The food was fantastic well cooked and , the service was excellent, and I will certainly return.

I’ve been to this restaurant last week, and the food was really bad even the service was awful, I was really disappointed! The lady who I think is the manager was rude and disrespectful as well. Don’t recommend this place at all!

I just went once to this restaurant for the Halloween 🎃 event. 🍗 The quality of the food was not good at all. I couldn't touch the Koobide at all. The Joojeh (chicken kebab) is not well marinated. The only 1 star goes to their rice which was really good. 🎵OMG! The music was so bad! That kind of singer and band! You can just find this kind of music and band and singer in poor areas out of Tehran. 👩🏻There was a lady who was the manager, she was not respectful at all. We came to restaurant to have fun and a good time, not to deal with a bossy woman which is angry! I don't recommend this place at all. Food and the atmosphere is not good at all.

The food quality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. I always judge Persian restaurants by their Koobideh kebab and honestly, this one exceeded my expectations. The starter was also unique, both in flavor and desy compared to other Persian places I've been. The atmosphere was fantastic, with live music adding to the lively vibe, truly a memorable experience

Be careful... don't go there... Taking the glass "sneaky" from under the table, without telling anyone. After that, they also denied that 'no, we don't know'...in the common language, this is called theft. Then they charged 50 pounds because it was glass. We had alcohol, although at first they denied that they don't know what it is. Be careful.. Preferably don't choose this restaurant... Without telling you, they take your personal property without any prior notice and deny it... Do not choose this restaurant... It is not worth it. There are better restaurants in London that offer better prices and service.

My visit to the restaurant was quite unfortunate. I found the food to be lacking in quality and flavor, which was disappointing. Additionally, the manager's demeanor was not very welcoming, making the experience less enjoyable. While I understand that every place can have an off day, the combination of these factors made it difficult for me to recommend this restaurant to others.

We chose this restaurant hoping for a memorable evening, but what we experienced was nothing short of shocking. While we were enjoying ourselves on the dance floor, a staff member brazenly took our bottle from under the table without a word to us, only to later slap a £50 penalty onto our bill without a hint of warning. When we approached the manager, hoping for some understanding or at least basic courtesy, we were met with even worse—a dismissive, rude attitude that seemed to endorse the staff’s disrespectful behavior. It’s such a shame because the food was exquisite, the music captivating, and most of the staff were genuinely wonderful. But the blatant disregard and arrogance we encountered from the manager and certain staff completely shattered the magic of the night. What could have been an unforgettable experience left us with a bitter taste, a spoiled evening, and a memory we’d rather forget.

Quite disappointed really! The floor manager took our bottle we brought in (which we didn’t even open) while we were dancing, without our permission! Then they put an extra charge of £50 for just bringing the bottle and were quite rude about the whole ordeal, they were obnoxious, condescending and patronising . Sadly, left and unpleasant taste…..

Went here twice, once for a wedding & a second time for a birthday dinner. The staff is amazing and the food is great. I’ve been trying kabab barg at various different Persian restaurants and none of them met my expectations but this place has the most tender, melt in your mouth, juicy kabab barg one can ask for. I also loved their duck fesenjoon despite the fact that I dont like fesenjoon to begin with.

We visited Rendezvous restaurant with a group of our friends for a birthday party. Everything was wonderful and the food was so tasty. The staff were super friendly and Hosein took care of us very well with kindness and passion. He paid attention to us very well and we got our food and drinks on time. The drinks were spectacular and kebabs taste like you are having them in Iran.

The most authentic Iranian food I have found in London, takes me back home to Iran! I highly recommend the kebab platters, of which the koobideh is a highlight. There’s also an excellent selection of cocktails and desserts. This food is so fantastic that my family and I drive 45 minutes for it! We will be back soon.

I’ve recently celebrated my birthday on Friday night in rendezvous, but unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience at all. We paid £40 for the set menu, which was supposed to include starter, main course, and desert. The staff didn’t serve started for the people came later, and they refused to bring us more bread when we asked for. The main course was not a good dish. It wasn’t cooked properly and the rice was very cold! They even didn’t even serve us baklava as a desert even when we asked for! The most weird thing was that fizzy drinks wasn’t include the set menu, and we had to pay separately in addition to the 40 pounds! Definitely, we are never coming back to the restaurant again!

We had a great meal here. The restaurant is lovely. The waitresses were really sweet and attentive (we didn't have to ask for a water top up once!) and everyone was really friendly. And the food was delicious! The lamb was so flavourful and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The aubergine starter was very nice, as was the salad, and my companions loved the bread and rice. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be coming back again!

The quality of the food is excellent, authentic Persian cousine but the service and the attention to the customers has room for improvement. We had to ask twice for the tap water and also they started to close the place and turning off the lights while we were still there. We had a set menu, very good quality food and very tasty, but we didn't receive the baklava and the tea included in the price. Also we asked for the bill and we had to stand up to pay as no one came to our table with the card machine. I do believe that they should work to improve the customer service as it is a pity since the food is very very good.

Over priced. Wierdly they kept turning the air conditioning on which made it uncomfortably cold. Food came at 22:55- super late I nearly left. The 'spread to share' was tasty, but just meat and rice. No vegatbles. Table water was bottled water, not tap water. A very 90s way to rip off clientele. I actually felt a bit ill after, due to the air con. I think some one a bit thick running the place thinks Air con gives a place a touch of class, true in a hot country- not in London Poor acoustics, and music was too loud to enjoy conversation across the table. £50+ for a meal, was shocked when the bill came. A few tweaks could make this place nice.

Delicious and good quality food

I came on a Friday night for my birthday. The owners and waiters were so welcoming and made the night extra special for me and my friends. This is one of the best Iranian restaurants in London. And different because they have live entertainment music and DJ player.

We have been here for persian new year celebrations and it was nice place to be celebrating. Inmy opinion the DJ was played too many old songs and had no new songs, the mix gril wasn’t the best but The Fish was perfect 🤩 Thank you all, well done 👍

I don’t understand the overall 4-star rating. This place needs to be top rated. The food is excellent - high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented - the service fantastic, and the decor gorgeous. The prices are a bit higher than average but completely justified as the ingredients are premium quality. Plus there’s enough cheap Middle Eastern places in London. People appreciate some market differentiation. We even ordered our Nowruz dinner from Rendezvous three weeks back and the fish was super fresh and the Sabzi Polo super tasty. I hope there’s nothing sinister going on with the reviews because if this place ever closed down it would be a big loss for west London.

Not only is this place beautiful, but the owner and Ammar (our waiter) were amazing company and helped with mine and my sister's orders! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The restaurant itself is also quite beautiful. Highly recommend as this was my favorite meal while visiting London!

I recently visited Randevou restaurant for Nowrouz ceremony and had a delightful experience. The food was delicious. The indoor space was cosy and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Live music added to the ambiance, making the evening truly memorable. While the service and staff were acceptable, the only downside was that the bread for starters was insufficient, indicating a need for improved bakery capacity to accommodate larger gatherings. Overall, Randevou offers a fantastic dining experience with room for minor improvements.

So if you want to go behind all the orders and eat 1h30 after orders you choose the right place. With my partner who is “Iranian” we came to eat at your place to try and perhaps reserve for 30 people in May. But it quickly made you not want to come back home. We arrived at 7:20 p.m. we ordered a bottle of wine and our dishes 10 minutes later. At the time there was a table of 10 people and 2/3 small tables. 30 minutes pass and still no meal in sight and the bottle of wine almost finished. A new table of around 10 people arrives 20 minutes later and are served 5 minutes after their arrival. 8:45 p.m. we finally had our dishes…. I can tell you that this will be the first and last time you see us, I have never experienced that in a restaurant and you have just lost a table of 30 people….

I would not go back! Everything was fine until the man came with the card machine. Even though the bill included £15 service charge he asked if I could select one of the options to leave a "tip"(?)!! When I pointed out that there was service charge there already he said that doesn't go to the staff! That was an unpleasant moment and I was embarrassed for him for asking. Wow! I'd never come across that before...

The lack of professionalism among the staff was evident, with constant attempts to upsell additional items, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for any special occasions based on my disappointing experience.

While the initial presentation and pre-event coordination seemed promising, the execution left much to be desired. We opted for the Set-Menu, which included starters, main courses, and desserts, alongside our own birthday cake. Here's my feedback on several key aspects: Food Quality: While the starter was eventually served after a notable delay, it was satisfactory, and the bread was delightful. However, the main course, particularly the Mixed Grill, was disappointing. The koobideh skewer, in particular, was unexpectedly sweet and contained unfamiliar green ingredients, deviating from traditional Iranian kabab koobideh, much to the dissatisfaction of many guests. The rice was commendable, though. Dessert and Service: Dessert service was lacking, with tea sporadically served without cups or glasses, and a haphazard approach to providing baklava, despite being charged for 41 guests. Service for our birthday cake was disorganized, lacking essential utensils, resulting in a messy cake-cutting ordeal facilitated by one of our guests. Throughout the event, there were persistent attempts by the head waitress to upsell additional items, which felt inappropriate given the substantial amount paid for the event. Atmosphere and Service: The ambiance was marred by overcrowded tables cluttered with excessive glassware, leaving little room for plates. The service staff seemed overwhelmed, likely due to staffing shortages, resulting in a noticeable lack of professionalism and occasional attitude problems. In summary, the service received did not justify the significant expense incurred, leaving me deeply disappointed with my milestone celebration experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Rendezvous Restaurant as a venue for special events, as evidenced by the dissatisfaction expressed by other patrons during my event. It's not a matter of cost but rather the failure to deliver on promised services. Celebrating turning 50 should be a cherished memory, but unfortunately, this experience fell short of creating lasting joy and satisfaction.

We attended a birthday party here very recently. I found the customer service quite poor. There was a clear staff shortage. In particular the lady managing our tables that night was quite rude to her colleagues and the guests. For some strange reason the iranian kebab was sweet and had some green stuff in it which is unusual. The menu was set and desert was meant to be included however it never arrived. Would not recommend. 👎

Staff training is one of the most important aspects of a business, while the environment is stunning, it is vital to have a list on paper to select a starter from and not provide it verbally twice and in a rush, the other unacceptable point is if you bring a damaged dessert with a missing part, and apologize for that, logically you should change it, or bring another one later free of charge, or at least a discount on the bill. I hope the management considers the points as next time when I and my colleagues attend your events, we will leave reviews individually, whether positive or negative, depending on the facts we faced and the service that we received.
