Il Caffe Fratelli è un buon posto per una colazione o per un rapido pasto a mezzogiorno. E' situato nell'area della banchina del Royal Victoria Dock , a pochi passi dalla cabinovia sul Tamigi per reaggiungere l'O2 e dalla fermata della DLR.

Was waiting to be served and was not obvious how to place the order apart from the till. One server behind the counter signaled with her eyes what I wanted. None of the courtesy you would expect. Ordered 3 Large Samosas which the server warmed up for us 3. Severed them on one single plate! Asked for 2 more plates and was blatantly refused even though I could see a pile of plates on the shelve. I was told they did not have any. I had to demand the plates. I had to be very assertive. It seemed the server did not like me. May be it was the fact I was wearing a turban and had a beard. Will never know. Certainly will not be coming here in a hurry.

When I asked to change my egg and mayo baguette because of some strange taste, i was told "there is nothing wrong with it, another customer just eaten one & never complained". Amazingly arrogant and rude sales woman, will never go back there again.

Il Caffe Fratelli, situato nell'area della banchina del Royal Victoria Dock nei Docklands di Londra, è un buon posto per iniziare bene la giornata con una buona colazione ! E' un posto adatto anche per uno spuntino a mezzogiorno. Posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno.

Good solid little Italian eatery. Great choice of ciabattas with a range of options covering most requirements. There are good options without bread for the gluten sensitive and several non-meat choices too

Friendly staff, very reasonably priced. Gluten free options available. Lots of different sandwich filling varieties. Good selection of sweet treats and pastries. A hidden gem by the Thames and IFS Cable Car. 5*

Absolutely disgusting!We decided to stop at the cafe, so we could change baby’s nappies and have some coffee. Unfortunately, they were about to close, so we asked just to use their bathroom to quickly change the nappies. They said NO, shut the door before us while there were customers sitting outside and untidy tables. We’ve heard the customers being in a shock by the staff actions. Awful! Absolutely awful! I usually bring multiple friends who visit London to this area, and I will never stop or visit this place where common sense doesn’t work and have no morality.

My local cafe, come here most mornings for coffee and it’s great! Great for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Great selection of sandwiches and rolls.

good quality and well priced Italian fayre with great coffee. Friendly staff and nice to sit outside when weather permitted. Would have loved to try lunch and sweet options too but weren't around during the day.

Popped in to this great Italian which was serving takeaway. Had appropriate COVID measures but were very friendly and had great selection. Food amazing (loved the salmon and cream cheese croissant) - many thanks!

Came here for breakfast bagels as we were staying immediately opposite at Good Hotel. Food and coffee is good and priced reasonably.

Fui allí con mi hijo desde que vivo allí (2019). El servicio fue bueno al principio, ¡pero luego vi su higiene! ! ! Tocan cada comida con las manos e incluso después de limpiar el lugar donde se muestra la comida. . . ¡Tocan los bocadillos con las manos! ¡asqueroso! Lo peor: una de las chicas jugó con un perro de un cliente, entró y sirvió un sándwich ¡SIN LAVARSE LAS MANOS! ! ! ! Si hubiera un control, deben pagar una gran multa. . ¡incluso cerca!Dejé de comer allí. . solo café.Entonces quería tomar un café ayer y le prometí a mi bebé un babycinno. En la puerta (16:15) una de las chicas me dijo "estamos cerrados" y yo dije "a las 17 h? ! )Miró a la otra chica y dijo áspera otra vez "¡Estamos cerrados! ! !La gente va a otro café. Además del mal servicio, los inodoros son asquerosos (siempre les dije) y no comen allí debido al bajo nivel de higiene.¡Solo el dinero cuenta allí!

Normalmente visito este café para llevar cuando visito a un amigo en el área. El personal siempre ha sido grosero y desdeñoso, pero la comida es lo suficientemente básica como para una merienda rápida. Sin embargo, una vez que noté que el personal ignoraba a un cliente que entró hasta que finalmente se fue. En otra ocasión, escuché al dueño (usa un traje holgado de rayas) hacer un insulto racial a espaldas de un cliente que paga. Visité una vez más después de esto, y noté que el propietario trata a ciertos clientes de manera diferente a los demás. . . Lamentablemente, me di cuenta aquí de que el cliente que había presenciado en una visita anterior parecía ser de cierta etnia, y los clientes que reciben un trato un poco mejor son de otra. Ya no visitaré este establecimiento. No quiero asociarme con personas así, y no quiero financiar a un propietario que discrimina, especialmente en un país en el que es ilegal y en un área que promueve el turismo.

Preso solo il caffè la mattina e molto buono e qualche volta di pomeriggio e consigliabile per gli italiani che vogliono un buon caffè.

It would be good to for the cafe to have an area for Childfree/Adults or they can have a Family Zone away from adults. They have a good variety of alternatives to mllk. Nice little cafe.

Sehr gutes italienisches Frühstückscafe bei den Docklands. Leckere hausgemachte Spezialitäten, sehr guter Cappuccino, werden wir sicher nochmal hingehen.

Have visited Fratellis on numerous occasions, food is quite nice. Very disappointing on the last visit as the lady behind the till tried to overcharge me. Probably won't return for this reason. Dishonest.

Great if a tasty, quick and simple breakfast is what you're after. Breakfast baps and toasties, coffees, an array of sweet pastries and bites. Very nice.

Llegó solo porque teníamos menos de una hora para matar entre salir del hotel y partir hacia el aeropuerto cercano. Este va limpio, ordenado, con un banco de madera de ambiente hogareño. Agradable selección de rollos de baps sándwiches y productos horneados. Bebidas frias y calientes. El amable personal y los apostadores solo desearían que la taza de té estuviera más que medio llena y suficiente para hacer más de una taza y media. Sin arrepentimientos, cumplió su propósito. Comida todo a buen precio.

Ich war zum Frühstück hier und hatte einen Bagel und einen Kaffee. Das Sandwich war gut und der Kaffee klasse. Die Preise sind okay und das Cafe ist eine gute Option für die Gäste die das Hotel-Frühstück umgehen wollen.

Popped in for a bottle of water...stayed for a while...large Americano, 2 bottles of Perrier, 2 samosas and 2 cannoli...£10...friendly staff...will be back.

We were staying nearby and didn't want to pay Hotel prices for our breakfast, so decided to try this place, as it looked local and good.

Nipped in here for a pre-job interview drink to warm myself up and boost my energy levels upon recommendation, and I really wasn’t disappointed. Upon first inspection of my hot chocolate it seemed far too creamy, however upon first taste...OMGosh...amazing. Has to be tried.

Went in for a late breakfast. Both of us had a pastry and coffee/tea, with staff bringing over the food and drink (also heating up the pastries for us). Reasonable prices as well.

Really wish we had found this cafe earlier. We were staying at a hotel close by. Called in for breakfast, friendly staff & food looked appealing & tasted just as good. Coffee was just as good. Such a shame we don't live nearby, would definitely return if ever in the area again

Fuimos a la tienda de ayer (Domingo 20 de agosto a las 5. 32:00, tan pronto como he puesto un pie en la tienda una camarera me dijo que ella era lo siento y que estaban cerrando. Pido amablemente si podía rápidamente y usar los servicios destacar mi enorme embarazada vientre (7 meses y medio) para que la camarera dijo que los servicios eran sólo para clientes. Me punto negro se negó a utilizado los inodoros, básicamente.

Popped in here for breakfast whilst we were staying at the Good Hotel which is opposite this cafe. The coffee here is excellent, they prepare fresh orange juice for you and do really good breakfast rolls. The prices were exceptionally good value.

Encontramos este café es una sorpresa total. Está dirigido por Raj y su personal, hombre encantador, con grandes valores y un personal amable. Gran variedad de pasteles, panes, bebidas. Pudimos sentarnos afuera disfrutando del sol y observar gente interesante en una zona agradable. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Su más grande por dentro de lo que parece desde el exterior. Precios muy buenos!

Staying in an AirBnB close by we were wooed in by their offer of baguette, small coffee and crisps for £3.99 What a bargain! It was delicious too! Good coffee and warmed baguettes and excellent service. So good we returned for a 'breakfast' sandwich on the day we left London for Liverpool. Lovely people, clean restaurant. Delightful! Highly recommended.

Just popped in for a coffee before we took a ride on the cable car. This little deli and coffee house was very welcoming and had a busy and friendly atmosphere. Food and drinks were not expensive but were good.

I recently stopped into Caffe Fratelli for a quick coffee and snack. The mocha was not bad, however the service I received was unacceptable. After paying with my credit card, I waited for my receipt to print. The woman asked me to sit down at a table and said she would bring the receipt to me. She never did, so I returned to the counter after 10 minutes and asked for my receipt, to which she said she would have it for me in a few minutes. While I waited again, I checked my bank account to see how much they charged my card- £7.15. The small mocha and snack was supposed to cost £5.25 in total. I returned to the counter to confirm the costs written on the menu. I told the woman that I had been overcharged, to which she acknowledged, and didn't even seem sorry for. I communicated that it wasn't about the money, and that I didn't need the £2+ back, but that hopefully they won't treat future customers in the same manner. She dismissed me and didn't even attempt to offer the money back for the overcharge. If you find yourself in this cafe, please check your receipts (hopefully they give you one) and make sure you're not being overcharged. Otherwise, I would recommend finding a completely different cafe, where the employees treat their customers with kindness and respect.

Petit café sympa comme il y en a tant d'autres.Ici le personnel est très sympa.Les cafés , cappuccino et autres sont bons et les pâtisseries aussi.

Me and my partner were at the Excel repeatedly over a long weekend for a big event, which meant early starts (like 6am early). We were amazed to find this place was open, and were relieved to have such lovely service from the staff. We were tired and a little fed up, so sitting outside with tea and croissants was a welcome break. All in all an excellent place to stop for a break and relax in such a busy city.

I live very close by and this used to be my go-to place for coffee and sandwiches as they are mostly perfect!Staff turnover has at times caused issues with burnt toast, uncut sandwiches and half-empty coffees. This is not okay for prices on par with Starbucks. Mostly foreign staff too and they said they couldn't understand so when this happened a few times, I emailed through their website instead.Not my greatest move. When I next went in, the owner phoned her husband and announced that "the girl who complained has just walked in" she then proceeded to ask me very loudly in front of said staff member and customers what exactly the issue was..!Still the food and coffees are mostly fantastic, the current staff seems far better, and it's convenient for me so if I'm working from home, the owner isn't there and I am feeling brave, I have been known to sneak back in :-)

Found myself wandering around the dock lands area and decided this place looked worth a try. Inside is nicely decorated and its light and airy with lovely big woods times and benches to sit at. The food on display looked very nice so I went for a mix of Greek salad and a chicken somosa! Both were well presented and tasted very nice. The ladies serving were polite and did so with a smile. It was a sunny Sunday afternoon and whilst not super busy there was a steady stream of customers so I sat quietly in the corner and watched some tv on my phone!I was to full to try any desert but the ice cream did look very tempting. All in all a lovely place with very nice food and good service, would recommend and will return if I'm back in the area.

I really like Fratelli's coffee. It seems to have a deep, rich taste. The interior is adequate without being in any way spectacular. The toilets were clean and spacious. The service was friendly and I got my coffee very quickly.

Nice Illy coffee. Full English £5.95. Lots of pastries and croissant. Everything fresh. Saves spending a fortune at the Hotel for breakfast.

This being my local coffee shop, I thought I best do a quick review. Raj and Bella always look after you and always have a welcoming smile. The coffee is great and although I have never eaten there apart from the odd croissant and toast and jam, the paninis and sandwiches look nice as well as the pasta dishes. Go on give them a try if you're visiting the area

I had drunk my coffee before the baguette arrived the waitress then explains she had forgotten. When it finally arrived it had 4 small prawns and a bucket of the most greasy Mayo I have ever tasted, I took it to the counter to ask if they would put some more filling and take out some of the Mayo, her reply was sorry they come into the shop like this, there isn't anything we can do. Well this is what I have done, I have written this review to warn others not to bother.

We ate here twice. The staff are v friendly and very tasty sandwiches for the price, The orange juice is a must.

We were looking for somewhere to have brunch after checking into our hotel and found this place. It was a great find as it had a good selection of food and very good prices. It's not a very big place but we managed to find somewhere to eat. The food was very good and plenty of it. Would recommend if you aren't having breakfast at your hotel or for a lunchtime.

I'm spoiled with Starbucks, so I can Only give my opinion as a comparison to that. The Pastry I had was average, which is good objective opinion though. The place was clean, bright, the service Excellent. It is a good place to rest and get your bearings and check in to your various online accounts.

Italian style cafeteria, good coffee, nice view of the Docklands and of the Emirates Air Line. A good place to have a break in East London!

When visiting the docklands with my husband we went here for breakfast. The staff are friendly and there is a good selection for you to choose from for breakfast or lunch. Good coffee and tea and a selection of col drinks.

I really love the food there, coffee is a bit too strong for me, but am sure it's great for majority. Service friendly, sometimes too much chit chat, they clearly being instructed on interacting with customers but it can be a bit over the top, too many questions - it's 'italian way' not for everyone ;)

Authentic Italian Cafe, cozy ambiance. They have lot of food variety too. The cafe is right on the docks so great on sunny days. The coffee is really nice.

My son and I came across this place starving hungry at around 9am having got off the dlr to go on the Skyline. The staff were very attentive and rushed to serve us with delicious lattes and a hot chocolate, and we had a flatbread/pannini type thing each as well. I also bought a couple of bottles of water for us to take with us whilst sightseeing and the total bill was £14.50. I wish there was a café like this at the end of my road.

Consistently good coffee, friendly staff, lots of locals and excellent paninis. I had a double espresso which came with a glass of water as you would find in Italy. The bacon and Brie paninis are really tasty. However, the best thing ever is the new(ish) frozen yoghurt. It comes in Mango, vanilla, chocolate and Berry flavours and is £2.50 for a pot. I had the mango which was smooth, creamy and refreshing, heavenly.

Very handy location for a snack next to the Emirates Sky Chair,friendly service with a smile and a laugh .Great toasties and good coffee, funky place fell upon it as we walked to the Sky Chair for the O2.

Nice cafe, good to catchup for beer. Don't expect much food variety, Nice staff but then if you dont want someone to keep bothering you then this is the place you can go

I love this cafe as a place to get out of home or the office and work during the day. Also a superb option if you want to grab a coffee and walk along the riverside at Royal Victoria Docks. The service is very friendly. I don't think the coffee is the best, but that's a matter of opinion!
