Cafe Miro in Leeds

Popped in for a quick lunch whilst at Leeds on a University open day and we all really enjoyed our sandwiches, fresh ingredients and a great selection of fillings. I had a flat white, daughter had an Oreo milkshake and my wife a hot chocolate- 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks and change from £20 - outstanding value for money, especially in a city!

Amazing coffee, service was quick and polite! On par with the Caffè Nero at Laidlaw and definelty much cheaper! My new favourite coffee shop!😍☺️

Great cafe, excellent home-made sandwiches and nothing is too much trouble for them. It's now my preferred cafe near the university.

I recently went to buy breakfast and I was completely disregarded and ignored by the female cashier. I had to wait a while until I was served and nobody else was at the cafe at the time, the cashier purposely ignored me. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food to be ordered for take out. Then my sandwich was aggressively passed to me and I was looked down on rudely by the female cashier.

Cafe Miro was a very welcoming warm place to grab a very welcome cup of coffee in the snow and rain. The food is good with several vegetarian sandwiches, and thankfully a vegan option for me. Will definetly come here again when i am next at Leeds university.

Quick visit with my colleagues for breakfast and coffee as the Google reviews were deceivingly good but wow It was embarrassing! The plates were dirty and the breakfast was definitely not fresh. I call these kind of places Costco Cafes where everything is just bought from the wholesale and 'freshly made'. The 5 star reviews make me suspicious, its just not acceptable in this day and age. Not worth the the money and the quality of food is poor. AVOID unless your starving hungry and cant wait in the lines at the the real eateries nearby!

Every time we go to Damnation Festival we always go to this cafe. Great breakfast, great price, super friendly staff. Love this place!

I came in here with a friend to order a veggie breakfast, and received this. The breakfast was given to me, taken back before being given back to me again? I was too intimidated to ask the man at the till for a refund as he was shouting at his staff in front of customers.

I was in Leeds early for work early and fancied a breakfast butty, I knew there’d be a cafe yo near the university so I walked until I stumbled on cafe Miro. It’s a lovely little cafe, I was served quickly, the coffee was good and my sandwich was just what I needed. I’ll be calling again.

I just work round the corner and usually call into Miro’s for either a breakfast butty recommend the bacon and egg butty, also had full English thats good home cooked only criticism other cafes throw a drink in if you purchase a full English. Nice selection of sarnies. Worth a visit if your in the area.

The freshly prepared sandwiches at Miro's are delicious with exciting fillings, so even the vegetarian fillings aren't boring - I love the sandwich with roasted vegetables in it. The service is cheerful but there isn't someone permanently stationed behind the counter so it might take a few seconds longer for you to get served. The coffee is cheap but no worse in quality for it, rivaling other coffee shops who price their coffee at up to a pound more expensive for the same product. The fact that they only accept cash isn't inconvenient so long as you know about it before you go! This is one of my favourite places to go because the location is so convenient and the atmosphere is so relaxed.

Wonderful food, all fresh and very tasty. Nice seating area and friendly staff. What more can I say, if your in the area and need to grab some lunch this is the best place to choose.
