To be honest I can't give full stars as Burger King is super expensive with a limited range on their menu. The place itself was empty so not much foot fall when I went. The place was very clean but the service and atmosphere is to be expected for a fast food place

Very quiet in there food was good but they never change their menu ..you also have a subway in there...

Came to eat in at Burger King saltash and had such a good experience. The place was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I will definitely be going back again.

Ate there three times. They messed my order up every time. Varied from getting the contents wrong to giving me frozen chicken fries. How hard can it be?

Good service ,great value only problem was the restaurant area was very cold.

Reheated fries, dead cold halloumi served without dip. Burgers were ok. go to MacDonalds on the opisite side of the roundabout.

2 stars because this was the best chicken royal I have had,hot. Actual eating area very dull dark and depressing

I went to Burger King the other week. The food I was served was hot fresh and scrumptious. The service was delightful and made me feel part of the Burger King Family. Worth a visit.

People were lovely, the food was nice and our order was all correct (which is rare in the b.k in Plymouth city centre) it is a food court attached to hotel so plain but comfortable to eat in with plenty of tables

Now a good place to get your Burger King fix. Always good fresh food.

Food portions small and expensive

Absolutely terrible staff, they were more interested in standing around talking than doing the job. Machines were turned off at half past nine, even though they shut at ten.... As with every burger "king" I've visited in the last twelve months. Let's face it, they're a dying business. I just can't understand why the management is so bad. Maybe they should try employing someone with a decent work ethic. Kebab house it is then. 🤷

Great food and service but this one short staff member kept going all out singing their heart out as if they were preforming their own one woman concert. Really put me and my family off of ordering was a total distraction

Drove 40 minutes, spent 24 pounds on 2 menus. Got home to realize their most expensive burgers didn't have any lettuce or salad or tomatoes. Only meat and cheese, ended up in the bin. Absolute jokers. Stay away

I recently visited this place and unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. First off, the wait time was excruciatingly long. It felt like I aged a year waiting for my order. When I finally got my food, I wished I hadn't bothered. The burgers looked like they had been sitting out for ages, and the fries were limp and soggy. The place itself looked like it hadn't seen a mop in weeks; Needless to say, I won't be returning. One star is far too generous for this.

Honestly the must disgusting bk I have ever been too, the people were mean and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING

How slow is the service in this place !!!!!! Not exactly a busy time that we got here but the staff aren't in any rush !!! Seating area OK but could do with some staff attention ie bins and floors

Never was a big fan of Burger King but this one did a big burger with bacon and onion rings. After eating a few of these I went in one day to be told that they don't do it anymore and that it was a special! Got recommended another with onion rings, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog! Why would you take the best fast-food burger from the menu when everything else is utter rubbish? Never been back since.

As soon as I ordered my food I received it within minutes! staff are very friendly especially the manager and the elderly staff member. Would recommend

On my visit today the cashier would not scan in my loyalty card - and said they didn’t do that at this restaurant - where previously they did take the loyalty card and applied the discount - the lack of consistency and customer service from the staff member today was very apparent today!!!!

They wouldn't take card aparently the till is only cash and the kiosks where down

It can be hit and miss, but only one around. If there quiet you will get cold frys and cold dry burgers that have been sat around.

I think the staff could do with some more staff training to be able to interact with the public. It seemed a bit of a bother asking for sauce, and the individual seemed it was too much trouble. Didn't feel like a place you could be welcomed at any time. The food was fresh and cooked to order. Tasted fabulous and enjoyed every mouthful.

Tried to order from the machine it kept the removing stuff off my order Went to the counter only to be told I can only do it through the stupid machine staff on power trip

Whether going to this place in person or using a courier like Deliveroo or UberEats, there is literally always something missing! Or most of the order for that matter. Ordered four meals this evening and received only 1 drink between the four of us, no chips whatsoever….all sides we purchased didn’t show either. At nearly £40 on a Saturday evening, very far from a joke and it just keeps on happening. Safe to safe we won’t be using this Burger King outlet anymore, tried ringing and got a young chap who didn’t seem interested and just wanted me off the phone. Absolute joke.

Rude staff that couldn’t care less about the food they serve which is often stale ,cold and missing from online orders. GO MCDONALD’S instead!

Burgers weee really good and so were all the bits like the bites and the Dorito chicken fries. But the music was really odd like being in an elevator.

It's probably the only "Burger Thing" in Cornwall anywhere near to Bodmin town (which does have it's own "That Donald's"). Feel very lucky to have discovered it - a hidden gem !

A great fast food shop tucked out of the way from the main road and situated in the services at Saltash, which consists of a Travelodge, Subway and Burgerking and that's it. Good food and service every time. Shame about the surrounding service area, being in need of a revamp, not very pleasant to the eye.

Only used the toilet facilities

Lukewarm food, brown lettuce and warm drinks. Whilst you don't expect it to be a gourmet experience, you do still expect it to be the money. It was extremely busy and the staff were doing their best but would advise giving it a miss during busy times.

Visited Sunday at approx 8.45, so just before close. We were the only people inside the services it seemed, which was kind of strange atmospherically. The lady serving was friendly and polite, making me feel comfortable and happy. I felt appreciative of how she kept me in the loop with the progress of my order, smiling each time. It was nice. No.. The experience was great. Really loved the large portions of chilli cheese bites sooo much, really appreciative. Spicy mayo was a delight too! The only things that could have improved the visit are the melt king box meal being available and being able to order on the mobile app. Overall pretty happy.

Chips cold and burger barely warm. Service was very quick which seemed to suggest the food was just kept warm in advance. Poor

The guy with colourful hair. Had a face like thunder. He gave me about 8 chips in a large meal with out exaggeration. When I asked for more due to its a large meal. He looked at me like nepolean dynamite the film.. And scurried off and come back with the same amount. He then asked me do I wnat my sweet chilli sauce I ordered to. Well obviously I do mate I ordered it. But I said no just to see what he would of done as it was in the order reciept. I didn't get it. Also the bacon is Cold. And I'm sure that he was on some sort of legal high or like opiates. I had to travel so soon as I could I tucked in as I was starving. Wouldnt reccoment. And I would like a refund

Was waiting at counter. Untill asked was told to use computer. Which was not easy to use if you want to customise. Asked manager why dont you serve at kios. What would you do if someone was dyslexic. To be told thats what corporate want us to do and walked off. Rude. Did get a burger but couldnt customise to what i wanted. Not hot. And staff not got a happy to help attitude.

The liars said they were open until 10pm (updated 7 days ago) drive to them and nobody's here. Why waste peoples time, glad McDonald's was open up the road

I'm waiting at the till to be served, 3 min of being ignored then one of the lads tells me to use the kios, Not only is he happy to be lossing his job to computers, he's also happy to never take cash, First time in about 2 years iv had burger King, won't be going there again if there own staff are that lazy

Empty when we arrived, 4 staff all doing nothing and the restaurant was filthy. £10 for a ‘meal’ which was thrown together, lukewarm and the actual burger was about 3mm thick, the bun was stale and the whole thing a disappointment

Tables nd general eating area was not overly clean or welcoming, but the food was hot and tasty.

I love the guys at Saltash! Food is always fresh and well presented. I always add a wee note to my delivery instructions to say Hi and today I got one in return. It made my day! 😁

Fast service for a late night visit. Plenty of places to sit and eat, takeaway option there of course. Good parking area

I can only comment on delivery food, of which was overpriced, dry, chewy (not in a good way) and tasted either over or undercooked. Alternatively possible reheated from the day before. I have eaten in at a burger king before and what I got delivered was by no means anywhere near that level. This leads me to believe that they are a little less concerned with what they send out to customers, as they don't have anyone to deal with face to face. Nothing good about this, including them not even being able to follow the entire order and put a few sauces in the bag. Hard task that huh! Would give zero stars if I could, as strongly feel ripped off, which I don't expect from a so called reputable international food chain.

Food was cold, incorrect meals ,staff everywhere looking busy but doing nothing . Terrible management, I was refunded yes but the experience was abysmal and won’t be going back, it was like a inconvenience I returned the meal and the flat coke that tasted like dish water, everyone of my children said taste this dad! no excuses for what was a treat with my family turned into a nightmare . When you enter the building your welcomed with dirty greasy finger prints all over the door then the smell of the toilets. Bad bad management and should really look into the running of this chain . I won’t ever return

My husband loves coming here it's just around the corner and always a very fast service and the food is always good. Burgers look and taste better than McDonald's. Big car park which always has plenty of space but the seating area is currently closed while they are refurbishing

Hard to find due to McDonald's gleaming lights shadowing it's much better rival. They have been put in to the dark... the lights have been shut off, and they have been suppressed

This was an absolute nightmare to get to. No signs, every car we saw went up the wrong street to get in. Sort it out 😂

Our last visit was Cash only & incorrect order received. So make sure you've got enough cash on you & CHECK your order, when you receive it, at the till. Food wise nice and tasty but not very generous with the chips.

Food for hubby not myself, but he enjoyed it, staff were polite, place was clean and well covid laid out.

A lovely place to relax, had the mud spa followed by 2 course meal.Good value for money. Look out for Groupon offers.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had eating at burger King. Staff were unhelpful and abrupt. Menu was incredible limited (had started to close down maybe and couldn't be bothered to do anything fresh) Had to ask to have my chips to be replaced as they were cold... as was my burger but by that point I had had enough. Was quite ill throughout the night and can't imagine it being for any other reason than this place. Not happy and will be leaving burgerking alone for a while

My daughter and I stopped here and it was clean, easy to navigate and we were served quickly and efficiently by a friendly team member. The order was hot ,fresh and correct.
