Caffe Nero in Dacorum

I just want to say what a dirty dusty filthy hole this is the settee in the window where I’m sitting is filthy ripped and all the buttons holes are full of dirt the overhead lights are covered in dust place needs to do with a good clean what a dirty hole come on Nero nowhere near good enough your charging a fortune for a cup of coffee and going by the long long wait to get served your obviously understaffed and working your staff like dogs I’d say give this place a miss it’s a dirty hole so many more coffee shops in berko to the point of bursting not coming back here in a hurry

Extortionate price for hot chocolate drinks. 'Luxury' adult hot chocolate served in child cup. Almost £18 for 4 hot chocs, 1 tea. Worst thing was they added vegan cream made fr lentils (highly allergic to one of us - dangerous)

There are too many uncleared and dirty tables. The coffee is barely warm and the staff are often rude.

Just dropped my coffee in Cafe Nero Berkhamsted and the courtesy and kindness shown was exceptional. Coffee cleared away immediately and provided with fresh cup. Well done team!

Surly staff and generally poor service. Always cold as heating never on. New manager is often rude and unhelpful.
