Café Maria’s in Preston

Great food, massive selection, my partner and I called in this morning as we were working in the area. We very rarely leave reviews but we were so impressed with this great little cafe that we felt a great review was needed. The food was fantastic and the cafe is spotlessly clean, its a great little place with friendly staff and we will certainly call again when in the area. highly recommend 👌

burger bun was molded to the burger dripping in fat ewww . this place is awful...

Cakes ordered had 28/8/24 date on them so 2 days out of date. Bacon was dried out and rock hard

Still warm, all cooked perfectly. Love fried bread! Not many places still do that anymore

£4.70 for 2 bacon that was burnt and 1 egg that had the smallest York I have ever seen.

The food was cold, burnt, absolutely vile

Absolutely delicious food, only downside is the cost compared to how much you get, could do with increasing portion size. For example the steak Canadian is £6 but you barely get any meat on it. All being said, still our favourite cafe on just eat🙂

Never got the drink I ordered. I asked for a breakfast and asked them not to send the cup of tea and toast. They managed that part of course. But couldn’t send my drink id paid for. And I asked for salt on my chips. Didn’t get that either. Cheers!!!!

absolutely spot on couldn't fault it at all. miss had the BLT baton and I had the Mexican chicken and a kid box it was excellent for the little one. thank you.

it pains me to say this.......... it was like a five year old kid had playtime putting this together it was a shambles. absolutely gutted because normally it's great. maybe a one off!!

Maria's cafe is just the best cafe either when you go in and sit down and eat it get a delivery. I've not been in for a bit but staff are friendly and polite and the food is 💯 Every time you eat from here. Best English Cafe for an full English in Preston

Don't let Just Eat delivery drivers put you off the staff at Cafe Maria's are lovely and go that extra mile the drivers for just eat are an absolute disgrace no apologies at the door saying they gave him multiple orders no excuse 5***** to Maria's 0 to just eat

Really good food, enjoyed everything apart from the coffee but that’s just personal preference. Bacon was cooked perfectly for me (just slightly over done and crispy 😋) and eggs were lovely with runny yolks. Would order again.

I order from here regularly and food is always tasty and delivered on time. It would be good if the excellent salads were included on the delivery menu, as at the moment they are only available in the shop.

This places used to be amazing . But the super breakfast I recieved the last 3 times have been horrible . Microwaved mushrooms that taste disgusting . Deep fried sausages pouring grease . Black pudding solid as a rock n eggs that could pass as Frisbees.. disappoint really as it used to be so good . Wont be back again

Food was okay, nothing special. I got a fried egg baton and it was really thin with no option to put sauces but the egg was nice and runny so that was nice. The side salad was just lettuce and onions chucked in a box. Cake slices were okay. Chips were nice with the curry sauce. Overall the food is pretty standard and nothing offensive, but way too pricy for the size of the portions which are small.

The delivery man was particularly friendly. I would have liked the option to have brown sauce on it, so perhaps the option to have red or brown sauce if so desired would be a good idea?

Nothing was right, incorrect order ordered two batons and a breakfast and I got 2 cakes a milkshake, a cold sausage bacon and egg baton and cold sausage on toast Ordered from here a few times and every time I’ve asked for runny eggs and the eggs have always been dry and horrible, I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is shocking

Used to be amazing . Now4/5 orders don't come with the correct food . Or skimpy half pieces of bacon . Shame really it uses to be amazing

Ordered and paid for a coffee but haven’t received one? The food itself wasn’t great, bacon and sausage was great but Beans were cold, hash brown rock solid. Worst part was the chips they weee like cement and couldn’t even attemp to eat them!

Payed £5.20 for a panini and there was no more than a tea spoon of tuna on it. One sandwich was missing from the order. Everything dry and bland.

The first batch came on time, but half our order got left behind and was half an hr after the first drop-off.

Food was fine apart from the beans. They tasted strangely old / metallic, so got scraped off.

We totally enjoyed our lunch. Big breakfast delicious, fried bread a great touch. The chinese chicken baton, lovely maybe a tad more filling. Chips are great #moreish 😋 Club sandwich 🥪 really good, very filling. Nice the bacon is meaty. Will order again in the future 💃🏾

Prices were a bit more than I'm used to. Not to bad but I did feel that there wasn't enough bacon on options 2 and 3 of the breakfasts, I didn't expect more on option 1. The food I did get was very nice and the take out cup of tea was good with a good price

Visited for the first time this morning ordered the "medium" Full Breakfast.. was really nice.. coffee great also.. I noticed on the menu that they do baby potatoes with various bits added.. never seen this before and hop to try at some point..

Someone else's order was delivered. I rang and was told my order would be sent in next twenty minutes. An hour and half later no food delivered so need a full refund.
