Ridiculously slow service every time I've been there, today took well over 5mins to get a single iced drink even though there was only one couple in front of me who were already being served (just some drinks too). Despite a small menu they still didn't have the drink I wanted and had to order an alternative. I'd be embarrassed to be them.

The Caffè has lots of options, reasonable prices, loads of places to sit inside and outside, quick service, places to park, Bikes outside most of the time

Like Nero and this one is in such a beautiful setting like sitting outside in small european village

Normally good but todays coffee was dirt and made by a trainee barista . Not sure why I’m paying £5 for a trainee made coffee 🤷‍♂️

I've always liked going to cafe Nero over the years! It's a great place to have coffee. I like the bacon roll you can get heated up! My favourite coffee is a cappuccino! Great service!

Can’t beat a cafe Nero latte with a slice of carrot cake,got it delivered from just eat which has been a little slow in delivering lately,the latte was lovely and hot and the carrot cake was lovely and went down well with the coffee..

Great vibe..though service could slightly quicker..but,staff work very hard there and full credit to them.

Always like the atmosphere in a Caffè Nero. This one does not disappoint! Spacious with extra seating upstairs, right on the square. Great for bikers as we can park right outside.

We bought 2 pieces of cake, the chocolate cake was as hard as nails and dry. One was served in a cardboard box and the other one in a packet. The coffee was served in a paper cup. Notts the best experience.

On a nice day great atmosphere with loads of seating outside. Very continental.

Have been coming to the coffee shop for nearly a year now and always have my little dog on a blanket on the chair never a problem done it loads of time. Told today dogs not allowed on the chair for health and safety their policy must have changed and not asked kindly either

I rate it 5 because it has sentimental connections for me. Coffees good of course and plenty of outdoor seating on the town sq gives it a bit of a continental feel. Possible sells the smallest most expensive sausage rolls.

Good branch of this better-than-average coffee chain with cheerful, pleasant staff and a bit of a buzz about it. Nice food, newspapers, iced water and seating on two floors. Worth a try. We are irregular regulars when we're over in St. Neots for some shopping or a walk.

Visited mid morning. Took my latte upstairs and there was only one other person there. Very relaxing listening to the classical music playing.

Go to Nero fairly regularly and experience varies, depending much on number of staff available and the length of the queue. Today was a great day. No queue, the very best of batistas ( friendly, efficient, quick with smiles, jokes and coffee), room to sit. Always recommend coffee from Nero, and the apricot croissants and now mince pies well worth a visit. Enjoy.

Popped in for a quick coffee whilst using the local campsite with my wife,and was waiting at least 1/2 an hr,felt sorry for girl behind counter..very poor service

Nice coffee shop but needs a larger premises, good outside space but 2 steps 'in and out'

Coffee ok but, service was unbelievably slow. Only one young man serving, who was very pleasant but, with the queue building it took an age to be served.

Unfortunately there is never enough staff and the venue always seems a bit grubby. New decor needed as all the walls are scuffed and the flooring grotty. Coffee is average.

It had plenty of outside seating and was very pleasant on the day we visited. The staff were pleasant and efficient

Beware when it's good weather, service is sometimes slower.

Rude and condescending staff; would avoid at all costs. Waitress wouldn’t help and obviously just wanted to go home.

Standard Nero product range with great location on market square in centre of St Neots

Lunchtime on a Saturday and the service was very slow. Granted there was a trainee barista but they took their break with a growing queue with one member of staff left on. Who incidentally was friendly helpful and doing her best to ensure we still got good service. Thank goodness for the sun and outdoor eating.

Never enough staff and always a long wait to get served. New staff probably needed and a clean up of the store would also go down well.

Freezing Cold! Doors open at all times with no heating on. Must be loosing busines to Ferro Lounge across the road which is nice and warm. Why???

This is how Cafe Nero store their rubbish in order to make as much money as possible. Stop the spread of rats to the market square by avoiding cafe, please.

Nice food & drinks but...so disappointed when I got to the till after 20 mins wait, only to find its card only. WHY!!! Word on the street, I'm not the only one who's peeved off. Oh well, there's other cafes on the square who offer cash payments..

They don't have any idea about what an italian expresso is. They served me an expresso inside a big cup. Really a shame

The drinks where cold when just ordered and the cups were very small. Would not recommend going.

It was great to hear that I wasn't allowed in because I wasn't wearing a mask. Luckily I had just forgotten to put it on, so quickly whipped one out of my bag. Lovely coffee as usual and it was great to be able to sit outside. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom lost them a star and I found it quite a challenge to drive home safely with my legs crossed ;)

Two staff on, one was concentrating more on talking than making the coffee and a little rude. The other member of staff was polite and served everyone with a smile.

Fairly good experience today though had thought there may be a few chairs outside. Main criticism is although it states staff would be wearing gloves they were not
