Lovely food just what you expect a good chippy to be like and the penne picante is very tasty could be doing with more smoked sausage in it though

no brown sauce as requested but everything else superb.

Chips were awful and fish was ok but had a lot better

After getting updates saying it was on the way and waiting a long time, phoned them to find out that the order was just being put together. Food was fine but not taking the risk again. Felt the updates to the app were dishonest.

I love this place! food is always great! and they deliver so much faster than the time frame they give.

Food great as usual however really miffed on the portion size of the supper with the lack of chips! Never had an issue before but literally a child sized portion of chips this time? Hopefully just a one off but disappointing when it’s £7.50 a supper

Got 2 fish and chips, the chips were fine. But the fish used was FROZEN which resulted in the batter ending up rubbery as the moisture released during cooking. Wasn't Haddock either, some cheap fish bought frozen and cooked from frozen. Worst fish I've ever eaten, I went there 35 years ago when Sal ran it and was mega busy all the time. Now it's being run into the ground...... So sad 😔

Tried for the first time tonight, food was great & portions were generous. Would definitely return :)

Fish was absolutely lovely. Chips were horrible, they ended up in the bin. They were reheats or had been lying out for hours! That’s why I deducted 2 stars.

Fish was the best, but it’ll be the last time I order. £12 min charge plus delivery plus admin makes minimum of £15.50, .. just for a chippy meal for one.

Sausage supper was burnt so was hamburger supper , pizza was burnt to worst I’ve had from them usually it’s fine but that was bad tonight and because it took so long to come

Worse part was delivery guy ripping our wired shut small gate open, even tho there was a planter blocking it as well,perfectly fine large gate next to it, nope dude decided to rip true clearly wired shut gate and walk off after droping the delivery

Only thing i was disappointed in was the fish and chips was covered in curry sauce! It said at the bottom would i like any extras I clicked curry sauce thinking it would be a tub.

This is the first time I have ever given Sals a negative review, previously I have given numerous 5 stars with couldn’t be better comments. Unfortunately this time wrong food delivered and couldn’t get an answer when I phoned🙁

Food is always great but I seem to be missing juice from kids orders on more than 2 occasions it’s quite frustrating.

Asked for no jaleponas on pizza and was all over pizza plus not warm was cold

Food arrived stone cold and burnt

Food arrived early and still very warm. Got a special fish supper and single smoked sausage and I must say it was the best! Usually when you get a chippy it’s greasy or chips cold. Not here was delicious will be ordering again.

Delivery was delivered late, pizza looked rushed and wasn’t even cut. Thinnest pizza I’ve ever eaten. Won’t order again.
