order, they will then go back to their conversation, occasionally wandering off to do something entirely unrelated. If you then ask them to please make the coffee you have just paid for, they will look at you as if you've shot their mother and reply "that's what I am doing", as if you weren't standing right there, watching them do anything but. It shouldn't take ten minutes to get a flat white and a piece of cake when there's not even a queue.

Horrible staff didn’t give us a mug even when asked nicely. Had at least an hour till close they’re just being lazy

Rude, childish, and unprofessional staff..dirty PED but staff didn't care. I even offered to clean it and they refused... laughing and giggling like silly school girls.. clearly dont understand good hygiene especially when serving food and drink .. Didn't like this place or the 3 women behind the counter who work there.... but the young Asian girl who was serving me was lovely...

Hungover barista took my money, then didn't give me what I asked for. When I asked what went wrong he said they had run out of cream . Wouldn't give me my money back.

They were really annoyed to have customers 10min before closing. Super rude staff, didnt let us use the toilet, and even went agressively "is there a problem!?" when we simply asked if the order sitting and waiting on the counter was ours. What the...

Third time in here that they can't do iced cappuccino "because the frothed milk machine isn't working".

The upstairs seating area always smells like the toilets that have never been cleaned. Coffee is hit or miss depending on the day and seating is scarce.

Lovely cafe situated within mins of Holborn Station. I come here once in a while to relax and do some work. The staff are usually friendly and the drinks I buy are usually tasty. However this time I was served by a lady that clearly looked like she did not want to be there. She was absolutely rude and short tempered with me. She slamed my drink on the table and was huffing and puffing whilst making my drink. What an awful lady. Description of lady: slightly overweight with an Eastern European accent, hair tied back. Disgusting customer service. I'm shocked to know this type of behaviour exists in such a well known reputable establishment!

Rude staff, short changed on my coffee and refused to accept my loyalty card. Next time I'll walk down the road to Holborn and go to Nero there as they are much better.

First visit to Caffè Nero. Lovely staff. Very friendly. Great peppermint tea. Very reasonably priced. Best I've had. Husband's coffee was good too. Will definitely not be my last visit.

Absolutely awful toilets. Cafee look so lovely so appealing, staff kind and nice chilling spot. But terribly dirty toilet. ,floor to selling dirty. I was scared to order!! Honestly shocking..

Here on a busy Saturday as there are theaters protests and all sorts of things happening around. Barista was nice and while somethings were out the apricot croissant was very good. She made a wonderful latte and very friendly. Enjoyed the rest and the snack

The staff in this cafe are absolutely incredible. Pretty much all of them, the experienced and the new alike. I've seen days with the queue up to the door and the only one person behind the counter serving every customer with a smile and a superb professional attitude. They are never rude, never lazy, they have great team spirit. Would put to shame most competitors. My heartfelt congratulations to them (and to Nero, given that in most stores the service is equally excellent).

The queues are really long. The service was fast and the English Breakfast Tea was soet of okay.

Being Greek I have very high expectations regarding my iced Cappuccino. Coffee Nero in gerenal does lovely iced Cappuccino, and this is my favourite branch.

Ordered 3 drinks, and got 2 fine. They forgot one drink, and once we asked for it, they said we already had it. After showing the receipt, they made it, but got the order wrong - and gave me a normal coffee instead of a frappe. I was running late so I just wasted 1 pound on the frappe and left. Bad service overall.

This Nero used to be my favourite cafe. The staff were friendly, energetic, and professional, but now the staff are rather grumpy and passive aggressive. The other day, they ran out of whipped cream, the staff said to me: 'Sorry we ran out of cream unless you want some expired one'. I was like do you know what you are talking about??

Smiling service, great coffee. Just a shame no-one clears dirty tables.

The trainee barista serving us was excellent despite us having a complicated order. She even gave us notice of them closing so we didn't have to rush

Utterly disgusting sandwiches, I had a checkn sandwich and was revolting and old. Then had a bacon roll and it was worst.I felt sick the following day. This place claims italian style, the only one you can find is in the pictures around the bar. I will never ever go to any of their shops!

Too much foam in my coffee, I've just said please fill it up... It Looks empty for 3, 05 pounds should be better than I expect...

First time in caffe Nero for a long time, nice pleasant staff & range of food was surprisingly good. Visit was late on the afternoon and the only fault was floor had not been swept this ment food trodden in.

I was very happy with the drink I purchased to take away. The cafe looks very nice and pleasant but I was unimpressed with the service. It was lunchtime and only one person was working. The queue was almost out the door by the time I got my drink

This Sunday only one staff was serving at the counter. Was very busy due to Famers Protest @ High Commission of India. Tables were messy due left over by customers.

Well set out for COVID and it gets the job done. Coffee is good, though the food is a tad overpriced and underwhelming

Unfortunately there’s a lot of pick pocketing in this area, where people come up to you holding a piece of paper (a map) etc, asking you questions to distract you and stealing your phone from the table. This is one of the only cafes I’ve seen where the staff was very attentive to these people and immediately telling them to get out of the store.

Good range of products and prices. Ideal for a rest in the overcrowded central London.
