Absolutely amazing work on the food and area.

Ordered samosa chaat charged £5 , they gave me 1 samosa with tarminda sauce on it , literally nothing else in it , no channa no other sauce, very rude representative I spoke to, I'm a food lover but for me never again this place

Usually come to this restaurant to eat, very lovely service, quick and efficient too Got a clothing shop next door, so it makes it much easier to shop once we’ve ate.

Absolutely wonderful service. Food is nice and hot, and comes quicker then in other restaurant. The lady serving is kind, and she remembers my order. I love this place! Will come here more frequently from university.

Have been coming here for a couple of years now and their food is lovely. Especially the samosa chaat it definitely is the best I have had. The seekh kebab are also lovely I normally go for the lamb seekh kebab. Definitely worth the visit.

Service gave by Anjali and prashit was nice. We ordered mocktails and it made by Anjali, it was nice in taste.

Came in with my family and i was not disappointed the food was amazing cooked to perfection, had the Mix Grill and it was lovely the lamb chops were my personal favourite and the samosa chaat was definitely worth the hype.

I have recently visited Janan cafe and I really liked the service. It was nice of the guy working there to suggest me the best dishes. Prashit also made my coffee as per my taste and patiently catered to my needs. I loved the food and their service. This is new favourite place !!!

I visited Jana an today with my friend I ordered samosas chaat that’s too good Service was too bad We sat on table 6 and the boy on the till served food on table 1 and said your food is here get it by yourself that was too rude and embarrassed..we took our food from that table by ourselves..never recommend this place..

I tried the lamb chops and the family had meat lasagna with fries and drinks and peanut butter stack for dessert all the food was cooked to perfection and fresh very impressed our waitress serving us was called Anjali very friendly assuring and polite.Very reasonably priced if your passing by defiantly give it a try for yourself.

Visited Café with family. Ordered Cheese Cake Slice and Chocolate Brownie with Ice-cream, and some chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets were ok but the deserts were not fresh at all. Kids just didn't want to have any of these.

We ordered a.mixed grill platter and everything was cooked really well. It was a generous portion. Would definitely order again.

I came into the Cafe today to spend some quality time with my mother. The food was below average and they didn't have the correct change in the till and the guy said he'd give me my change and he didn't, it may've been a small amount but it's about the principle. I made another lady aware and she took her time so I walked away. I wasn't going to chase the change. Disgusting service, I will not be back.

Went for food, ordered "Premier chat" and it's not even near 1% to be called Premier chat. Order milkshake, and milkshake cup was not even full.

The savoury food is good, The samosa chaat really is worth having. Wouldn’t recommend the sweet stuff as much as can be stale. Service can be a little slow.

Went out for a quick lunch. Samosa Chaat was very nice and samosa were soft and tasty. Very good portions for the price. I was recommended chicken tikkah wrap which was surprisingly very nice.

Food is good and service is excellent. the young lad working behind counter is polite and professional. There is now a new lady working behind counter too, was very friendly and professional. Each time I come the food is always above expectations.

A very nice restaurant with limited but very thoughtful dishes. Tried Samosa chat which was not mentioned in menu. Samosa Patti or skin was a bit hard and they use too much tamarind sauce on top but overall it was a fine experience.

Disappointed with the nachos. 4 pieces of jalapeño on top and a sprinkle if cheese vegetable samosa chatt was also not nice. Stale samosa no sauce and flavourless.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by staff and management went there for lunch and there is a massive defect on their chairs that tears in to your clothing. Complained that your chair has ripped through my new jacket and this cost me £200 but all they could offer me as compensation is a sorry and can’t do anything else as managers said he couldn’t get permission from the owner Asif. How can you keep fancy furniture to seat your customers that rips through their cloths. Will suggest not to ever pay them a visit as you’ll get a good and proper service by IK collection. If they can’t pay damages to a certain extent on faulty furniture in their cafe they shouldn’t buy it in the first place or keep up with the up keep of it. If you have half decent cloths or things you wear, please don’t use the cafe/ seating area as any damage from the chairs isn’t there fault all your because you’ve decided to come to such a poor service restaurant/ cafe.

Once again, another review but this time about the premiere samosa chaat and grilled fish was yummilicious. Of course, good atmosphere and services really matters. I would like to appreciate Prashit for good manners, smiling, being polite, listening, and always putting the customers' interests before.

Been here a couple of times and first time had desert which was really yummy. Second time round tried the Chicken Tandoori and chips and Steak and chips and was very tasty and properly cooked. Atmosphere is lively and service is quick. Price wise found it quite reasonable compared to most places.

It is such a pretty place, food is amazing aswell. Tried their chicken briyani, seekh wrap and fish fingers. Briyani and wrap were amazing however I would not recommend fish fingers (tasteless).

Order the meat samosa chaat, you will NOT be disappointed!

This is a great place to eat. Lovely decor, great music and delicious food. We ordered the Mixed Grill Platter this time and the Chicken Karahi. We were told it would take approximately half an hour but we didn’t have to wait that long at all. Our food was served piping hot and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! The service was excellent and the waiting staff were as attentive and polite as ever. Everything was definitely good value without compromising the taste or quality. It’s no wonder I’m a repeat customer. Highly recommend Cafe Janan.

I remember coming here several times when I was at uni. Nice interior and seating, decent service and never had issues with the food. The pepper chicken panini was decent if you wanted a light lunch. Had the samosa chaat occasionally. Would recommend for a quick lunch if in the area, especially if you're a student in between lectures.

Hugely disappointed! I ordered a Peanut Butter Stack which I think had been sat on the shelf for weeks on end! My past experience when having a PBS has been, rich, sweet and absolutely delicious but yesterday's experience was far from that, it was completely tasteless and it felt like I was chewing on polystyrene! Now, a PBS has always been accompanied with vanilla ice cream, when I asked the sales assistant where mine was, her reply was, "we only give it if the customer asks for it ". I mean, I know everyone is feeling the pinch, but please, Cafe Janan don't deny us what we've already paid for.

I ordered gol gappe first time for take away and all I got was gol gappa box a tub of pani with just channa and a small salad tub.. thats not how gol gappe are.. disappointed.

Had the samosa chaat which was decent, but like the other reviews contained a little too much yoghurt. It also could have done with some green chilli chutney to spice it up a little and more finely chopped onion and tomato salad. Overall decent but a bit basic. The kids had a burger which was a normal frozen patty but nicely done and in a fresh soft bap. The wife enjoyed the Samosa chaat more than me so will probably be back again.

Ok so they're opem at 10am but no breakfast on the menu..?? Their nachos are basic.. literally just tortillas with grated (packet) cheese and put under the grill.. cheese was hard over the nachos so pick up one tortilla you pick them all up. Their cupcakes werent that nice either, to say the toddlers i was with wouldnt even eat a quarter! BUT the service is alright and the cafe itself is pleasing on the eyes

Nice cafe. I only tried this samosa chat. The taste was quite close to what you can eat in Pakistan.

Had Samosa chaat which was really nice and fresh, just let down with an excess of yoghurt. The doodh patti was really nice, and my kids got the movenpick ice cream which was delicious. Nice interior and good food.

Wow if you haven't tried this place. You're missing a trick. I had a meet samosa (broken up) mixed with salad, firey sauce, mint and yoghurt. Tasted amazing, then a Chicken Biryani, which again was amazing. Worth a visit in Shearbridge Road, Bradford. Old Bombay Stores and near what was the old Rio Campus.

Disappointed with the food.Had ordered Bhel puri but got something like channa chat with yoghurt in it.Raised the issue with the waiter who said thats how the chef makes Bhel puri. No words. .Wouldnt recommend this place.

Some reason the samosa chaat didn’t taste as good as it used to. I couldn’t tell I was eating a chicken samosa... no taste in it. And I wasn’t impressed with how long it took to get out 3 portions of samosa chaat. The peanut butter stack cost near £4 and didn’t even have a squirt of cream on top let alone chocolate sauce. Not buying the 2 things again.

It is reasonably priced. Has a good selection of food. The grill fish with rice is one of the best dishes there. Samosa chaat isn't to bad either. Also recomend the biryani.

Foods fab, especially the samosa chaat! However, it says online that you shut at 8 but when arriving at 7:20 you said you dont serve food now bc your closing? Pls change the timings/serve till the official closing time.

Visited this place yesterday, disappointed to the quality/presentation of the food served. The left image is as advertised compared to what I received on the right. This is clearly misselling!! I was looking forward to enjoying my meal as the picture advertised was rather enticing. Small portion of wet lettuce with a slab of tasteless fish not to standard. In addition, service was to a low standard. The shop was empty with four staff stood around talking, neither of whom could show courtesy by saying a simple thank you, asking how meal was or even a goodbye! Poor standard of customer service. Do not recommend.

Awesome food. Great service. Except, all this goes bad when the cafe gets busy. Instead of talking negatively I suggest that there should be a plan B when it comes to a busy day. For example a table numbering system or machine ticket system. All I’m saying is, the cafe must be flexible with their methods. Thank you!

Nice place to eat with family, decent food.

First and last time ever!! It took over 35mins for the food to come out, upon questioning the staff about the service they all looked like they were half asleep. I also ordered a takeout which i had to cancel because i had eaten my meal and the take out was still not ready! You need a whole day to use this cafe! Surly its common sense to prepare the takeout along with the meal!

Lovely desserts. Attentive service. Can be a bit cold and they don't always stock all the teas that are on the menu unfortunately. Veggie/Vegan options are very few. Good sized seating and table space.

If I could give it under 1 star, believe me I would. Ordered bloody lamb chops, they bloody turn up right at the end. It was a hot day and I was melting my lamb chops off, waiting for a smoothie, which I would like to remind everyone was cat-d.
