Great customer care and food is good too. Prices are good and you can use special menu too . If you want something not on menu just ask and if they can Joanne will sort it for you.Nothing a bother to them.

Me and the girls from cohens bridge end came here for lunch couldn't fault it the food was lovely and the service was very friendly recieved a very warm welcome we will be back if not to sit in to take out as we only get a hour for our lunch thank you

Great place for freshly made food that is very welcoming with just downright tasty food I frequent there a lot with my daughter so if you're ever in Chester Le Street and want a bite to eat call in café Neena's I highly recommend.

I called in for the first time yesterday for lunch and it was excellent. I had the quiche, chips and salad with a cappuccino all for £8.95 and it was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and efficient and I was very impressed. I will definitely be returning soon.

When i got to this place, i ordered my breakfast, and when it came. I tried it and it was not like the ones that i have at home, And i’m never coming back again.

Lovely little cafe on 2 floors . Very clean with friendly waiter and quick service. There are specials for £6.95 with include a drink or smaller plates for £5.95 plus drink. today me and my friend shared a toastie and just as well we did as there was loads of tuna and cheese filling!

We were looking for an alternative to the overpriced hotel that couldn’t accommodate us for breakfast and found this little gem. Fabulous, generous breakfast for absolute bargain price, drinks included. The host/owner was very friendly and although the place is small, made instant allowances for a couple with a pushchair and a man with a disability. We hadn’t booked either but weren’t turned away even though there’s only the host and the chef doing everything themselves. I’d recommend booking and will do in future, just to help them out as it’s only a little place.

Fantastic cafe with an extensive menu and lovely atmosphere. We've been here a number of times and the food is always excellent. It's also completely COVID safe and you'll find something for everyone on the menu!

Do not be fooled by the unassuming exterior - this is a fantastic cafe. The food was delicious and you will need time to choose from the extensive menu. The service was also top quality. I'd highly recommend Neena's to anyone and everyone oh... and completely COVID safe.

Food excellent and very good price. People are great and can't do enough for you. It is such a warm place where people can meet (safely) and chat even if they go on their own.

We came here on a cold, drizzly Saturday and immediately perked up in this lovely, cosy cafe. The staff were friendly and the service was fantastic, outstanding. Staff were really attentive the level of service you'd get in a posh hotel. The presentation of the food really made this visit a happy one. The value for money is excellent with lots of choice but good quality. I had the cheese toastie and my partner had the cream cheese bagel, both came with a lovely and substantial salad, that really made both meal's. Looking forward to coming back as there were a few things on the menu we would love to try.

If you visit chester le street go off the front street to visit cafe neenas. The staff are lovely and plesant - nothing is too much hastle. The cafe is clean and tidy. Its lovely for a quiet meal. The food is lovely for a snack or lunch. Light options are great. Its typical english food on the menu: quiche, full english, jacket potatoes, ham/eggs etc but good quality and served quickly. Great value for money. Completely COVID compliant and have been since day #1. Hand sanitiser outside and inside, QR code given on arrival or paper for track and trace, staff wearing visors. Tables have been removed so distancing is correct - they have got it spot on A brilliant cafe

Called in for breakfast this morning and what a feast. Tucked away from the front street but a little gem of a place. Lots of folk in each getting a warm welcome as if we were family. The food perfectly prepared with top quality ingredients

Always get a lovely friendly welcomeb2h3n we visit. Today 3 friends went for breakfast, I chose the special scrambled eggs with onion and tomato on toast. My friend asked for oiacged eggs on toast whicjph weren't on menu but served no problem, our other friend had cheese scone, the food was lovely service spot on and so very friendly. I have visited Neena's Cafe for the first time a few weeks ago & again today. This is the cleanest, comfortable cafe I have ever had the pleasure to patronise, the service is second to none & the Coffee is absolutely superb, I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

We visit Neenas every week for coffee, or a cold drink. Lately we have stayed to gave lunch a few times. Always a lovely welcome, and although it isn't a large restaurant it has a very comprehensive menu from snacks, toastie etc to breakfasts and lunches. We have tried omelettes, jacket potatoes, tuna melt, bacon buns and everything has been really tasty. Good size portions and all served with a side salad. It is always a pleasure to visit.

Have popped in here a few times over last few months for lunch. Usually 4-5 of us. Always get a cheerful welcome from owner who is friendly & helpful. Good range of choice on food menu as well as hot /cold drinks. Homemade vegetable soup is tasty, hearty & meal in itself. Highly recommend. The vegetarian toastie I tried today was also good and refreshingly different consisting of avocado, sun-dried tomatoes & red onion covered in mozzarella cheese. Generous portion with fresh side salad. The home-baking is also good especially the still warm pancakes. Prices are extremely reasonable so good value. Clean & tidy facilities upstairs too.

We popped in for a quick coffee and sandwich. It's OK, tea and coffee were as expected, nothing too exciting or up market. The teacakes and sandwich was the same, fine but ordinary. You'll make better yourself at home. Probably not worth the price.

Visité por primera vez y sin duda volveremos. Está convenientemente situado para nuestro pequeño, así creo que los chicos de fútbol de primera clase que se convertirá en clientes habituales. El desayuno inglés marido tenía con un café con leche y un café con leche que tenía y las tostadas de canela. Llegó a 10 libras para las dos. Bueno era delicioso y el desayuno inglés era no grasienta. El servicio era amable y rápido. La puerta es un poco extraño porque parece que se va a la casa de alguien, así que quizás un pequeño cartel colgado en la puerta sin ayuda. Pequeño gran descubrimiento y volveremos.

Really cosy place. We had two lattes and a toasted teacake, the drinks were really nice and the teacake was large and super tasty. The decor is a bit dated and don't really like office tiles on the ceiling, although these are easily overlooked as the staff are very friendly and food and service excellent.

We drop into this friendly little café for coffee on a regular basis. They always serve good coffee.

I've eaten here a few times now for both breakfast and lunch, and every time has been lovely. Decent menu, all cooked really well and served up in generous portion sizes for a very attractive price. The cafe is well-presented, clean and doesn't feel cramped, which I really like. The gentleman in charge of food service is lovely - very polite and friendly and had a great rapport with the two ladies on the table behind us which is always good to see. I will definitely keep visiting!

I've visited this cafe for years so thought it time to leave a review! There's a very varied menu, so something for everyone. Quality is always good with good value, generous portions. Mustafa provides excellent service at you table and is a friendly host.Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We went in for morning coffee about 10:30. It's a very small cafe and it was busy (always a good sign). We managed to get a seat. Our order was taken promptly by the friendly proprietor who seemed to know many of his customers by name. Although not luxurious it has a comfortable and homely feel which we liked. We did not eat there but the menu looked appealing and we will definitely be going back. It's not on the main street but lots of customers find it which is another good sign!

Quaint little cafe tucked away on the back streets and probably deserves more exposure as the owner is a great guy who is very polite and cooks the most amazing omelettes. I asked him how the omelettes tasted so good and he explained how he makes them in detail. He didn't hesitate about giving away his little cooking secrets which I thought was quite sincere. Try a cheese, bacon and mushroom omelette and you won't be dissapointed. One nice little touch is that they will top up your coffee free of charge. Gets busy on a Saturday morning.
