Cafe Dacorum in Dacorum

I ordered a double-up breakfast which should come with 2 sausages 2 bacon 2 hash-browns 2 eggs 2 black pudding mushroom and beans. Unfortunately when open the tray I noticed that there was only 1 bacon 1 sausage and 1 hash brown. The black pudding was undercooked and I selected for my eggs to be soft but they where as hard as bricks, the beans where stone cold like had just been poured straight out the tin into the box and so where the mushrooms and they were also very rubbery.

Absolutely tasty food, big portions, friendly staff, clean cafe and prices are good too, definitely recommend best cafe around staff go out of their way to accommodate you always happy and smiling.

Been using cafe for about 20 years with friends and family always great food and service I still use it to this day usually for breakfast on Sunday's still excellent

Just been here this morning, clean and tidy, food was served quickly and was delicious, not greasy and cheap. Friendly staff and a reasonable price. They’re open 06:30 till 3pm all week except on Sunday 07:00 till 3pm. Easy parking outside too.

I came to this cafe on a Tuesday morn³ were cooked to perfection, the beans were tasty as they should be. Bacon was crispy and griddled not deep fried like some places. Sausage cooked through and sliced, mushrooms were done nicely with no grease or juice on the plate. Hash browns were lovely and crispy with black pudding and slice of buttered bread,. Wahed down with a csn of coke. The chef was friendly and smiling not miserable and shouting like some places, the waitresses were nice and the owner was too. All round a friendly , nice , clean place with house specials . Great value for money. I strongly recommend Dacorum cafe to anyone and everyone passing by.

Good value greasy spoon. Breakfasts are good, kids enjoyed bacon roll and lasagne. Bustling and clearly a popular place.

Visited Dacorum cafe sat 25th Oct for breakfast .food was ok .as for staff ,what can I say ,the lady that served us ,clearly had never heard of the words please or thank you ,slammed my drink on counter spilling every where no apology ,she was so rude I couldn’t believe it ,so much so I had to say something ,which is not like me .she excused her rudeness by saying the last time I was there I also said she was rude .i have never been in there in my life ,clearly someone else found her rude and ignorant .then she told me she worked 5days a week ,hello most of us do ,but we still have manners .she was just foul .as I said food ok service from one particular member of stuff awful .would never go back or recommend

After trying several places in and.around hemel for breakfast ,this is by far the BEST.Freshly cooked ,nice and hot and good service

We go every Sunday for breakfast best in area great value and great coffee nice friendly people serving in the past have used for lunch also good food good selection and price anyone looking for cafe i tell them to go there

Food is freshly prepared. Portions are builders size large. Friendly and quick service. It is only a caf but a very good one.

Food is always smashing plentiful and cheap. Also surprisingly family friendly for a greasy spoon. Highly recommend!

The food is always great, but you cafe is a little too small for my liking, i'd like a little more leg space

I had the set breakfast 5 with a coffee for £7. Food arrived hot and was generally very good. The sausage is a real let down. It should be the most expensive item but seemed more rusk than meat and I didn't get value for money. The staff were pleasant and the cutlery and place was clean. Not too convenient for parking, I'll try a different café next time.

Tucked away in the business park, this is the best greasy spoon in Hemel. Really friendly staff, great service, typical cafe food but done well and good value.

Excellent breakfasts , lovely coffee and very friendly staff. Very well prepared food and better than some upmarket restaurants that I've been in! Very hard to find fault. Usually quite busy, and understandably so.

Yo trabajo localmente en este café, así que visitar al menos una vez a la semana. A veces sólo por un sándwich de bacon, que está lleno hasta los topes de buena calidad, y otros bacon veces una tortilla de hongos que te sirven con una ensalada en vez de patatas fritas si lo prefiere. Pero, mi favorito comida es uno de sus patatas chaqueta que siempre son horneados a la perfección en el horno, no superficial! La piel está crujiente, y todo lo que llenaba elegir hay siempre mucho. Me gusta especialmente el chili, hecha con ingredientes de calidad, buen gusto y caseros, parece de lata, que no encontrará en otros lugares. Nada es demasiado problema para el personal, siempre nos saludaba con una sonrisa, y agradeció a a la salida, incluso conseguimos en algunos de frutas en té mi solicitud. El menú tiene todas las opciones habituales de desayuno, chaquetas, tortillas, cenas asado, hamburguesas, sándwiches y bocadillos. Una gran experiencia de café.

This cafe has been serving the same selection of greasy spoon food since I came to hemwl, years ago. Have been many times, never disappointed. Good for breakfast, also recommend lasagne. Solod food great value.

La comida simple hecho a la perfección. Elección fantástica, muy largas horas de apertura y la calidad de la comida excelente. El dueño está normalmente en el lugar y trabaja duro, el personal está ocupado y bien organizado también pero siempre agradable y acogedor. A riesgo de sonar como un atrapados registrar la comida es excelente. selección enorme, porciones generosas y tiempos de espera mínimos. La compañía que viste uniformes serge azules usar esta cafetería también así que no se preocupe si ver 5 de su compañía vehículos aparcados fuera!
