Cafe India in North Lanarkshire

We got a take away and got it delivered we ordered a 10inch cheese pizza and we ate most of it until I flip it the bread was all mouldy. Will not be buying for here ever again

Due to covid restrictions they are offering a reduced menu set meal, choice of 2 starters and a main, mains mostly Indian curries, will return for buffet

My partner and I were here tonight and I doubt we will be back. My partner uses sticks to walk and the waiter was happy to put us to the furthest away table even though the place was not busy and when I asked if it was possible to sit closer he wasn't happy at all. The service was very poor, there was 1 woman serving the food at the buffet, she threw everything on top of each other on the plate. My partner had asked for a little sauce on his rice as he wanted to try another sauce also which she proceeded to put loads on and left no space for any more. Yes its a buffet and you can go up as often as you please however this is not the point. There was 2 different types of pasta which had mixed with her dropping them into each other, there was 2 types of pizza pepperoni or cheese which they both looked over cooked. I had a slice of cheese and couldnt get my knife and fork through it to cut. The place was clean and social distancing was ok apart from asking people to wait to be served at a booth then proceeding to sit a group at that very booth. Sorry Mr Singh you used to be lovely and we enjoyed coming however this time you have made us think twice of returning.

Phone to book a table for 4 no answer try a few times no answer so book else where .had been one's before and loved the food get sure act together please .

Got campilabater food poisoning. 1 star to many would rate 0 star. Was ill for a month

My second visit to Mr Singh Ji, and again was not disappointed. Top class Indian cuisine. The Aloo Pratha bread was superb. If you are in the area a very high recommend.

Tried this Indian restaurant for 1st time after reading good reports about it was not disappointed good and service was excellent

This place gave my wife very bad food poisoning what she as still not yet recovered from .after 3 lots of antibiotics still got the symptoms of campylobactor that was a month ago please be careful anybody who go's here because the outcome can be critical

This used to be the place to go for a good feed, now it's less than mediocre it's not worth the journey time.

Distinctly average I'm afraid as we don't have many good restaurants around Bellshill area and this is the closest Indian so I was hopeful but let down. I ordered a biryani, not the norm for me but sounded lovely, it was literally a bowl of rice with lumps of lamb through it, a real shame. My wife enjoyed her meal hence keeping at 3 stars. Might stick with it's partner buffet restaurant in future.
