Hello. I visited your fabulous establishment on Thursday 22nd of August at approximately 1120 with a work colleague. We had a great (late) breakfast served by THE most friendly and efficient waitress who has an excellent attitude to her job. I should have asked for her name in order to do her justice, ALAS, I think I fell down on my duty in that respect. However, I shall make a positive decision to visit ASAP. To slow to take order... we were passed several times and told just 2 minutes

Milkshake had been put in a bag with hot food so it was warmish., also had missing items and was cold couldn’t eat it. Pretty disappointed.

Took my mother there for a birthday day breakfast. They were EXTREMELY accommodating to my mother's needs. Fresh fruit and pancakes on the side. I had to have the full English and tea. Good food and service with a smile.

Tea arrived with no sugar, breakfast meal arrived with no cutlery, no salt pepper or ketchup/brown sauce.

No Yorkshire pudding ?? I was only told about the roast potato’s not being halal bc they get cooked in pork something but there was just some greens, roast lamb and mash

Little bit disappointed half the food was burnt then half was under cooked completely inedible and a waste of money so annoyed

This place is amazing, the food is good, not oily and good portions. The service is very good, i always feel welcome and best of all it is value for money.

Expensive for what it was, and the avocado was sliced not smashed like advertised.

We visited for the first time today as it always seems full every time we pass by in the car. But I’m sorry to say I now can’t understand why it’s so popular. I had what they called the Big Breakfast which was spread out over the plate to look big but a plate half the size would have sufficed. The food although hot lacked any flavour whatsoever and I really would like to know where they get their produce from as it doesn’t seem to be of a high standard. So yes this was our first and last visit.

Great tasting with good portion size. Very well packaged so that food was not spoilt. Chips were not so great, but I'm not a skinny chips kind of gal! Overall recommend

Lovely cafe in Gidea Park, probably one of the best in the area. Food is always fresh and hot, portions are huge and prices are very reasonable and the staff always with a smile. Definitely recommend this place and sunday roast dinners is a must!

i ordered a cheese panini with bacon and avacado but received a chicken panini with bacon and avacado

The potato was not good. It was mashed inside and the margarine had seeped all the way in and the cheese was melted and thick. Also you gave me the wrong drink, it should be Pepsi max. Please get I get a small refund for the drink.

Food arrived on time. Wasn’t overly hot but it was edible. Portion size is quite big for the panini’s and the food tasted really nice. Satisfied my chicken curry craving I’ve had for a few weeks! We will sure order again!

European girls working inside rude with delivery guys they behave not good..Kindly owner of the shop take this notice..Whenever I come here to pick up delivery they speak rudely in front of all other people so i stopped going there ..English girls are good but 2,3 European girls I know them when they speak English they not English so they rude with all delivery guys ...Bad customer service by these girls

Nice food - but you forgot the can of coke

Delivery driver must of been very careless with my order because there was coffee spilt everywhere in my bag and the food with basically cold by the time it arrived. Im very unhappy with this considering this is the first time of many previous orders ive had from Cafe Royale.

The employees were friendly and understanding. The food was delicious. The waiters were kind and understanding.

Ordered milkshakes for my girls and a coffee for me. The waitresses were lovely, but the lady behind the till was not. She put the wrong order value in the till then proceeded to ask why I never told her that was wrong - sorry but i dont have x ray vision and isnt that your job anyway! Seemed like she was having a bad day. God bless ya.

Relaxed, great food and coffee, the one the best cheese toasties I’ve ever had - 6 different pickles on the side, sensational.

Sunday morning visit around 9:30, quick service, good food, clean and tidy café, good value, will definitely go back

Food was hot, nice but hugely overpriced for what we actually got. Can’t fault the delivery time or that it was hot but for what we paid I would have expected double of everything.
