We organised a community social event at this venue for people around London on a Sunday at noon, reserving three tables. Many people were late, so at about 12:20, while we only four have arrived - the owner/manager approached us and aggressively complained about the number of people present. We apologized for the delays, but he continued to berate us. At one point, a participant at our event asked him to stop shouting over his head while trying to enjoy his meal, prompting him to leave. While I can understand his frustration about the underutilised reserved tables, there is a courteous way to approach customers dining at your establishment. Eventually, more than 20 people were squeezed into three tables, and most of us ordered meals and drinks while the café was half-empty. The hostile atmosphere didn't end there. I inquired with the waitress about possibly making one of the dishes vegan. She said she would check on it. After waiting 15 minutes, I approached the counter to politely ask if it was possible to make the dish vegan. Instead, she raised her voice and rudely said, "Wait! It will be ready in two minutes!". Her tone shocked me, and although I explained that I was inquiring about the possibility. However, she remained rude, answered aggressively and rolled her eyes angrily. While the food was nice, we felt unwelcome due to the aggressive and rude interactions, which ultimately ruined the entire experience for many of us.

Visited for Brunch the food was Excellent with Gluten Free Options as I am Celiac all the staff were welcoming and helpful certainly worth at visit

Cozy and lovely place decorated with a Mediterranean style and smart located at a rock throwing distance from Archway station. The staff is friendly, the tables and chairs are very comfortable and the food is great. I tried the Mediterranean breakfast and my partner the English. Both were great and also many other options are available in the menu.

Excellent brunch. I have been two times in this restaurant and I will come back again. Highly recommend. The waitresses are amazing !

Little gem of a place. Strong coffee & great food in a gorgeous space tucked away on the high street. Protein breakfast was delicious - THE most perfect fried eggs & beautiful sourdough toast on the side. Price perfectly reasonable too. Would 100% recommend.

Not only was the food here delicious, the customer service my friend and I received was excellent; the staff were all incredibly friendly.

I’ve ordered takeaway breakfast from here before and the food was perfect however, this time round they gave me one less piece of French toast and half a tea spoon of clotted cream for the entire meal. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I opened the takeaway box but for the price I don’t expect the quality/quantity to reduce. It tasted nice but without the cream it just wasn’t the same. Hopefully next time will be better.

The two waitresses really ruined my experience - didn’t feel welcome from the start, one of the waitresses comes across passive aggressive and just not friendly or welcoming. The other gave me a sarcastic comment which there is just no need for! I get my bill and get charged for a drink I didn’t order and soy milk which the waitress didn’t tell me was an extra cost, it’s also not on the menu as an additional cost (Starbucks and cafe Nero do not charge for soy milk, so at least tell me extra when I order?). I then get a sarcastic response from the waitress when I pay my bill “you are saving lots of money” I don’t care about the 50p for soy milk, I care about customer service and a feeling welcome, it’s such a shame the atmosphere is ruined by the staff!

It is so pleasant to enjoy a meal at this lovely, humble place. It's nicely decorated, the service is very good, the staff is friendly, and the dishes are fantastic. It is good value for money too. Strongly recommended

Best chicken club sandwich ever had in London. They were kind enough to replace bacon with Turkish sujuk in the sandwich upon my request. Reasonable and affordable prices, and most importantly very good quality food. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Lovely cafe to visit!

Amazing friendly staff, was served by two lovely young ladies by the names Mahta & Negar - was my first time here and they have definitely gained a new regular! Food was very tasty and eggs were cooked to my preference. Thanks guys for the amazing service

Can I just say I have been going to this cafe for a long time and honestly it’s the best cafe I’ve been food wise and service is just phenomenal and recently I met these two lovely ladies called mahta and negar and they made my experience 10x better! If you are looking for a chilled spot with lovely food and service cafe forum is the one 10/10

WHAT A WONDERFUL CAFE!!!!!! The location to begin with is only 100 metres away from the Archway station which is super convenient. But the star of the show is really the food that they serve. The quality of their ingredients never fail to impress, from their all day menu to their daily specials. I can personally vouch that it is all immaculate. Huge credits to the chef as well as their fantastic front of house team that provide exceptional service. They are super kind, very attentive and I am always greeted with a wonderful smile. If you are in search of an all round perfect cafe then look no further. This fantastic friendly owned cafe will provide you with all you need to leave satisfied.

Honestly so appreciative of the staff Negar and Mahta who make the whole experience amazing every single time. The food has always been great quality and has never failed to impress me.

Honestly such a great place and full of great service. I must say I was served by two beautiful women by the names of negar and Mahta and they made me feel right at home. Only thing better than the service was the food. Would recommend everyone try this place and ask for a the Sunday special.

Met up with a very good friend who I haven't seen in years yesterday. As I was travelling on the 263 bus to meet up with her at Archway Station, I saw this place so we decided to give it a go. The place was very nice and clean with really good art decor on the walls. The food was excellent although I never took any pics of it. The staff were ultra polite and very welcoming. I did take it pic of one of the affirmations on the wall though and it says it all. Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again.

I ordered a mediterranean breakfast and it was great!!! it is delicious! It's not in the picture, but it comes with sourdough. It's best to spread maple syrup + butter(?) on the sourdough and top it with the cheese and avocado that came with it. It's healthy and delicious! The kkori pepper goes well with it and is very good. I recommend it!!

An excellent place to have breakfast. 8 of us in for Sunday Brunch. I particularly recommend the £14 protein brunch. Great portion sizes against the average plate cost. -1 star for 1 eggs florentine plate that had undercooked poached eggs but this was removed from the bill after a pleasant chat with the staff. Speaking of the staff, they were all excellent in particular Leila needs a shout out. She is exceptionally friendly and helpful. A real asset to the team. We all highly recommend this place.

The food was amazing - the Shakshuka and the Mediterranean breakfasts were beautiful prepared, fresh and creative. The staff was warm and helpful. The music and ambiance were perfect for a cool morning breakfast. We will return!

Can't say enough about this place. We're visiting from the States, and we didn't want a standard pastry/coffee breakfast. This place has wonderful choices many of which are healthy, the staff is great, and view of the street is busy and bright. I had the Mediterranean Breakfast, which was outstanding. It's an easy choice if you're in the area.

Very downgraded service. If you have not ordered the whole waffle and cream experience at 3:30 pm expected to be treated like mud on the floor. ( I ordered Americano, average and smoothie, frozen bits wizzed up ) Cost £10.95, but they have better things to do.

Walked in at 16:55 today and told they are shut, yet website says 6pm! Won’t be back as we travelled from Highbury to eat here so waste of time really if website doesn’t display correct times. Be aware this place closes at 16:30/17:00 hours!!! Disappointed ☹️

CAFE FORUM in Archway offers generous portions with great flavors, all well-seasoned without excessive salt. I enjoyed the Forum English breakfast, and my wife had the chicken wrap. Both were excellent. The sourdough bread with the breakfast is among the top I've had in London. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The kitchen is clean and well-organized. If you're in the area and need a good breakfast or brunch spot, this is the place. We spent around £15 each, including drinks. Their Americano coffee was decent too. Conveniently located near Archway Station. The toilets were clean.

We were a party of 11 who had breakfast at Cafe Forum last week and can honestly say this is the best breakfast I ever had. The food was delicious and plentiful and the service was second to none. Thank you Cafe Forum.

Highly recommended. This place is an absolute gem - delicious food prepared with love and care. Him indoors had Eggs Florentine (super yummy with proper hollandaise sauce) and I had a tasty great value Mediterranean breakfast - loads of delicious things to try, including Turkish sausage, feta and halloumi, avocado, eggs, marinaded olives - plus a dish of rose jam and clotted cream, amazing on toast. It was so good and we were so greedy that we also had a slice of pecan pie which came with beautiful fruit garnish and a little jug of homemade custard. Not ashamed that we ate that on its own with a spoon, too good not to. Friendly host and a lovely space inside. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Got kicked off at 5:45pm because they were closing when the opening times on maps say 6:30pm. I got there at 5:15pm but they didn't care about letting me know they were going to close in 30m. I guess they are only concerned about getting your money rather than offering you an actual service. Ironically, the sign outside mentions "dinner". Sure, as long as you can eat everything before 5:45pm, I guess Rude and unprofessional. Won't go back.

I had a meeting in Holloway and the person I was meeting with was running late so I popped into this fantastic cafe, the food was impeccable, the coffee was great but most of all the service was top tier, it’s important to me to receive good customer service as it seems to be a dying trend If you are ever in the Upper Holloway area pop in you won’t be disappointed ♥️
