The paninis were good and the lady that took our order was soooo nice.

Visited a few times on my way around the western part of skye. Great for coffee and cakes before a hill walk, if driving by worth stopping in.

It's an actual gem in Skye Isle. I found it randomly because the internet was gone, but it has been a lucky day. The dishes they prepared were delicious, the service gentle and on point, and the coffee was excellently prepared Arabica blend. If you are passing by Glandale, you should stop.

A really lovely place with great food, Cofee and a great service. We got the Paninis, Bagels and Soup it all tasted really good. It was a little bit more expensive then we thought with 11£ for a Panini.

What a find…if you love great coffee, freshly made food & home-bakes to die for - then head to Cafe Lephin. We called in several times & were never disappointed. Extremely good service, with lovely staff, making this a place to head to if you are in the area.

After a long and bumpy drive this place was a real blessing. Despite the place being packed, the ladies kept their service fast and with a kind smile. Their soups and cakes are delicious! Some comments here mention high prices - ok, those may be a bit above average. But keep in mind that you get great food and service on the edge of the world. During peak hours it could be a challende to park.

Situated on single track road with passing places ,parked right outside. Flat entrance and loos for patrons. Good atmosphere and friendly welcome. Service was good too, the choice of bagels and panenies was good and selection of cakes and drinks. Very nice visit includes small gift shop.

We were staying close by and this is one of very few places to get coffee and food on a single track road on the way to Neist point lighthouse. Excellent service in a friendly and atmospheric cafe. Nice coffee with a selection of sandwichespaninis oasties plus great soup. The cakes looked good too but can't comment on how good they were as full after the lunch time meal. Well worth a stop but not open all week so do check if travelling that way.

Excellent small cafe, dog friendly with a lovely choice of cakes and coffee. Plus lunch options. Small area at the back to purchase local candles, cards, and photographs. Staff very friendly and helpful, a real gem to find on the way or way back from Neist Point.

After a lovely walk around Glendale our group and black labrador enjoyed a superb meal at the Lephin. We enjoyed a selection on paninis and soup followed by yummy cakes and really good capacinos. You can eat in or out and there is a little gift shop inside. A special word for the staff who were very friendly and worked hard to serve everyone quickly on a busy afternoon. The cafe is located on the road to Neist Point and is definitely worth a visit 😀

They have one of the best cakes I have ever tasted in this cafeteria. They take great care of you and it is a good stopover for the route to Neist point.

Adorable little cafe with yummy sandwiches. I got the chickpea hummus bagel on a gluten free ciabatta. Great gluten free options! The little shop is very cute as well. Highly recommend as a nice stop after Neist Point.

Short stop for lunch on the way back from Neist Point: really good soups and bagels, very nice staff and the atmosphere is a gem. We didn't have coffee or cakes, the latter looked decidedly inviting. Honest prices. Small place, with excellent wifi, in the next room there is a small gift shop with locally produced items. Advised!!

Spent a rainy afternoon drinking mochas and eating food and pastries while reading my book. Great atmosphere and service. The Cafe is definitely worth the detour just to grab a coffee to go and visit the boutique at the back. The drive there is mostly on a single track road with beautiful views!

Great place for a quick stop. Good coffee. Good pastries. Good service. What else do you need between hiking and driving on the Scottish island? They also serve light meals but we have not tried it

Instead of stars I give skulls. Empty tables still wait to be seated. Cake counter empty. I don't like the islanders. They don't want guests. She should put a barrier at the bridge and not let any tourists onto her island if they don't feel like it.

This was a nice pit stop on the windy roads. The staff were friendly and the service I received was top notch.

Nice place with friendly staff. Hot food of sandwiches and soup served from 12pm, cake and coffee at other times. Prices seem a little expensive (£11-£13.50 for bagels and paninis).

Excellent cafe in the middle of nowhere. very amazing coffee and fresh muffins. I bought blueberry muffins and you could actually taste the blueberry. it tasted so good that I had to asked the girl working there if the island produce any blueberry, lol. totally recommend it.

Premises clean and tasteful with outdoor seating at the front. If you’re on your way to Neist lighthouse or just exploring don’t drive past.

Nice hip catering business in an unexpected place. They serve coffee, cake and lunch dishes. Friendly service. Good stop on the way to Neist point lighthouse. (Or on the way back of course)

We stayed in the area for a week and after finding Cafe Lephin on our third day, we returned everyday! Atmosphere is cosy, good coffee with great baked treats. Staff were all professional, welcoming and dog friendly! There is a shop at the back, where we purchased some tweedside honey and shampoo bars- all going down very well so far.

We wanted to have lunch there (they have some local dishes) but were really disappointed to learn that we were just a fews minutes too late to order a meal... we bought hot drinks and patries to fill our empty stomachs ;) and it was really good!

A short stop-by for quick meal before Neist Point Lighthouse. I had tomato soup in the chilling, windy and shower day. It is perfect filling up. The shop was busy, customers kept coming up, but they still make charming services. Was nice.

#RoadTripJ9 Café Lephin is a real gem on the side of the road. The coffee is delicious and the pastries are really excellent. It's the perfect place to take a break during a commute, or to simply relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee and delicious pastries. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

My second cycle ride of my holiday and this was todays coffee and lunch, wonderful.

It was rush hour when we had lunch at Cafe Lephin. However, this didn't stop the ladies of the Cafe to be friendly and deliver customer service. We had soup of the day with a cheese scone, a grilled bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese, an apple-black currant flap jack and coffee and (double) espressos. Lunch tasted very good. Garnish wasn't a typical side salad.

A must stop on the way to or back from Neist point. Excellent coffee and homemade cakes. I had a millionaire's shortbread, a cappuccino and an apple+black current flapjack with joghurt topping. Staff is very kind. Plenty of space, nice interior and decoration. Clean toilets. The is also a gift shop with very nice art. Prices are reasonable. Parking space is available at the road.

Cafe Lephin im Glendale is a small little cafe with amazing coffee abd super friendly staff. I stopped for a quick bite on my way to Neist Point. I had the soup of the day and it was really good. It has some tables for people to sit but you can also have coffee to go. I can highly recommend to stop by Cafe Lephin if your passing by and get yourself a cup of coffee.

Friends and I stopped in while doing an NC500/Skye road trip back in October and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this place since. The soups and sandwiches were great and their honeycomb latte (I believe that’s what it was called) was incredible, I’ve been trying to recreate it myself at home. There’s also a cute shop attached with local made goodies. Would definitely recommend!

Super petit café au milieu de nulle part. Déco sympa, accueil chaleureux, et des desserts juste parfaits 🤤. Une pause idéale après une marche au cap. Seul bémol : il n'est pas ouvert toute la journée 😅

It was a rainy August day and we were looking for warmth and sustenance after our visit to the lighthouse. Cafe Lephin did not disappoint. They had beautiful hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. The food and deserts were delicious.
