Caffe Nero in Belfast

Conveniente ubicación central para reunirse con amigos para ponerse al día. El personal era muy agradable y el café era decente (pero sabía un poco quemado).

I went there yesterday to get a coffee. My Asian wife asked for a hot chocolate and the male staff with glasses said I don't understand you a few times. My wife speaks English very clearly and the other staff understood her no problem. He came across to us as a very rude person and really lacks customer service. We certainly won't be going here ever again. Besides it is a rip off for such a pathetic service we received. 👎👎👎👎👎

Good coffee as you’d expect from Cafe Nero, decent toasted sandwiches too, and the usual book-themed decor.

Visité la semana pasada para un refrigerio a la hora del almuerzo. Me senté en una mesa que no había sido limpiada de clientes anteriores. Nadie vino a limpiar la mesa durante nuestro tiempo allí, así que la limpié. Sandwich y café eran encantadores. Cafetería ocupada en una ubicación muy céntrica. Antes de irme fui al baño que no estaba limpio. El lavabo estaba sucio y había papel por todo el piso. Si volviera aquí, definitivamente no usaría el baño de mujeres.

Buenas opciones para tomar el Cafe y acompañar con un postre; el Cafe Nero esta justo para descansar tras la visita al City Hall.

great coffee and treats. Very central location, a great venue for people watching - easy to spot the bargains to be had by the bags being carroed.

Came to this caffe Nero while on my lunch break from work. I had a slice of chocolate cake and a tea. Both were scrumptious. The staff are very friendly in this one. I have tried many caffe neros and this has to be the best one out of a lot of them. A must recommend

Being on a strict Gluten Free Diet, it is disappointing that customers like me are not catered for. They suggested visiting a neighbouring Caffe Nero, no different. All one and the same!

14/02/2019 Had coffee here today at 9.30am my wife went to the toilet, had a number two and NO TOILET ROLL. Had to use her socks and throw them away. Why at 9.30 am is there NO TOILET ROLL. !!!!!!! poor management ,no toilet checks, not acceptable

Fabulous coffee but can't recommend sitting in a dirty cafe. Company needs to prioritise cleaning and preferrably replacing soft chairs as not pleasant to people watch from such a grubby cafe.

A comfortable coffee shop with a pleasant variety of seating options. There is a good selection of pastry for your morning coffee but the selection understandably dwindled as the morning rushes on. The danish i shared was tender and flakey with good fruit flavor

Love my coffee but first time I've had it from here. Certainly worth the money. I had a latte with semi skimmed milk and one of the best I've had. I'll not be passing a caffé nero again without popping in for a fix. Also had the triple chocolate chip cookie which was yummy.

Always good coffee at Nero. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. My favourite branch of the several in the city center.
