Our first experience of breakfast at Vivaldi. 😊 A warm welcome, friendly and efficient service and great choice and value breakfasts. We will definitely be back.

Tasteless food, dismissive service. I had poached eggs on toast. Toast was highly processed, sliced bread with no butter and eggs tasted of nothing, just slimy. Husband had jacket potato and beans- watery potato with no butter and tastefree beans. Not worth the money and would not recommend. Waitress was charmless

My friend and I ate here for lunch with our small plus ones in there prams. The waiter made a big effort to ensure we could fit and were comfortable. We both had the burgers, one beef one chicken, which were tasty and a good price. Will definitely return.

Sloppy service. Poor attitude. Food was not cooked properly. Eggs Benedict:- bacon undercooked, toast hard, eggs Hard( should be runny), hollandaise sauce tasted “off” or packet made. On returning the food I explained the issue. Waitor at the count threw his head back & rolled his eyes & tutted. Didn’t ask what I wanted as a replacement lunch. I said please take it off our bill. The Eggs Benedict came with Tea inclusive. I got charged £2 for a cup of tea. I queried this (as it was included in the set meal) The waitress shouted at me & said” Well- you drank the tea & didn’t want the food ! So you pay for the tea!” She was aggressive & very rude. I asked her who she was talking to- she shouted back “YOU!” I replied with how the food was disgusting& the service sloppy & unacceptable & that I would write a poor review of today’s awful experience. She shouted back:- “ I don’t care what you do- do as you like!” Appalling experience- will never go in there again.

My favourite place for a quick brunch/ lunch. Huge menu of delicious food and it is nice to get such a variety of options with some indulgent food and healthy choices. The service is great too.

I went there with my grandchildren who both know how to eat. The breakfasts they received more than pleased them. The coffee was average, but the service was very good and came with a smile. We will go there again.

Visited with the family including young kids. The staff were helpful and the food was decent. The breakfast was pretty good and the Croque Madames were good as well. Price was reasonable. Trip Advisor needs another category of Good. This place was good but it was not quite up to very good

I came here for a coffee and the service was extremely slow. The waitress was very serious, not friendly at all. She didn't care much about the customers, to be honest. On the positive side, the coffee is great and cheaper than in other coffee shops. Thank god we didn't order food, otherwise, it would have taken over 40 minutes to get it.

I went to Vivaldi’s with my daughter and our 8 month old puppy, we do visit the cafe often with our puppy. However, I was not very impressed with the waitress. who commented under her breath she doesn’t like dogs. She also said that could I make sure the dog doesn’t go inside, I replied we are sitting outside because we have our puppy. She came across rude, we didn’t won’t be going there again. I can understand if our puppy was off the lead, or if we attempted to go in with her but we were just sitting there with our puppy. This was not the service that I was expecting and I felt that her comment was not needed.

My visit to vivaldi was such a great experience. I visited with my four year old son to have lunch. We sat outside as the sun was shining and the friendly waitress came and gave us our menu and then a few minutes to look and returned to take our order. My son had a vanilla milkshake and pancakes with syrup and fruit. I had spanish omelette with salad and a chai latte. Both meals arrived beautifully presented and Delicious! We went to sit inside as it got a bit cold outside and decor very fresh and pleasant. Lovely music playing in the background gave a warm feel to the place. The toilet was spotless which always tells you the cleanliness of a place. The staff were so welcoming and on the ball. Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back. Prices were ok.

I came here with two friends, and one of them had been here several times. We were surprised with the prices, quite cheap compared to other similar businesses in the area. Basically, two Royal Eggs with a Latte cost just £7.50, a bargain. The food was very well cooked and the coffee delicious. I will definitely come back for more food!

We have been to Cafe Vivaldi a couple of times now for brunch and it is always great. Large portions of well cooked fresh food. The staff are working hard, but are always smiling. I recommend going here instead of Costa/Starbucks or any other chain!

A remarkably normal venue in Chingford for reasonably priced quality English eats. Nice international patronage too and a good spot to watch the world go by.

Worth a visit. Went for the launch of their new Sunday roast menu and was not disappointed. The food was delicious, portion sizes generous and good value for money. We started with a retro prawn cocktail to share and then had the short rib and the lamb. Because we’re greedy we also had the tiramisu! The kids had a ball too with their version of a Sunday roast (fried chicken and chips), entertained by the Collab colouring pencils and paper. Finally, had a couple of glasses of wine from their all by the glass list, so I had the Gruner from Austria followed by the Susumaniello from Puglia, not often do you get that choice in a restaurant! Staff were cool. Like I say, worth a visit.

I've been here a couple of times before and everything was great, but not so today. I ordered a Cappuccino and the Three Cheese Toastie. The coffee was great, but the toastie took ages to arrive (despite the cafe being almost empty), and when it did arrive it was burnt to the point of being virtually inedible. Surely a chef / cook can't have made that, looked at it and thought "yep, I think I'll serve that". I'd travelled a fair distance especially to visit Dudley's, but I won't be going back.

The bread here is good, the staff, however, really need some training in customer service. I've never seen any of the people who have served me smile or say a friendly word. Today, the bread I usually buy was sold out so I asked for some advice on what to buy instead. I was told, in a rather impatient tone, that all the breads contain 'a mixture' of grains (very helpful, especially to people with food allergies). When I asked about the difference between bread X and bread Y (looked different, had different prices and different, rather uninformative, names), I was told brusquely "They are the same". IGNORANT and RUDE. And this is not my first such experience - to the point that, despite their bread being really tasty, I don't feel like going back.

Good local pub in Manor Park, 1 minute walk to station. Has a pool table, friendly staff, locals and regulars. Shows Sky sports, and has a DJ at weekends.
