Really really great place, good service, great food and nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed my time here so many friendly faces.

Excellent option for a last minute dinner with family, no booking required (which we were worried about). Food and staff excellent, absolutely the best option for families at center parcs.

Lovely lunch on our trip, great atmosphere and food was 10/10. The service was fantastic, we ended up coming back again on our 4 day centre parcs trip with our parents. We were served the first time by Sue, she was great. Such an asset to the team. We then decided to come back again with my parents and we were served by another lady (long dark hair, unfortunately didn’t catch her name) she was fantastic. The team make this restaurant great and the food is superb. Thank you team!

We visited Center Parcs and decided to go to Cafe Rouge for dinner. The food was good and came out quickly, and the waiter that served us throughout the evening, Max, was friendly and polite. We will return, thanks for a great evening!

My initial steak was undercooked, but the staff acted appropriately and replaced my meal … second time it was excellent. Waitresses were lovely , Lynnne’s stories were hilarious …. A very good time and meal had by all. Many thanks

We had a very pleasent experience at café rouge, We arrived at 6:30 and we were seated very swiftly. We had our lovely waitor; Max, who looked after us the whole time and he was very attentive to the children. The food however was a slight let down as we felt as if it had been delayed and when it arrived it was not up to a great standard. On the other hand this did not effect us as Max kept us updated and entertained throughout our meal. I look forward to coming back next time we visit.

Very poor service. A 3 course meal for 7 people took 3 hours. 2 people were served 30 minutes before the other guests! (They did knock £50 off the bill for their error). Food was lukewarm and everyone agreed poor overall. Avoid.

We have been coming to Center Parcs for several years now and over the past couple of visits the service in Cafe Rouge has completely gone down hill, so extremely slow and nobody coming to seat you upon arrival. However, we decided to give it another try on our recent visit so went along and once again, stood for ages before any member of staff became visible, eventually a waitress came into the restaurant and saw us waiting and said she would be with us in a bit. This waitress then proceeded to continue to stand chatting with a couple seated at a table and made no attempt whatsoever to come over and seat us at a table, so we left. Clearly Cafe Rouge don't need the custom, or if they do, then they certainly need to retrain their staff in Customer Service, as unlike all the other eating establishments at Elveden, their staff make you welcome and acknowledge you as soon as you enter their Restaurant. Most certainly will never attempt to use Cafe Rouge whilst staying at Elveden ever again, terrible service and an unprofessional rude waitress.

Really terrible. This was a birthday celebration & pregnancy reveal meal, the Restaurant was empty (4 tables!) & the service was awful. We were left for over 30 mins before menu choices were taken, then left waiting ages for drinks. Main courses also took ages to come out and no one checked in mid meal to check on customer happiness, we needed refreshments but we had to ask someone to come over.,The condiments we were given once asked for had been left out and had a ‘film’ on the top of insinuating these has been left out for hours.. Feedback was given to to duty manager and the bill was deducted by 50% however when we visit in October & next feb, we will not return here unfortunately! It was a disappointing experience.

Popped in for lunch while at Centerparcs...and found Cafe Rouge to be our best dining experience of the weekend (compared to Hucks, Las Iguanas, Sports Cafe and Foresters Inn). Good quality food and service...

Located within Center Parcs so expected to pay more. Food was fine and service was excellent too but the dishes are not worth the money. Overall it was a good atmosphere, good service and the food was fine just expensive.

Cafe rouge used to be our place to go to place for breakfast, but since all the other ones have closed was looking forward to going again. Food was below average, cheap sausages. Normal bacon with French toast should have been streaky bacon. Coffee watery and disgusting in taste. Really bad experience. Also came for dinner the night before which was also a let down. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be coming again.

Lovely food, small soft play area for the children. Staff very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, kept the children entertained.

Had breakfast this morning there and the staff were the best we had experienced all week. Su greeted and seated us and was lovely then Rachel was our waitress. She was chatty and interested. Kind and efficient. Food was great too. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed lunch at Cafe Rouge during our stay at Center parcs. The waitress was really friendly and welcoming. The food was great and there is a play area for the little ones which is great!

We came for a family meal with starters and mains. Our server Eloise was extremely polite and helpful even when there was an issue with one of the meals (not cafe rouge’s fault). She was apologetic and sorted a replacement promptly which was very delicious. Thank you x

Weekend break with the extended family, ate at cafe rouge on the sunday night prior to leaving, Tracy our server was superb, running around after us , despite the temprature inside and outside Tracy was superb with my fussy son , and went above and beyond to keep him happy, as all parents know if the kids are settled , we can all eat in peace Not sure what they pay the staff at this restaurant , but its not enough for the work they put in if you have kids and want them to feel grown up, and special ensure you get tracy to serve them

My teen and I had am amazing brunch cream tea. Fresh pastries all warm and toasty. It was decadent and delicious. Our server Lauren was spot on with her timing and helpfulness.

My daughter had booked a surprise weekend away with friends for my 60th birthday. We had an evening meal at Cafe Rouge and had a lovely evening. Deborah was our server, she was kind and courteous and very helpful (thank you). The Manager, Lynne, was hilarious and surprised us with a bottle of bubbles to help us celebrate - even going out of her way to get me a vegan desert which was delicious! Getting the whole restaurant to sing happy birthday to me was......well what can I say!! 😂. Thank you all for a lovely evening, the whole weekend has been just fabulous x

The service was excellent from when we arrived, the whole experience was amazing. We were celebrating a 60th surprise birthday party. We had a complimentary bottle of champagne. Went there yesterday 8/9/23 for a quick bite before heading home after a wonderful week at centre parks. Started to feel unwell on journey home, started puking my guts up just before making it back. I’ve been chucking up and shitting myself ever since. The food is tasty, just comes with an unordered side of nuclear stomach!!😭😭😭

Visited with extended family for last minute break before the kids return to school, Tracy our waitress was exceptional , nothing seemed it was to much trouble , even though the restaurant was busy and she was being pulled from table to table, would visit again just for the service

They just got it right. Beth was excellent, friendly and spoke to us nicely. She involved the children as well. The food was excellent and came out in a timely manner. The soft play in there is of course a stroke of genius (like it is in all the restaurants).

We couldnt get in to our prefered restaurant as they were fulled booked. But Cafe Rouge managed to squeeze us in at short notice. We had a lovely evening, food was delicious and our waitress was super friendly.

Ignore any negative reviews & go after 7.45om if possible when it’s quieter. Great staff, more experienced than other restaurants eg las iguanas. Poulet Breton great, sea bass a hit, goats cheese tart main good. Kids meal good too.
