We pre booked a table for 5 as it is a very popular cafe (glad we did as it got very busy)the staff were lovely and the food was great. We all had different meals, it was served quickly, all hot and delicious. We had a delightful giggle with other customers and staff and left with a smile.

A group of 5 couples visited for lunch and were really pleased with the quality of food, speed of service and value for money. The ladies serving us were a delight. We all agreed that we would be returning soon.

This is a really friendly cafe. The food is devine, especially the pizzas. The staff are really friendly and great with the kids. Our go to place for lunch whenever we're in town.

We come here quite a lot as the service is great and the food is fantastic. My Mum and I came in for lunch yesterday and we had the chicken burger and fries, I enjoyed it so much I will definitely be ordering again when we come back in. Wish I had taken a photo, but to be honest I just wanted to get tucked into the bun 🤣

Excellent in every way! The food was good quality and good size helpings. We had the pizza, salad and fries and waffle, generous size with fruit, cream and ice cream. Staff so polite helpful and professional. Such a nice atmosphere. We were treated so well by the staff and made very welcome.

Situated just a stones throw from the seafront, Cafe offers a selection of hot and cold food, with a selection of hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. The Restraunt offers indoor and outdoor seating and is happy to accept dogs, but there have been incidents, so it may be worth talking to the proprietors first.

What a lovely cafe. Friendly staff, comfy seats, and good food in a bright and cheerful cafe, even had great old skool dance music playing gently in the background and a good selection of ice cream.

Delightful cafe, particularly impressed by the owner who took pride in her cafe, and made everyone welcome even if they just wanted a few coffees, or to eat ice creams. Service was good, as were our coffees. Food looked good.

Very friendly welcome not just by staff but customers 😀. Everyone appreciated dogs even if they didn't have one themselves. Coffee was nice and the cake selection looked good. I had a toasted brie and mushroom sandwich which is a combination I hadn't tried before but to my delight was really tasty. However they don't do a child menu which is odd and a missed opportunity as much was freshly made. So should be easy to implement.

A limited menu though the veggie breakfast was just what we wanted with a pot of tea. Dog friendly inside. Busy period caused a wait for the food but staff were cheerful.

Stopped here when a friend visited for Lunch on 15th Feb, only had Panini's and a drink each, but they were great. Clean and tidy place, fresh food, very tasty and reasonably priced. Friendly staff always smiling.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good food.

I always stop here for coffee or lunch after a walk with the dog on the beach. Friendly staff, very dog friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are superb. Sorry to see one customer today was not happy that dogs are welcomed. The level of hygiene here is excellent and always very clean, if you don’t want dogs around then go elsewhere please, we don’t want you here.

Lovely fresh produce. Freshly cooked to order. We had the smaller full English and eggs on toast plus a sausage for the dog. Very dog friendly and people friendly. Lovely staff

Such a great cosy cafe! The specials are good and the staff are lovely, chatty and helpful. Food hits the spot and is reasonably priced. Fab location near the beach end of the High Street, with outdoor seating in the summer and suitable for those with dogs. I seem to recall they stock dog ice cream, if you fancy giving your 4 legged pal a treat.

We were a group of about 20 people of all ages. We stopped at this place for a round of ice creams for all of us. While I was buying ice creams for everyone, one of the children in our group who is too young to read, helped himself to the bottle of syrup that was placed outside the shop on a make do shelf. There was a hand scribbled note there that kids shouldn't do that but because he can't read yet, he didn't know better. The moment he did this, one of the ladies from the shop came yelling out at him and the other kids and start berating them for doing so. I apologized and offered to pay their 20p additional charge for the syrup but she grew more and more obnoxious and kept telling the children off. She basically wanted to fleece more money out of us because the kid innocently put in syrup himself. Never mind that, we ended up paying £45 just for ice creams. When we were about to pay I asked the lady behind the counter if they accepted Amex. She rudely pointed me to a sticker of Amex on the glass pane of the ice cream freezer and told me to look there and that they do. Well fair enough, I paid using Amex but just as I completed my payment, another one of them came out yelling saying "We don't accept Amex, we don't accept Amex". I politely pointed her to the same sticker which was shown to me and then to the lady who had pointed that sticker to me but this new obnoxious one wouldn't have any of it. She threw tantrums, made faces and tried to force me to pay again. I had to show them my Google Wallet and then my Amex App to prove to them that they have indeed taken my payment. Finally I thanked them as I haven't written a review here on a while and told them that given their behaviour with me today they've woken up the "reviewer in me" and that I am going on Google reviews and telling my story :)

Very good full English which was composed of generous quantities of well cooked quality ingredients and friendly staff at a good price. Outside tables are available to watch the world go by. Recommended.

Have stopped here many times for ice creams and food. They make the best milk shakes I've had in a long time, the pizzas are lovely and they do a nice beer too!. They do a surprising range of food for such a small place which is all good and the kids love it. I always stop for ice cream before I go home as it stays open into the evening which many other places do not. Recommended 👍.

Dog friendly cafe, still open at 6pm as it was such a nice warm evening. Owner says she stays open longer if people wandering in!

Really awful people. Was going to get Gelato there at the end of the day. Waited behind this large family and they literally shut the window in my face. They had three people trying to work a window but somehow it was too much effort to make one more cone. Completely digusting place and the gelato is not worth it. Super basic while trying to push London prices. Avoid! So many better options on the street with friendlier staff. In response: I have had your gelato. It is basic. And I was in front of the window. They did close it.

Nice place for a coffee or beer

Had an ice cream, got messy with the sauce, lovely staff helped me clean up 😆, went back later for a nibble, pizza to share, coffee and banana shake, just what we needed before driving back to Cambridge, Lauren was lovely as all staff, food great, place real friendly and homely, give it a go, you won't be disappointed, will visit again for sure, 👍👍🥘☕🍦x

Stopped here today after being on the beach. Delicious icecream and a lovely glass of Pinot. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Will be back tomorrow for lunch as food looks amazing!

Loved it! Looks beautiful (food and area), absolutely delicious and hygienic. The staff are very nice . The only thing is lack of tables, which of course is not convenient but unavoidable. Great experience, will probably come again.

Amazing pizza! We came to the high street looking for somewhere to grab a pizza and sit on the beach. It was perfect! Great value and gorgeous food! Lovely staff too! Highly recommend and we’ll be coming back!

Was looking for a late night dinner and stumbled across this little gem. Although they offer more, at that time of night (9:30pm) they was only doing pizzas, but they're some mighty fine pizzas. I'd say best on the high street. Gloria's had a great atmosphere, perfect for a couple of social drinks that time of night. Couldn't fault the service either, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. 👍
