Café Memo's in Neath Port Talbot

The Food is Generally good for the price !! BUT MORE STAFF NEEDED URGENTLY, SHORT STAFFED IS AN UNDER STATEMENT AND THE STAFF THAT ARE THERE ARE RUNNING AROUND LIKE MAD MEN EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT IF THERE IS 1 ??? WAITED AN HOUR FOR 2 BREAKFASTS !! THE STAFF THAT ARE THERE ARE VERY CHEERY CONSIDERING THE PRESSURE THEY ARE UNDER !!

Great night in our staff do considering the original entertainment was cancelled and we ended up having a band and a free drink of our choice to compensate.. We enjoyed a two course meal, turkey or beef dinner & dessert, I would of preferred a starter, but wasn't given the choice.. Serving staff were a shambles, no organisation, some quite miserable!! Served hot plates then 15minutes later the meat, 10 minutes later the veg, then the gravy, which ended up being warm food.. Not one table was completely served at once only half served, which spoilt a lovely delicious meal, if i was the chef I'd be annoyed.

I've been to a few Spoons, and this was a great one. The food was quick, hot and decent portions. The drinks, as always, are cheap as chips. The steak was reasonable though a little over cooked for a medium. The Korean chicken noodle bowl was really good - first time I've tried it. The cheesy garlic bread was the best I've ever had in a spoons, loads of cheese. Wed definitely go again if we were in the area which can't be said for some of the Wetherspoons I've been to recently!

Sunday is not a good day to go in. Man making the coffee's is very abrupt. Not a very nice experience 😕

Fantastic local pub with amazing food, drink and of course staff. We have had numerous meals from the outstanding Sunday lunch to the budget menu, which by the way is more than worth the small amount of £16 foe 2 courses or £20 for 3, yes those prices are right!!! And another wonderful thing about this place, ITS DOG FRIENDLY!!!!!!🐶🐶
