We ordered food for takeaway. We was missing half of our order. The food was freezing. The chicken was raw. When I called them up to explain the situation they were not helpful and just offered to give us a voucher to come back. This is the second time now we have ordered from them And we have had issues with the food and service. I would not recommend

Food is really nice with plenty of choices. If you want wrapped chicken make sure you ask for extras as it comes plain. Really good service and very nice staff.

Coffee is terrible, even more terrible is the service by the staff. Food is bad as well, you pay for chicken wrap you get a veggie wrap with a sprinkle of chicken. I definitely don't recommend to anyone.

Service is appalling. Certain staff are rude. Lots of foreigners drinking while listening to loud music This happens often... if u want to see what Barnsley is going to look like once we leave the EU heres your answer... overheard staff member talking to other staff members about customers. had ordered drink and shisha and waited 20 mins for staff to come over with bottle opener, sell cocktails but half if the time donf have a professional drinks maker...(lack of communication)... will not be going back no manager it is very bad service !!! Apart from that this used to be a nice place.

Room was mouldy in bathroom and sleeping space also paint peeling off walls. The restaurant half of this hotel is under serious rebuild and refurb I hope they plan on doing this across all of it.

Dearne Hall RoadCame here for first time in a while. The atmosphere is so much better than previous visits. A dj on which got people up and dancing. Will definitely come back again
