Café Local in Truro may be overpriced, but Tom’s exceptional service makes it worth every penny. His friendly demeanor, promptness, and attention to detail were outstanding. Tom is priceless and made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Newly refitted and looks great. but on closer inspection lack of care which is a shame. No sandwiches available just some pre-packaged cakes and the usual crisp and snacks. Considering it was empty the the staff were busy on their mobile phone, the tables all could have done with a clean dried-on coffee (see pics) and the floor looked as though it had not been cleaned all day. Lovely coffee and the young assistant was polite and helpful. Not usually accessible from the roadside as access generally is from the station platform but as there were no trains running.
