Caffe Nero in City of London, Westminster

Not been to a Caffe Nero before as I don't have one local. Had a pistachio iced latte and a tiramisu, and they were pretty good but the woman forgot my order until I reminded her.

It was very busy but staff was super friendly, so I really enjoyed it , will be back in my next visit in london. Just a bit expensive

devo dire ch erano 2 anni che mancavo da Londra, e sono tornato nei” famosi” caffè nero Italiani; una delusione dopo l’altra, bagni chiusi, oppure sporchi, tasse sui tavoli , per terra uni schifo, personale non più italiano ma di tutte le etnie, che non ti si filano per nulla, quasi quasi sono loro che ti stanno facendo un piacere per servirvi. Che dire , il cambiamento è avvenuto ma in peggio, se continua così , è sulla buona strada x chiedere ….., poi dicono Italiani ……

I'm Italian they charged us twice and when we pointed this out they asked us for the receipt which they had not previously given us. I ordered a coffee that I pass off as Italian I asked for a regular coffee and they gave me one with cream. I don't recommend you go there.

Good morning I'm really sorry for letting people know not to come to this coffee shop. I'm disabled and I was trying to let my carer to use the toilet . The male staff member started swearing at me and to the female staff member who was working. The staff member was shook when the male staff member was swearing towards her as well. This business is not helpful to disability people as it feels threatening . I will be putting a official complaint in to there head office on monday

Amo molto frequentare la catena dei CAFFÈ NERO. Locale gradevole e accogliente con personale garbato e disponibile. La scelta dei te' è molto vasta e sono di prima scelta. E poi mangio dei biscottini di contorno tipicamente locali che sono una vera e propria prelibatezza!

Altre catena "meritevole" molto diffusa a Londra, perfetta per una colazione o per un panino. Locali puliti, personale gentile, buoni prezzi. Ottimo rapporto qualtà/ prezzo

Il caffè è davvero buono e vi sembra di essere a casa! sono sempre andata dalla concorrenza ma devo davvero ricredermi.. infatti durante il mio viaggio sono sempre andata qui. I visited the above branch on Saturday, 11 September, on what was a glorious sunny day. I entered the premises and placed an order. The employee then stated that " You cannot use the toilet as it is not in use (although the door was open) and we are only serving take away orders". I and my partner were somewhat bemused as a) numerous people were sitting outside at tables and b) several people were sitting inside at tables. I was exceptionally unhappy at both the tone of voice and attitude of the employee. I walked out immediately. I will not return. Ever

I visited the Caffè Nero in Piccadilly, London with my two young sons for afternoon refreshments. I selected a few items from the display fridge mainly drinks. I ordered a coffee and asked for a caramel square which was on display with price clearly displayed. The assistant advised that these were not for sale as they were frozen and needed to defrost. I explained that this was very poor and should not be on display as it mislead customers making a purchase. I was abruptly advised ‘well they need to defrost’. I explained to the assistant it would have been more appropriate if the had been defrosted before being put on display. I was shocked when the assistant advised ‘you don’t have to buy any of this’. I made it clear I was not happy. In hindsight I should have requested the manager. I was more annoyed by the poor standard of service from the assistant more than the issue with the caramel square.

Vegan review - couldn't find a better flat white (with oat milk!) than Caffe Nero! Creamy, smooth, perfect. Also adored the seasonal Christmas themed sandwich very much. What a comfort to know this option is available all over the UK for a hungry traveler like me. Enjoy!

Perfectly good of its type. We found room for 5 of us to be seated comfortably. The coffee was good and the bottled fruit juice was fine.

Experiencias terribles en el pasado me han quitado el Café Nero. Pero pasando de prisa decidimos darle otra oportunidad. Mal error. El café era adecuado, el personal encantador, pero la comida - YUK. Pedí un croissant de albaricoque para descubrir que era comida de ayer. Peor aún, se había guardado claramente en la nevera durante la noche y estaba mojado. Intenté otro, el mismo problema. Probé un pain au chocolat, también estaba rancio y goteaba por dentro. Tuve una charla con el muy buen gerente. Resulta que esta es una entrega por contrato y no cocinan en casa como otras sucursales. La empresa es claramente inútil en la gestión del negocio del café y está siendo estafada por algún charlatán que está produciendo en exceso pasteles y tirándolos a la mañana siguiente a los clientes pobres. Boicotee este lugar hasta que actúen juntos. Para ser honesto, he tenido tantas malas experiencias con esta marca que espero que quiebren, y pronto.

Questo è il migliore di tutti i Caffè Nero di Londra. Il caffè è molto buono, idem per il cappuccino. Anche i dolcetti sono molto sfiziosi. Il personale è molto simpatico. Se vi capita fatevi fare il caffè da Claudio, il più buono.

De koffie is erg lekker, ik had de iced cappuccino. Dit werd geserveerd met een kartonnen rietje, op zich milieubewust, maar smaakt erg vies. Een absoluut pluspunt is de gratis toiletvoorziening.

Testowaliśmy już Caffè Nero we Wrocławiu i podobało nam się. Londyńskie Nero nas nie zawiodło. Napisałam się pysznej herbaty Passion Fruit (2£), mój chłopak zamówił Frappe Cream o smaku pistacjowym (4£), a do tego kupiliśmy włoską kanapkę (5£) i muffina z belgijską czekoladą (2£). Herbatka i muffin pycha, jak i frappe, jedynie kanapka nie przypadła mi do gustu, choć Bartkowi smakowała. W środku kawiarni jest bardzo przyjemnie, posiedzieliśmy tam dobrą godzinę, odpoczywając przed kolejnymi atrakcjami Londynu.

decepcionados, se les había acabado el desayuno típico antes de las 9 am. Las bebidas estaban bien, como de costumbre, y las golosinas son tan buenas como lo normal, pero en el desayuno usted quiere un sándwich de desayuno o similar. Servicio eficiente y lugares para sentarse a la hora popular.

Vinimos aquí por un café y pastel. El servicio al cliente fue terrible, el personal estaba más interesado en hablar entre ellos que en servir. La copa que nos dieron estaba tan sucia, creo que ya se había usado antes. Lo devolvimos y nos dieron una taza para llevar, con la que nos sentimos felices, pero no es una taza adecuada.

Whilst in London we stopped a couple times at Caffe Nero. They are located all around the city and are good places to stop for a quick coffee or tea and a small breakfast or lunch- go here instead of Mc Donald’s if you are in a rush!

No matter you order, whether it is a "hot chocolate grande" or an "Americano Grande", they are all good. They also offer lots of pastries to eat there or to go.

The coffee was good. The ambience not! Somehow these kind of cafes give me a feeling of the surroundings being unkempt. I understand that it's the trend to have used furniture and low key interiors. Personally I would like a coffee cafe to display cleanliness even if the furniture is very basic . The furniture can be simple and cheap in comparison to tattered and torn leather !!!!! The staff was nice though. But I'd rather have a coffee to go than sit in there .

Quando mi trovo a Londra mi fermo sempre in uno dei bar di questa catena perché il caffè è ottimo e il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. L'arredamento dei locali è confortevole e si ha la possibilità di prendersi una pausa in assoluto relax, ci sono i classici tavolini oppure puoi accomodarti in una comodissima poltrona a goderti la tua pausa caffè. Il locale offre la possibilità di acquistare panini, snack, bibite di ogni genere con una vasta scelta.

Cappuccino ottimo, dolci sufficienti ma cari ma la nota dolente il personale. I visited mid-morning on a wet Friday, mostly for the internet, in fairness and was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly welcome (accompanied as ever by some cheerful upselling) - coffee, wireless etc. all as per normal otherwise; decent cappuccinopleasant view of Picadilly.

We had a typical large English breakfast available at our hotel for and extra 12 £ which was often more than we needed. Thankfully, just a few steps away was a Cafe Nero with great coffee and wonderfully friendly service. The pastries were excellent and it was really inexpensive. We noticed that they were located all over town and we joked that we wished they would show up in the US. I'll miss them back home.

As a reasonably recent convert to the antipodean 'flat white', I've been searching out the best in coffee shops wherever I visit.The winner for me is Caffè Nero, they have it down to perfection and coupled with a biscotti just along from Piccadilly Circus you have the winner on every count.For those that like hot frothy milk but stronger than a cappuccino or latte, you must try Nero's flat white..

They never fail to please, by far the best coffee this side of Milan, and excellent choice of tasty and healthy snacks. Tim's Dairy greek style yogurts are light and delicious, and so the porridge... the last place one would think about to go for porridge really.

Per sentito dire che in questa catena di caffetteria il caffè rispetto alla media londinese é buono sono entrato con i miei famigliari, personale italiano ( se proponi del caffè all'estero ci sta )gentile certo ma un bar senza bagno (premetto che non sono sicuro al 100% che sia proprio questo il locale nel senso che il centro di Londra é pieno di Caffè Nero, ma penso siano tutti uguali).Prendiamo il caffè e mi aspettavo mooolto di meglio, alla macchina automatica dell'hotel era molto ma molto più buono. La prossima volta se mi viene voglia di caffè piuttosto me la tengo.Non ve lo consiglio affatto.
