Not a great delivery service, and not great customer service

Yummy food as always, my favourite Chinese in Newmarket.

Just had chips. Crunchy and rubbery. Obviously reheated. Won't be ordering chips again.

The special curry was not the same size that we got the last time the portion has been reduced and my wife could not eat the chicken curry also the chips were rock hard

So so bad chips where cold barbecue sauce was cold the chef tried to defrost chicken in microwave joke off a place should be shut down

The duck was overpriced and inedible.

I ordered the House Special Fried Rice - it was vile .It has to be most unpleasant ,,barely edible Chinese dish I have ever had in my life .In a phrase AVOID THIS RESTRAUNT AT ALL COSTS .

The food is great, good quantity and reasonably priced as well. It's a takeaway place, so the interior is not upto much, but has plants and some seating inside.

First time we used, so glad we found as outstanding food ! Will definitely be using again We got complementary drinks fortune cookies and prawn crackers. Fantastic delivery service and excellent food Thank you

Great little Chinese takeaway that also does good fish and chips. Have tried other places in Newmarket and always return to sunlight.

After experiencing so many disappointing Chinese takeaways the Sunlight has restored my faith and trust to part with my cash as the food has been excellent and the service so friendly. Keep it up please!!!

I ordered ribs and was given fish. I'm allergic to fish and they refused to change appalling service which also could of left me with a serious problem disgusting service do not order from there!!!

Had a couple of good meals but now twice I have been given yesterday's leftovers. Fish and chips and Chinese. Dry and stuck together.

I've never had a bad meal from this takeaway if you've not tried this takeaway give it a go you won't be disappointed the 5 stars I gave I would give all day every day.

Lovely food, big portions, great quick delivery, they couldn't do enough to help , seems to be a massive menu and I'm going to start working my way through it gradually !

Wasn't great Meat was really chewy and half the chicken balls were burnt. Not great

Loved this Chinese, the food was always really good, but about a year ago my dad found a dead fly in a rice dish, but we carried on going anyway. Then, last night, there was a fly/beetle in his spring roll, really off putting and a real shame because the food is really good.

Good fish and chips. Decent size portion.

Food was lovely, friendly staff, reasonably priced. One issue though, the crispy chili beef seemed to be lacking in actual beef, it was more like crispy chili batter. However i would defiantly give it another go as the chicken chow mein, egg fried rice and curry sauce were all lovely and good portions.

Love this place! Shame they don't deliver but the prices seem to be the lowest in town and the food is just as good.
