Café Miami in Hackney

El café tiene una bonita combinación de colores, lindas pantallas de lámparas y divertidas luces de neón. Está en un encantador edificio antiguo. Mi amigo y yo pedimos panqueques, que tardó más de una hora en llegar. Después de unos 45/50 minutos recibimos una disculpa y una pequeña porción de mango lassi. El restaurante no estaba particularmente ocupado (aproximadamente 16 personas), así que no estoy seguro de por qué hubo tanta demora. La comida sabía bien una vez que finalmente llegó.

Paré aquí para almorzar y comí yogur griego con bayas y granola y fue encantador. La mejor parte de esta hermosa y luminosa cafetería es que ofrece opciones de comida saludable: nada frito o cubierto de grasa (¡sin chips!) Y el menú está lleno de opciones deliciosas y nutritivas. En particular, me encantó lo tranquilo que era y lo brillante. No puedo pensar en un lugar mejor para almorzar y relajarse. Es verdaderamente una joya escondida en medio del ajetreo y el bullicio de Lower Clapton Road.

Hoy tuvimos un fantástico brunch en Caf Miami para el tercer cumpleaños de nuestra hija. El café era excelente y los panqueques estaban deliciosos. Una decoración preciosa también. Elegí los panqueques de avena y canela sin gluten y lácteos y fueron muy, muy buenos. Palomitas mientras esperas es un buen toque.

Mi lugar favorito para tomar un brunch en el fin de semana. El café es fabuloso y me encanta la mermelada casera de chile! Vengo aquí con mucha frecuencia y planeo muchas cosas en el futuro. ?

Mi café local, fui allí varias veces para un desayuno. Buena elección y buen personal. Un poco caro café pero los precios de los alimentos estaban bien. Me gustó mucho el diseño de este lugar!

Walked in, Lauryn Hill playing... great start. I like the cafe's relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Have been for brunch twice now and both times have enjoyed the food, but do think a few tweaks could go a long way... the halloumi for example was overwhelmed by the very sweet jam that came with it. Nonetheless, cool place, and will gladly be back in future.

Cafe Miami is one of our local cafes and although we've only been in Clapton for a few months we've been several times. Staff are always really friendly, prices are good for the portion size, and the food is great. The fish finger tacos are excellent as are the pancakes w/ bacon and maple syrup.

My daughter persuaded me to go from W1 to E5 for brunch at her school friends cafe-not easy on public transport! This was definitely worth it.A delicious cappuccino from an original 60’s Italian coffee machine,a perfect apple,ginger and carrot juice and a menu I wanted at least 5 different things from.All this in part of an original Art Deco building where the cafe designer had recreated the Miami deco atmosphere. I had a delicious English muffin with scrambled egg,avo and chorizo. Next time I will have to have the waffles! For some reason I am not able to rate on service,food and value but I would give 5 on each

There was hair in the food and when I told the waiter about it, all he did was pull it out and gave it back, half mashed up after pulling out the long hair. The food looks very good for photos, but the food itself isn't amazing, 4/10. Smoothies were warm and not too good, no milkshakes were even being served.

Had a great afternoon at Cafe Miami. The staff were super attentive (Anna and Hattie) and food was great. I had the waffle burger and after hearing they did some of the best pancakes in London I had to try them, the Fruits of the Forest pancakes were my fave! To top it all off, great tunes were on while I enjoyed my meal. Recommended !!

Food is amazing in the best surroundings! Make sure you arrive hungry as you'll need to try the Nutella pancakes and fish finger tacos :)

This is such a nice little place to go for breakfast/lunch, the décor is so cute. It's a very sweet pastel coloured diner, even the design of the menus has been considered. The menu selection is very varied and has quite a wide range. I had the avocado and halloumi toasted ciabatta which was delicious, but my boyfriend had the waffle burger which was the star of the show really - highly recommend ordering this! The coffee was nice too and there was such a tempting selection of brownies and cakes at the till - he HAD to get one of the brownies and it was seriously good. The prices were really affordable, we were really impressed with our visit.

Had been here 6 months ago - enjoyed - really, enjoyed the fish finger taco. Returned on Sunday after a lovely night out, somewhat tired but very much looking forward to my favorite fish finger taco. Upon arrival I was disappointed to see a slightly disheveled looking version of the place I had enjoyed previously. None the less, I ordered my favourite fish finger taco. Forty minutes later and a coffee down, I had started to use the waiting time for some observations. 1. Flies 2. Dirty sauce bottles 3. not many people in restaurant - concern. 4. hunger 5. grubby menu. 6. no mayonnaise - disappointing. Finally my "food" arrived. I was pleased after enduring such a long wait to see my favourite fish finger tacos, can you imagine my disappointment to discover they were not only cold but actually still frozen on the inside. I mentioned this to the waitress, who was incredibly embarrassed and rightly apologetic however I did not jump at her offer of a new dish, concern for my safety had set in. I feel it appropriate to warn the public, nice staff, bad place. Even though a large discount was given, and apologies were genuine, this should not really have happened. With some experience of restaurant work myself, I expect food to be at least cooked. I just hope staff will take on board that although it might seem like a bit of a laugh, food is being prepared and served and hygiene ratings and inspectors should be considered at every opportunity. I had decided to not leave a review however swiftly change my mind when my friend - who had a bite of her own tacos - has been sick since yesterday. come on, lets do better please!

Fantastic Café! very unique and considered! Everything from the napkin holders to the window vinyl & pick up Café Miami pin badges has been carefully thought about, with no compromise on authentic detail. The menu has lots of variety for Breakfast & Brunch along with some unique beverages & delicous sweat/savoury snacks . This is not just your standard Brunch spot! The fish finger tacos & the Waffle burger with chorizo, guacamole & fried egg being my top favourites. The key component that make Café Miami so great is Sophie the owner! Sophie is increadibly welcoming with her fantastic smile and always has time for a chat, weather it be about your day or the history of the Strand building and the inspiration for Café Miami. Go meet Sophie listen to her fantastic Café playlist and grab a bite to eat!!! I DARE YOU!

Such a fab cafe and located in an amazing deco building. Food, service and colour scheme - everything is lovely! The corn waffles are great AND they have bottomless coffee. Would definitely recommend for a breakfast/brunch spot.
