Very disappointed, long time waiting, coffee wasn’t good, ask for another, same thing. People who were with me also had complaints. Didn’t stay there, went to another place. Will never get back.

I'm sorry but I won't use this again paying nearly £20 for coffee and food went to get a seat in the seating.area and was surprised by all of the seats being taken by people lying down asleep shoes off and smelly feet all over how are we meant to eat in this situation. I reported this to the staff who said they would deal with it but after waiting 10 minutes and food being cold we gave up... The people lying down hadn't even ordered from Nero but we have to suffer as paying guests won't be using Nero again in any location after this experience

Very dirty, no customers but table and floor dirty. Toilets were worst. Could not finish my coffee, would feel better at the bus station.

Great coffee and the service was also excellent. Fast and with all extra requirements, great customer service from Shannen, a nice barista, what even if she was busy didn't drop the quality of the service. Well done Luton Caffe Nero!

Seeing the recent bad reviews, I beg to disagree and hope I wasn't just a lucky exception. After traipsing around for a few hours, my feet were hurting, I needed to sit down, have a drink and a bite to eat. This branch near UCL and London University is a bit bohemian, with mismatched sofas, chairs etc. And yes, the tables were a little untidy, as they are understaffed. But it had still a cosy feel, and we were lucky to find a table. I had a look at the cakes, but they didn't look too inviting, a bit old and dry. So I chose a rather large Brie and tomato focaccia , and ordered two cappuccinos. After a few minutes I went back to check on my order; to my delight the very pleasant, helpful and cheerful assistant had actually warmed up the bread, and was plating it with two sets of cutlery. Well observed by the young lady! The focaccia was actually lovely, warm and slightly spicy, better than expected. Coffee was good. Prices are typical for the West End, a bit expensive, but not extortionate. We were quite happy with our short break.

Worst customer service ever, dirty cups and cutlery. Old furniture and rubbish on the table. Toilet was horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Instead go to small independent shop or Starbucks and Costa.

Bought skinny latte from here and it tasted so horrible. It tasted more like very strong black Nescafé coffee. Nero used to be my go to place for mochas and lattes. Not anymore

Yesterday the fat guy in Caffe Nero earls court told me to 'Get a Life' after he made a mistake with my order. I asked for Salted caramel and he was adamant it's Caramel Shortbread. I don't want any freebies from you Caffè Nero because I am so traumatized and will never ever return. I have it on video FYI. Will share it with Starbucks Costa Coffee for their staff training. Check your camera in store if you don't believe me.

I went to the Malvern branch on Friday 30th sept, there were only 2 Male staff working, and boy were they working hard. A member of staff had called in sick and no replacement member came to cover. The tables were full of dirty cups etc, food in containers waiting to be put in chiller, and milk in crates waiting to be put in fridge. The que was to the door constantly at no time did they have time to do any of these jobs. Under this extreme pressure they not fail to kindly reassure and apologise to the customers. They worked so well and I want to especially give a massive amount of praise to the Trainee Barista DAN, he was simply the most polite hard working member of staff I have ever seen and he just dealt with the pressure a big credit to Caffe Nero big time

The first one I was served looked like an coffee with hot milk. Second one no better, wish they would take more pride in making coffee.

Omg Cafe Nero do something about your cafe on Wellington Street Leeds - it's filthy! Without doubt the dirtiest, most unhygienic cafe I've ever been in. Apart from the floor and tables being filthy the toilet which was signed as having been regularly inspected, had faeces around the rim. Disgusting. Furthermore the gentleman serving made us wait until he'd finished his conversion with another member of staff before deciding to even acknowledge us. This cafe is a health hazard!

Had a good cappuccino..good place to be and spend some time.. good snacks and bakery are also available..

Today morning(10:30am) at Medawall shopping centre (Sheffield) one of staff member was so rude and unrespectful ,as she ignored my orders and pass to other customer, I asked her( you didn't do my orders?) she didn't even apologise and so replied (what do you want!!!) I left the shop immediately (so frustrating 😫)...

Having visited Caffe Nero in Eastbourne most Saturdays for over 10 years, my husband and I find it such a shame that the staff are no longer welcoming. They don't listen properly to the orders, so we have to repeat ourselves at least twice each time. They are slow and the tables aren't cleared very quickly. The staff look so miserable. Surely they should be trained on customer service to at least be a little friendlier.

Visited Nero in Ringwood this afternoon. The place was dirty and tables not cleared. Service was terrible and so slow. Didn’t have anything complicated to drink but it took ages to make the drinks. My drink was wrong but I had waited nearly 15 minutes to be served and I couldn’t be bothered to take the drink back. Behind the counter also looked untidy and dirty. Second visit in the last 2 weeks and it’s been the same on both occasions. Such a shame as it was previously so good.

Excellent food and drink as always and despite being v busy, Louise managed singlehandedly with no diminution of quality or attitude. The company should reward her.

No habiendo estado en Cafe Nero desde antes del cierre (¿y luego solo el terrible Nero's en T 5?), Entré en su tienda en Festival Place, Basingstoke, ayer para mi tan necesaria solución de café con leche y estaba TAN contento de ver que todavía hay personas que se preocupan por los clientes. ¡Gracias Dios! !Tanto DANIELLE como especialmente LIAM fueron amables, profesionales, accesibles y me ayudaron a explicar su aplicación para asegurarme de que transfiriera puntos de tarjeta y continuara recibiendo ofertas regulares. Comencemos diciendo que Nero hace el mejor café de las principales cafeterías del Reino Unido por un kilómetro y medio.El servicio en Nero suele ser lento porque no tienen suficiente personal empleado y no delegan roles. Esto significa que una persona necesita hablar con el cliente, tomar el dinero, preparar el café y preparar cualquier comida.En Pret delegan, de modo que una persona hace el café y solo lo hace. Estaba muy decepcionado con el pastel de capuchino, esta vez. He tenido esto en numerosas ocasiones y suele ser muy húmedo y de sabor fresco. Sin embargo, después de contarle al barista sobre el pastel, todo lo que pudo decir fue que solo lo había puesto 45 minutos antes. Estoy equivocado? ? ? Entonces operadora este croissant de ponerlo en bolsa y piedra en mí como yo sería un perro y solo dijo - está bien. ok! ! ! También había dos hombre de pie y esperando para pagar un café y ella también dijo en tono no muy apropiado nivel - no te sirve en este hasta sus otros - hasta! ! ! Creo que su servicio de atención al cliente muy bajo. No soy un perro, soy señora embarazada y no merecen una actitud como ésta. Si esta señora de tener un mal día mañana ella debería tomar.

Este es una rama pequeña de Caffe Nero pero tiene asientos al aire libre y es ideal para algunos refrescos rápido. Me paré a desayunar - avena muy sabroso con miel y un capuchino y me servido por un personal muy amable. Sentado en la ventana delantera se puede ver el mundo pasar mientras se relaja con un buen café.

E' stata la nostra scelta per quasi tutte le colazioni nei giorni che siamo rimasti a Londra. Eravamo in un albergo lì vicino e, tra le varie soluzioni, questa è quella che ci ha più convinto. Estuve en el Café Nero en el Southbank de Londres ayer. El lugar estaba en mal estado y sucia. Sólo hay un wc compartido/mujeres hombres y por lo tanto siempre había una cola de por lo menos 3, cuando llegué allí el piso era un desastre con papel y no había papel higiénico. Esto es inaceptable en un concurrido Café de Londres llena de turistas extranjeros. Al final de esperar y nos fuimos.

i'm consulting at UCLH and popped into Nero few times... each time I got very slow service, but today was so bad, it prompted to write about it. 1) service was slower than usual, queue built up behind me very fast 2) amateur barista entered my bill as eat-in and didn't know how to go back and refund the difference 3) another amateur barista didn't know how to apply my UCLH discount 4) mini pannetone was toasted full (not cut in half), and finally the pan au raisin I paid for was no longer available (last one was given to another customer) and i had to another 5 minutes for baristas to work out how to refund pan au raisin... overall very very amateur service.

It seems like there are a million Caffe Nero's in London. I can't say this particular one stands out as being better than the others, however it serves a good cup of coffee and that's about all I want at a coffee house.

I visited the Euston Nero this morning before making a business trip and as I walked in the queue was ridiculously long, however as soon as I joined the queue I was greeted by a staff member who asked me for my order. The queue went down very quickly and the team worked really well together to ensure all the customers were happy. As a customer service manager myself, it's nice to see such great teamwork and service.

So impressed this morning at 0730 eith staff gping through the queue and taking orders for coffee without having to write them down. This meeant by the time I collected my coffee my panini was already toasted saving me time. Wish all cafe neros were run that well.

Très original !!!Nous prenions 2 thés à la menthe, une petit bouteille jus d'orange et 3 grosses viennoiseries pour 12 livres environ. Prix très correct et les viennoiseries sont excellentes.A recommander !!!

Absolutely awesome.Fresh granola bar and the hot chocolate nice and hot and just right.There. was no residue at the bottom of the cup and it just tasted like proper hot chocolate which I haven't tasted like this for a long time.Worth the visit and judging by its busy period must be good due to its product.

I have never had a poor coffee here and drinking black Americano with extra shots means that you certainly taste your coffee!Yes there are queues but the well trained staff move customers and their drinks through quickly so do not be deterred by seeing a queue. Staff efficient and polite.
